4711 Acqua Colonia Intense Pure Breeze Of Himalaya

I'm a big fan of 4711 fragrances...I own five....my most favorite being the very wonderful citrus/spicy Nutmeg & Lime. I purchased *Intense Pure Breeze of Himalaya* thinking...."With a name like that....what's not to like?" Plus....the bottle is beautiful....it looks like ice.....makes me want to keep it in my refrigerator. At first spray....I was a bit disappointed ((( sad face ))). It lacked....ooomph. Then again....it's name says BREEZE. I waited a few days and sprayed again.... three times..... with vigor. Slightly better....(mind over matter, perhaps?) Now....it's been about six weeks (do fragrances macerate that quickly?) and....I'm liking it more (much more)....and I understand it better. This fragrance is meant to be a breezy clean cool breath of lightness....out of the shower....at poolside....at the beach (keep a bottle in the beach bag). It's also wonderful as a layering enhancer with white florals, lite roses and citrus fragrances. Totally safe and wonderful on kids, too. I'm happy I own it. ((( smiley face )))

All the reviews calling this cold, airy, and etheral are right on the money. It's fancy fabric softener - fresh and a bit musky - and would be perfect if it lasted longer than 5 minutes 🥲 It's also the only perfume from my collection that my mother likes, so its hard to offend with this one :)

I dont know how they make it ... somebody tells me where that company finds these all talented characters that create this amazing brand. I tested today in Brugge, Belgium in 4711 boutique. I guess I know the secret ... I just love pink pepper as secret ingrediens.

This is ultra clean slightly powdery! It really smells like a cool mountain! It reminds me if you did clean laundry on a mountain top on a cool day! Completely unisex perfect for casual daytime wear all seasons! Smelling clean is ALWAYS welcomed.

One of my favorite perfumes, somehow I always keep coming back to it. Smells very clean, fresh, and crisp, a very ethereal kind of scent, reminds me of Galadriel. It also holds well.

Wow, okay, this one is incredibly crisp and clean. It DOES smell like mountain air mixed with the lingering smell of freshly washed linens! It’s a very soothing scent, one you can wear right out of the shower and one you’ll appreciate while sliding into a cool and clean bed. I am a bit taken aback by some comments though as this leans a bit more masculine onto my skin. I can see my partner wearing this for sure! The drydown is a beautiful clear musk, no heaviness/stuffiness at all. It lasted about 4 hours on my skin but lasted the whole night + morning on my nightgown, so that’s great!

Another inspiring, clean and strange fragrance from the 4711 line that I very much enjoy! I had no idea that one could actually smell cold air in a bottle - and this is exactly that. It evoces perfectly the cold, crisp, clean winter air, a sense of lightness and freedom. Starts with pepper, than it turns into ice. It is gorgeous. And it is "intense", at least it lasts way better than the usual Acqua Colonias. The bottle is stunning, as always. I am still waiting for a sale I can not refuse to purchase a full bottle of this beauty.

I spent the last week wearing this fragrance in a particularly cold snap, and I have to say that it's a very appropriate fragrance for Winter. This is what I imagine the smell of reaching a summit would be like, or perhaps a skiing vacation. Crisp, clean air that leaves your nose cold and your lungs burning slightly from the cold (in a good way), with clear, sapphire skies and a pale yellow sun still clinging to Winter's chill. White powdered snow all around, reminding you how pure and clean everything is when you're up that high.

This is undoubtedly the most intriguing clean fragrance in my collection, but my interpretation is quite different from the other reviews. I perceive a herbal, green, and musky blend with a hint of spice and a touch of earthiness. Initially, I was not a fan, but over time, it has grown on me. Given its impressive longevity, I could see this becoming a signature scent for someone.

After the initial spritz it reminded me of Estee Lauder Pleasures, it is not a dupe but has the same DNA and they share some notes: pink pepper, rose, lily of the valey and musk. It is a cold flowery scent and more on a feminine side than unisex. Longevity is weak, but we use it as room fresheners so no problem with this. Bottles and package are sooo pretty, bravo for that.

This definitely does smell like sharp cold air :) it smells like how the cold would be on a winter day when the sun finally decided to peak out and say hi. Slightly woody and green. It reminds me of ice. Edit: lol it is a very linear perfume. I wont be keeping this one because its not something I would wear but it is nice none the less :)

A beautiful fresh scent, smells just like cold air hitting your lungs, it has a zest that comes from the pink pepper. It’s very clean, I like to wear this when I’m lounging around the house or when Im going to be in close quarters with others and want to smell clean. It is super aldehydic and uplifting. A true unisex fragrance. Love it

Nice scent! Floral, a bit airy and a bit cold. Very good longevity, good projection. Not overwhelming, but powerful enough. It’s a steal for the retail price. The others from this line are also worth checking. If you like relaxing fragrances, try this one. Final note: 6/10

Clean scent. Reminded me of something I couldn't put my finger on at first. Then remembered this reminds me of and is quite similar to MAC Turquatic in my opinon. Pink pepper definitely comes through. Overall I like this for summer.

light and fresh , Open very sharp and synthetic. remind me of mountain top from Avon and Cucumber by Marc Jacob. quite long last on me but skin scent and not too loud. clear clean musk at last.

This fragrance is metallic, ozonic almost, and cool. It's definitely ideal for summer, and makes me feel cooled as soon as I spray it. It's subtle as well, and leans a little masculine.

To me, it smells like a more fancy laundry detergent or fabric softener. It is not very strong and is quite an intimate smell. Clean, fresh, and powdery.

My go-to summer perfume for the past couple years. I feel so fresh when wearing it! Only con is that I don't think it has much of a sillage.

I bought this when I visited Brugge Belgium. They have this small cute store. It smells good for day wear and smells clean.

It is a nice perfume, but it is not my cup of mountain air. I live in New Mexico, so maybe that is why. I only sometimes like fresh scents. I think the reason I am not jiving all over this is bc something reminds me of cucumbers and bath and bodyworks in a bad way. I haaaaate cucumbers as a note. So icky to me. This smells as though it does. It reminds me also of clover and cucumber lotion by B&BW. Yeahhhhh.... Now I understand why I am washing it off immediately.... Oh well. You can't win every blind buy. My current stats on blind buys are actually really good. This one I am okay with being wrong about. I am not saying that other people will feel the same about this fragrance. I can see its appeal for some people. Just not this people.

This cologne should be called Eau de papier after Diptyque's because it smells exactly like white paper or printer's ream as you call it. The one you find in an office printer. NOT the paper of old library books. Like if those paper testers that we use to spray perfume to test on had it's own perfume and you amplify that, that's precisely how this cologne smells. It's like the cleanest, crispiest smell I have ever found in a fragrance. Tl;dr: Clean office printer paper

I can absolutely see why it's called 'Pure Breeze of Himalaya'. It's very cool and fresh, clean and herbal. The pink pepper is super prominent and makes it interesting. It is light and inoffensive. I get absolutely nothing floral, no rose. I would not call this a safe blind buy, I purchased it after reading many reviews from women but to me, it is very masculine, I would have thought it was a men's cologne and probably won't be wearing it.

This is definitely not unisex IMO. It is very heavily feminine fragrance if you ask me, I'll probably give mine away since It's not manly enough. Like few people have mentioned before, it does have this breezy and airy vibe which reminds me of basic fresh fabric softener. There is also some underlying sweetness, probably from ambroxan, I'm not really getting much bergamot or mandarin. Only recommend for women. 6/10

This would be a beautiful scent if it lasted more than 5 minutes. I absolutely doused myself in it several times but I couldn't smell anything after half an hour. However, it is perfect for warm weather and, like the name suggests, it is very invigorating. All in all, a clean, refreshing scent for a hot summer day. Take the bottle with you, you will need to reapply. A lot.

I don't love the citrus in this, it doesn't really mix well with the musk for me.

bathroom cleaner. i dont think any in this line are very good .. except maybe the green one and you should just get terre d'hermes bc that will last get back in the kitchen and make me a citrus perfume

Today I had a hospital check. I really dislike hospitals, white walls, medical staff in white clothing, I was a bit nervous. I sprayed a good amount of this magic Fanny Bal creation and my senses calmed and fortunatly there was nothing bad to see by the doctors. I went home and was totally zen. What a beautiful white linnen musk perfume with a light touch of wood and fruits. It is comforting and gives an airy clean feeling. This amazing 4711 Aqua Colonia line keeps on surprising me. Creative and very pleasant colognes with a good balance beween synthetics and naturals for a very decent price in a very elegant presentation.

Watermelon sherbet, melting. Sweet, aquatic, fruity, powdery as if you were crushing pepper in a laundromat, and moderately airy, less than I would have imagined from such a name. It’s more a about rain and river grass than breeze. It would be a nice fabric softener. It doesn’t disappear on me, on the contrary.

Lots of very clean-smelling musk; very fabric softener. Lots of lily-of-the-valley, not getting any rose. There's something subtly herbal about this that elevates it above a lot of other "clean" smells and if that's your thing you might want to give this one a try - it's definitely too musky for me, though.

Easy-breezy, clean and airy. Quite lasting and chilly, but i get a slight dusty/sour side smell Especially at the beginning

Smells very much like Ming Shu by Yves Rocher. It's a nice light scent for every day wear. It smells clean and fresh.

I much prefer this to silver mountain water. They both do the same thing but this does it better
