Satin Body Oud

Satin Body Oud by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi is a smooth, elegant take on oud that feels refined rather than heavy. It opens softly with a fresh, slightly fruity brightness that quickly melts into a silky heart where gentle oud blends with florals, giving the fragrance a clean, polished feel. The oud here is well-mannered—never harsh or medicinal—and feels more “luxury fabric” than raw wood. In the dry-down, it becomes warm, creamy, and comforting, with touches of vanilla, soft musk, and light woods lingering close to the skin. Projection is moderate and intimate, but longevity is solid, especially on clothes. Overall, this is a classy, wearable oud—perfect for those who enjoy oud but prefer it smooth, subtle, and effortlessly elegant rather than loud or challenging.

This is a pleasant fem leaning (but still unisex wearable) floral/vanilla with a touch of smooth oud in the background. It gives me the feeling of yellow florals (though I dont know what actual floral notes are being used). Its got great longevity, I enjoy layering this with kalemat sehr/black but it works great on its own. I enjoy it more as a cool spring scent due to the florals.

To me, this smells like Bond no. 9’s Oud Supreme made sweeter with a little bit of that MYSLF orange blossom. As it dries down it turns into a creamy vanilla-y lavender(?). Overall it’s a really nice floraly oud scent but don’t overspray bc it can get cloying.

I really love the perfume one things I could mention like a problem is that the head cap will not work after some sprayed due to heaviness of the oil it will close the pores

This is up there with the best niche perfumes...it has a floral/oud feel to it that im not finding in the ingredients.
