4711 Acqua Colonia Pink Pepper & Grapefruit

Sentimental scent to me. Reminds me Merz Apothecary from Chicago where I actually first time saw this brand and learned about 4711. First I got classic one... Than after this was my second most loved fragrance. I had so many complients on it. Even my auntie started to use it because of me. Its so fresh and energizing. I even purchased the soap with a same ingredience and taking shower with that soap its a best part of morning. If your coffee doesnt work spray it at work you will get energy boost. Its just such a happy scent. Today I have purchased my bottle at 4711 Brugge store in Belgium. Second 4711 butique after Koln.

So far, I enjoy this scent more than any other in this particular line - which is unusual, because I really don't like grapefruit. I'm not crazy about eating it and I'm not crazy about smelling it. But, I don't know - something about this mixture leaves me really enjoying it. The grapefruit isn't overly strong and it's accompanied by the pink pepper, which adds just a bit of spice to the sweet and sourness of the citrus. It's well-balanced and very refreshing. Perfect for relaxing or wearing in any situation I can think of.

I'm in love with the pink pepper note in general: it gives the perfume a bit of fresh spiciness. Acqua Colonia Pink Pepper & Grapefruit is exactly what the name promises: grapefruit with a bit of spice. I sprayed some on my skin and on my clothes to make it stronger. The longevity on clothes is better than I expected, I was still getting wiffs of fresh citrus about 6 hours later.

For the value, this is a great buy. This can be a unisex frag. Initially when using it I thought it a little masculine. After pairing it with Sephora grapefruit body lotion it's much more wearable. It is weak though and needs to be refreshed every few hours. The scent is fresh, unique, uplifting and tart. My favorite of the acqua Colonia lines.

I always have a purse spray filled with Acqua Colonia Pink Pepper & Grapefruit with me on my way to work. After a long day I love to use this as a quick way to refresh the senses. ACPP&G reminds me a little bit of Cartier Declaration with its beautiful aromatic opening. The opening is the part I love the most, the drydown is quiet and soft.
