Unicorn Elixir

Made to be layered with the Unicorn extrait de parfum, but can be layered with any rose oud, this is such a banger! This converted me from a rose hater to a rose lover by itself and made me fall in love with the rose oud genre when I initially only liked (barely) MFK's Oud Satin Mood. Opens with a STRONG jammy rose and citruses and transitions beautifully into oud heaven blended with the other naturals in such a way that I can't pick out a specific note. The oud here is very strong, it's not playful, and it's not gonna hold your hand. Especially off the opening, it can throw you off if you aren't already into real Oud fragrances, but if you give it 15 minutes, it will blow your mind...at least it did mine. Yes, it is expensive as all fuck, but if any fragrance could be worth that price tag, it is this one. Aaron uses REAL oud sourced and customised to his exact preference to avoid the "faecal" smell that most associate with real oud. Not to mention the REAL 30% rose absolute used in this fragrance (When they crush 3 tons of fresh rose petals to extract the pure oil). All of this on top of the years of work it took him to get it right... What I'm trying to say is that although it is still incredibly expensive for a fragrance, you are getting what you pay for. If you're willing to part with £300+ for an LV or a Creed, you shouldn't have a problem with this.
