Sweet Amber Blue

Oh, my... this is very lovely. I've smelled other ambergris before, but this one is much more reminiscent of Molecule 02 than I was expecting, except it is much deeper, richer, smoother, and more natural smelling than M02. High natural ambroxan content. Imagine a dry animalic musk tempered with a salty sweetness. Starts off with moderate projection for a few hours before settling into a strong skin scent. I can see why people recommend this one. It's not challenging at all. I'm not getting vomit, civet, or anything funky that can turn people away. I am also picking up something slightly balsamic. Perhaps there's a hint of saffron in here? Overall, very addicting!

This is an amazing “natural” ambergris, not Amber. I enjoy wearing it by itself but I use it mostly with other perfumes that has no ambergris notes. It rounds up any perfume also, it gives them a better longevity. Though, don’t waste it with ambroxan heavy perfumes.
