Habibati

This is a great big bunch of floral flowers interspersed with Iris and Rose. Very strong when first applied and smells absolutely glorious. Definitely one of the more westernised fragrances, especially for those who would like to try a perfume oil without the oriental flavour. I would wear this everyday, very feminine and not overpowering in a work or social setting. On dry down there is a powdery musk and sweet vanilla that shines through which rounds out this perfume perfectly. I do not detect any woody scent of sandalwood at all, if it is there it is very light and my nose cannot pick it out.

It is everything the notes listed would suggest. A sophisticated, subtle, a little bit conventional feminine perfume, very western-style, perfect. I prefer it when it's initially applied, because the drydown gets a little bit plain powdery-musky-vanilla scent, but I still like it a lot.

So far my fav from Abdul. Love the mix of Powdery Iris, sweet vanilla and clean musk. Feminine and classy. Perfect for work and daily wear. Long lasting longevity and moderate sillage.

I like it so much, I ordered the whole lot they had left .Unfortunately they won't continue making it. Terrible shame.

Habibati is the most conventionally feminine of the line in my opinion. It's very sweet and clean iris, with a gourmand vanilla base. The white musk is really strong as well. I can see why many people would love this : it's fresh, clean and sweet, easy to wear and non-obtrusive. I wouldn't mind being around someone wearing Habibati, really. It's just not my personal preference. But if you're looking for a classy and delicate vanilla with loads of powder, Habibati is for you !
