Blue Kenam

A gallant attempt to recreate the mystique of the undistillable Kenam Oud Wood, ASAQ use a combination of several high quality Ouds in the blend with ambergis, musk and menthol to create a gorgeous animalic Oud blend that requires very strong personalities to carry it off. The Oud has a very lactonic quality to it like Oudh Infini, so if you are put off by a "barnyardish" opening, stay away. But if you can wait just a bit, the indolic notes disappear to leave behind a gorgeous ambery animalic Oud that is probably the best I have seen. If I have to complain, it is the shoddy presentation of this beautiful juice in a terrible Juicy Couture like bottle with a bad spray cap. ASAQ you can do so much better with presenting your beautiful Oud perfumes more tastefully. But if you can overlook this fault, this is a heavenly Oud perfume!

This is the perfect concentration to enjoy oud note, n amazing recreation of the famed kinam oud smell . But dear ASQ you guys are renowned for absolutely classy packaging , except for the box; the bottle, cap and that cheap plastic tie kind of thing on the neck and all are looking very cheap, please redo the design and even the sprayer which comes additionally with the spash bottle is so flimsy and thin. Great scent for the price i got . But seriously redo the bottle design. Not very strong as its 15% concentration but with 150ml juice i would fancy myself taking bath in it...

This line is very expensive, yet it has the cheapest quality of perfume bottles. This flaw makes me hate using this amazing perfume, because it could break at anytime. Not to mention this bottle is absolutely not travel friendly, because It has a twist up nozzle that comes loose after couple of uses. In the bright side, this perfume is like a treasure, you have to take care of it and use it for special occasions only. The smell can boost your confidence and makes you feel strong, seductively strong.

This is a very intoxicating royale masterpiece.

Very skanky and faecal at the start but once is settles down it’s very nice and long lasting. Silage isn’t huge , arms length. Would advise spray this on an hour before going out to let it settle down. The bottle however is cheap and rubbish, it made to look stylish but is poor quality, my bottle leaks juice from the top. Glad I got this with 50 percent off nice fragrance and appreciate the smell but the bottle is a let down

دائما وأبدا ما أكن إحتراما كبيرا لعبدالصمد القرشي و اري انه أحد رواد الصناعه في عالمي العربي والشرق الأوسط ،فهو دائما يصف نفسه أنه بيت العود والعنبر والبخور وايضا ساده العطر الملكي ، تلك الدار لديها خطوط متفاوته الأسعار ،فلديها الغرفه الملكيه وبها ما ندر من الأعواد و الأدهان والمخلطات التي صنعت للملوك والأمراء فقط ومن الصعب أن يدخلها إلا ذو مال وفير ،وأما عما اتيح للعامه ففيه من الجواهر كثيرا وأري في وجهه نظري أنه بلو كنام هو أحد تلك الجواهر بلاشك. بلو كنام ،فمن إسمه تتضح اتجاهات العطر ،فهو يعتمد بشكل أساسي علي العود الأزرق النادر -سمي بذلك لان خشبه عند الاحتراق تتصاعد ادخنته علي شكل سحب زرقاء اللون -مع لمسات من الورود وعنبر ودفقات خفيفه من البخور ونوته سكريه دافئه هونت من حده العود كثيرا ،وهنا نستطيع أن نقول أنك أمام عطر عود نيش بإقتداار . أداء العطر جيد جدا تحياتي

Extrait version review. This is oud centric spray. It comes off not so much as fecal but musky oud. Longevity is good. Silage is arm length. If your familiar with Blue Oud from AO; think of it as a slightly less intense version of that. There is some spice added so it could be worn on its own of layered with something else. If you like Blue Oud I would suggest you give this one a try as its cheaper. Currently ASQ BLUE Oud extrait is selling for $150 retail while blue oud sells for $400 retail. For reference this is more friendly than Ajmal Shams series but will knock over those folks unfamilar with oud.

Very intriguing fragrance here. Definitely goes on with the familiar cheesy barnyard vibe but that disappears almost instantly as something else emerges from the background. I'm having a very hard time identifying what it is but ambergris is coming to mind. I'm getting the Oud/animalic drydown but it's actually very very nice. And the performance is very solid. This is not an offensive scent at all and I'm thinking of adding it to the collection.

One of the most fecal oud notes I have encountered. Only for true oud lovers, who are brave enough to not to care about smelling good or even decent. This doesn't even have any "pretty" notes to counter the pungency of oud, which would have resulted in a balanced, wearable composition. It is just pure oud.

A very exclusive and expensive blend. The idea behind this scent it seems is to create the scent of kinnam Agarwood, the rarest and the most expensive oud. Agarwood is nicely blended with very little musk/ambergris.
