Lilas Persan

This is anything but soliflore, well, only the name... Yes, it is a smell of lilac, but boy, this the most complex lilac I have ever tried on my skin. I can smell some interesting light spices in a drydown. Dash of cinnamon...? It's the most delicious lilac ever with some spices tastefully blended in it, hence its name "Persian Lilac" as there is no such thing as Persian lilac per se. Whatever it may be for you for me it's a niche perfume. Also it has delightfully old-school quality to it which I appreciate the most in my perfumes. BTW, in 1889 it took First prize at International Exposition in Paris. An elegant, very feminine, ageless masterpiece has been created by Henry Brocard for his beloved wife. One of my favourite scents for Spring/Summer for linen clothes outfit. One needs only one, max two sprays.

This has a very retrò vibe! It's a kind of Red Moscow with cinnamon and Lilac. I like Red Moscow, and I absolutely looove Lilac fragrances... So this is a winner for me!

Overall, nice fragrance. It is a celebration to the end of winter and beginning of spring. It is a soft lilac, one of those, "Do you smell lilac? I think I smell lilac". It's not a strong or offensive fragrance. Can easily go to work with you as well as at home. It kind of motivates me to want to wear pastels. Overall, it's a light and airy scent. Nice scent to wear during the day to go anywhere. I don't think it's a formal or night fragrance. I like to wear it to run around town and get shopping done.

i think most of these reviews are refered to the True Persian Lilac perfume. The Persian Lilac perfume is a true little gem of NZ - old school scent: rich, warm and woody-spicey with a slight hint of lilac -just beautiful

A linear soliflore lilac. Simple, soft, basic. Very pretty though and lasts okay
