Soleil & Ambre

This is uplifting, cheery, slightly sweet but definitely citrus-y, with sweet white flowers in the background, and warmth given by amber to support the whole. To me it's more like the feeling just before summer break starts, when you're young and can't wait and are anticipating all the wonderful possibilities for fun and sun and play.

Not at all complex, but delightfully simple for summer and autumn days! The projection is even strong, I've sprayed this on my wrist almost a full day ago and I still smell the amber, musk and florals with every move!

This is quite good, very floral, light, positive, uplifting. It does give some nice summery vibes. It's a bit too "perfume-y" for me though.

Nose Note #263 To me it reminds me a lot of Tom Ford Soleil Blanc. It's all about coconut and suntan lotion vibes, but the huge difference is the spiciness. To me it smells like the real spices, a tiny bit of chilli perhaps, some red spicy pepper basically. The white flowers are definitely there too. But all three mixed together? I am not a fan. It's very special, but just doesn't fit my liking. I'd say it's feminine or leaning feminine. Would make a great summer scent. But mind that it's quite an unusual fragrance.

It's a beautiful, lovely, beachy scent. It reminds me of coming out of the water, skin drying under the glare of the sun, the heat bringing out the last hints of the scent of the sunscreen. It has a uniquely spicy note I can't put a name on, which I don't think is wholly from the bergamot, but it smells like pepper. On me, it dries down to a pleasant amber-y and sandalwoody scent, like the smell of the room that housed the incense at a church I used to visit, a lingering, warm blend of spices sitting under the light filtering through a stained glass window. I personally love this scent only for summer. I can see how it may not be for everyone; it's best to try this before purchasing. Even so, it is a friendly perfume for its price and ingredients.
