4711 Acqua Colonia Coconut Water & Yuzu

Was itching to get my hands on this as i desperately mourned the discontinuation of guerlains coconut fizz, and trying it now i can say that i love it. its not an exact match in itself but if you layer it with sol de janeiro cheirosa 39 (the creamy coconut scent) you get a solid dupe and smell unreallll !!. i also layered it with my signature milk musk edt by molton brown and it meshed sooo well and smelled sooooo delicious i was over the moon oh my goddd !! the scent itself is exactly as described, coconut and yuzu. the coconut comes out especially well and sticks around for a while, turning creamy and soft on the skin while the yuzu in the background adds a refreshing sweet citrus note so its perfect for europe's current heatwave. since yuzu is apparently a mix between mandarin and lemon it was a perfect choice as lemon would have been too acidic but yuzu is a lovely mellow citrus aroma. as for longevity its not sensational as it is a cologne, but its great value and the scent is amazingly versatile for layering in summer and spring <33 i personally am a big fan and will probably buy another as it is a limited edition! :))))

Lovely watery light citrus with occasionally a hint of coconut. At least, that's what it does on my skin. It isn't strong and despite me going for the coconut above all else; I actually like the lightness of it. If I could I probably would have re-bought this if it were readily available in store. But I will add to this: If it is expensive for you to get/order then I would skip. There are enough scents that will give you this basis and more. It's very intimate on my skin but lovely light fresh so it's also very safe to wear. Would have loved more coconut, but it's definitely what I would have liked the original flanker to have been (I find that one too sharp).

This is nice, I really like it. Fresh yuzu and coconut water. Not sweet but a fresh version of coconut. Perfect for summer when you want a bit of tropical but don't mind sweet Escada type scents P.S. If you want an even fresher coconut, get your hands on Clean Air & Coconut Water Eau Fraiche. It has weaker sillage and duration than Coconut Water & Yuzu but the bottle is huge

Coconut and citrus pairing have been done many times before (VIW, Still Life, Miami etc.). Yet I keep reaching for this one whenever I want something to uplift my mood, and I don't feel like smelling something too complex.

Coconut for people who like coconut but don't want to smell like sun screen! This does indeed smell like Clean Air and Coconut Eau Fraiche, but it’s somehow much nicer! I have a big bottle of the Clean one and there’s something in it that makes me uncomfortable *edit, it's buttery florals! That one actually smells like Guerlain Coconut Fizz*. Yuzu Coconut starts off bright and zingy but the texture of coconut is there right away. It's sharper and more citrusy with a genuine coconut water scent but dries down to get a touch sweeter and creamier. It’s absolutely lovely! Incredibly light, but perfect for high heat. I don’t like layering fragrances but I have to say that this one and the other special edition that was released with it, Pomello Sea Salt, smell very good together! This one tones down the crazy strong salt in the other and they’re very harmonious. It's not supposed to last long. It's a cologne! The whole point is that it's refreshing and it's super refreshing to re-spray it throughout a hot day.

It reminded of Pina colada when i sampled it and fell in love immediately. Price was reasonable. Very much summer beach vibes. Unfortunately it lasted only 1-2 hours for me. Still smelled nice but had a slight sour smell to it after a while. I think the Coconut is definitely stronger than the yuzu but i can smell it. Overall a very simple summer perfume 7/10. It's worth a try.

This reminds me of coconut lime verbena from Bath and Body Works, but slightly elevated. Very citrusy, nothing fancy. A great, fun summer cheapie.

i dont have it anymore but when i had it, it was a wonderful fresh coconut scent but it doesnt last long so i used it as an room scent

A simple coconut perfume with a touch of citrusy note. Upon spraying, you immediately get the creamy coconut, as well as a bit sweet pineapple in the background. The combination is quite similar to pina colada, full of tropical vibe. I was hoping that Yuzu would bring more freshness; unfortunately, it is not the case here. Instead, it gets creamy on my skin. It feels more like coconut body cream to me. Interestingly, the yuzu comes out better when I spray it into the air. It smells much lighter and fresher if I use it as room spray. Then it really gives lovely summer vibe.

I blind bought this. I had expected more tbh. The coconut gets kind of sticky on my skin and it lacks the freshness I was hoping for. Sprayed into the air I was excited, but after a few minutes on my skin not so much anymore. Does not smell expensive or special, but it is okay for the price. 6/10.

My quest of seeking the best coconut fragrance ends here. one of the simplest yet incredible summer time fragrance, it opens up very pineappley and smells very much like a creamy pina colada. remind me a lot about tanning lotion which i want to be associated with during summer time. Also, it's few of the creamy coconut fragrance that a man can sport on the market.

It’s good, reminds me of Virgin Island Water by creed. Doesn’t last long at all but it’s a nice cheap scent that I bought on a whim in cologne. I wouldn’t spend more than 35-40 bucks per 50ml bottle for it though. It’s still an EDC and just doesn’t last that long.

like spraying yourself with a pure fizzy fresh pina colada/lemon-lime soda...extremely refreshing
