High Voltage

Been wearing this here and there since the summer and went anosmic every time I wore it within 30 minutes. I think I went nose blind so quickly because it’s predominantly ambroxan at the base. When the weather got a little colder I decided to bust it out again and boy have things changed! I get more fruit/wood on the top and it kinda reminded me of....don’t kill me....Office for Men. As it dries down the fruit fades away to ambroxan and cedar. It’s insanely pleasant in the air and it does draw attention from the women. Longevity...on Monday when I wore it I sprayed 4 times on skin, twice on sweatshirt, and once on the back of my hand. Caught wafts all day and lasted well into the evening. I woke up the next day and took a shower....could smell it clearly on the back of my hand. I think longevity is easily 10-12 hours. Easy all year long fragrance and can use for just about any occasion. The cost is a little on the high side but the fragrance is 100% quality. Cheers!

No idea how this has the rating it does? This has fast become a signature scent for me, super high quality and compliment magnet! One person described it as ‘sex in a bottle’ lol. Projects massively off my skin, easy grab when out of the shower, super fresh citrus opening but becomes a bit sweeter as dries down. Projects massively, ambroxan heavy, so only need 2-3 sprays. Personally prefer fresher scents as most days I’ll be in the office / wearing something casually, although find some citrus overpowering, too sharp. This is perfectly balanced. I own 50+ fragrances so go into work with some variety- always get asked why I’m not wearing this one though and that’s compared to other massive compliment pullers. It’s great that not many know about ATH and I have a new signature scent for everyday/ office use. 😄

Just my opinion, but this is very close to hacivat, but in my opinion, I prefer this version of that DNA because it is more toned down. Hacivat, to me, had too stong of a pineapple/lemon cleaner smell to enjoy. This pretty much hit the goldilocks zone for this DNA. I’m actually really disappointed this got discontinued, this was an easy reach this summer and I got better compliments wearing this than Hacivat. The hate for this is way over the top. I don’t know if it’s an age difference (young vs old) or cultural (I live in the US), but it’s excellent imo. I’m hoping it comes back in another limited release next summer! I think it works in the US where maybe people are such snobs and just want to smell good.

This is the one of the best freshies I have purchased. It has nuances of Tygar, Aventus and Percival, all fantastic freshies in their own right. To my nose, this has the closest similarity to Tygar, but I enjoy this far more. Couldn't recommend this highly enough if you're looking for a new freshie, you won't be disappointed. EDIT: It is almost like a cross between Bvlgari Tygar and Terre d'Hermes Eau Givree Hermès. You get the brilliant citrus from Tygar with this metallic freshness from Givree. It is absolutely brilliant!

One of my favourites and I'm sad that it's been discontinued. Perfect for summer months - fresh, juicy, sweet.

Smells very nice... though at one point it does edge on having a very slight urine vibe on my skin, but that goes away after a short period and it smells really good again. Got myself two 10mls before it was discontinued, definitely good enough to get wearings out of. Has a Hacivat/Aventus vibe about it. A lot of ambroxan and grapefruit. I see we have some ATH haters in here comparing it to things it clearly smells absolutely nothing like. Typical of this site to be honest, there are some right... silly people. Performs quite well on my skin, projects reasonably well and lasts well too.

Have had this since it released. Most closely resembles Hacivat, with the bitter earthy mid but is much more citrusy and lively. Smells sparkling.

Citrus freshie with a masculine kick. Think Aventus colognes tough uncle. Smells nice. Lasts a good while too

Great citrusy ambroxan fragrance. Reminds me of a more refined Hacivat. Good stuff.

Great, smelling, perfume, juicy grapefruit and so is the orange however, this is not a massive beast as ATH says, on my skin I only get around four hours of longevity then I have to reapply same thing on clothes, This would be my go to do errands or go to the gym fragrance projects for around an hour to an hour and a half as I said this is only on my skin I don’t know how it is performing on other peoples skin, this one is a 6.5 out of 10 for me. One of the most basic scents I've ever smelled. He uses the same notes in all of his perfumes. However, with this one, he stripped everything down and it smells like ambroxan and the same citrus top notes he always uses. Headache inducing.

Aaron is a great perfumer and this is a great scent, but these black 1.7 oz bottles have horrible atomizers. Your experience may be different but there are 2 problems with his bottles, the collar for the atomizer catches the spray, so you’re only getting half a spray and the rest drips under the collar. Second problem is that these seals for the atomizers aren’t that great. Your bottle will be leaking even though you haven’t sprayed it in over a month. I’ve bought multiple bottles from Aaron and approximately half of the bottles I ordered I had to empty out into a decant because it arrived leaking. This is the main reason I implore you to use maxaroma instead of the ath homesite. Maxaroma is very accommodating when it comes to damages and returns. Ath homesite will not honor returns no matter how large the order.

A little Aventus, a lil Sauvage Elixir, so fresh n so clean clean!! Some amazing citrus on top, quite zingy but juicey!! n airy. Modern foojair feeling :) Honestly, how can u not feel so good in this. Refreshing. Great for summer.
