Kings Blend

One of the most opulent offerings from the venerable Saudi house, this is probably as good as a traditional Arabian rose oud scent will ever get. Layers of Taif rose and white florals intermingle with musk and Kalakassi oud to create a shimmering potion that lingers on your skin and also surprisingly projects outwardly very well. This is very high end traditional Arabian perfumery and one drop will immediately transport you on a magic carpet ride. Enjoy!

I bought 12ml in special bottle. It's very similar to the king abduallah blend. It's a good oud, much better quality than the spiked bottle version, even though I like the look of the spike bottle. It's good quality blend, more intense and long lasting than most asaq blends. Price is good for the longevity and quality of the oud and dry down. My vote 8 out of 10.

I bought a one gram sample of this Kings blend from ASAQ.This blend is priced at over $2100 for 12 ml or one tola as they call it in the Gulf. I took a small single swipe of this for personal enjoyment. With frequent wafts it kept my head submerged in sort of golden aura mainly coming from very old pure oud, some wild flowers I couldn't identify and ofcourse first rate taifi rose.Though taifi rose is not mentioned in notes above. Longivity is very good considering the small swipe but projection/sillage is low. Sniffing the dip stick reveals the heavenly, addictive top notch materials that have gone into this blend. The question of price is a big question and I would leave it to other reviewers. And personaly if money was not an issue I would have purchased a tola of this attar but I would expect little more sillage at these prices. Edit- I gave this one a proper wearing today. I haven't smelled anything of such intense Agarwoodsy depth and such a magnificent rose. The taifi rose really blooms in the beginning leaving oud far behind but later on gradually oud comes up and rose becomes a faraway ship on the horizon. Then it becomes what I would call a yellow/ golden oud. A blend of aged, golden oud with flowers in the end. Lush, deep, intense and dark and smells natural yet otherworldly. However the new oil is reformulated is not that powerful.
