41 Cologne

This is a very fresh, light scent. This would be perfect in a professional setting since it is not overwhelming at all, but could be worn in any setting. I detect notes of cucumber and possibly green apple. There is nothing spicy, warm, or musky about this fragrance. Sillage and longevity (2-3 hrs.) are below average. Definitely a unique and refreshing fragrance - currently my favorite. If it were not for below average sillage and longevity, this cologne would be a 10/10. 8.5/10

One of my first fragrance purchases - I went through a few bottles and absolutely loved it when it came out. Echoing neloo and Tesla1911 - I read their reviews and ordered the 41 from Dua and it is an almost exact duplicate of the original 41. There is a slight difference - the original is slightly lighter and doesn't dry as heavy on the patchouli - but it is negligible and totally worth the revisit to the late 2000's.

I'm reflecting back to my collection of frags I've owned in the past and undoubtedly, this is one of the DUMBEST pr/marketing/sales moves A & F has ever done...... A frag that could add huge revenue to their bottom line, but they go out and discontinue it- BRILLIANT!

The first fragrance I ever owned. Still have my bottle and box. I no longer use it as it’s impossible to find and I want to have it in my collection. Still smells great from the cap. Definitely worth looking for if you are a collector.

One of the best scents I had ever owned. I wish they never discontinued it! I kid you not when I say I had purchased 5+ bottles of this stuff when it was still available

This was my first ever fragrance I purchased in 2007, I was 11. Not sure I ever used the full bottle despite having the smaller size. This smelled amazing and lasted all day on me. I was definitely the best smelling kid in elementary school with this, everyone else was wearing axe. Jokes aside, this was a really nice fragrance. I remember it being quite fresh with a woody dry down, no complaints from me. Wish I still had my bottle, crazy to see this being sold for so much nowadays!

One of my first. My girlfriend loved it. It would sit forever on my clothes. I could smell it weeks after spraying it on my suit lapel.

Very good smell. I mostly use it after i finish my gym session and take a shower. It feels fresh and masculine. 9/10 over-all rating.

A blind buy that worked like a charm and I can't thank myself enough cause I bought it before it was discontinued (why did they?) I'm a fan of Aquatic fragrances and this one made it dang straight into my top ten. It explodes with fresh cucumbers, so real that it can't get fresher than a cool cucumber plucked out from it's plant, cut into pieces and served on a plate! It can be a bit overpowering and some may not like that, but heck, I get compliments. The cucumber dies quickly and is survived by a blend of warm lilly of the valley and woody musky type of a scent (very unique) that ranks somewhere between feminine and Unisex depending upon body chemistry, just like the perfume 41 for women, but definitely NOT flowery girly, you know what I mean? Too bad, it wasn't popular and I can't find another perfume even getting close to smelling like the Cologne 41. CK Aqua and RF Polo Blue do have cucumber on their top notes but they don't smell as fresh, not even close. (oh but they're great fragrances by the way) Longevity and Sillage are Moderate to decent.

As said by "neloo" below. Dua has released their version of "41 Cologne Abercrombie & Fitch for men" and I bought one. I use to have 2 bottles of the OG years ago and there is no way I'm going to pay hundreds of dollars for a 30 mil. bottle on EBay now. Because, the Dua version "Dua Cologne 41" is a 1 to 1 exact duplicate of the OG except for one thing, it lasts much longer. I remember that the "41 Cologne Abercrombie & Fitch for men" wasn't a long lasting fragrance. It was very good but, could have been better if it were longer lasting. Well, with all that aside, go with "Dua Cologne 41" It goes for $60.00 for a 30 mil. bottle, which they always put 33 mil. in all of their fragrances. Right now they are running a sale, (Which they almost always do) for 30% off. Head over there and don't pay $3-4 hundred dollars.

I really like this cologne but a lot of people that I've ask to smell it (my friends, family, etc.) Said that it was o.k but not there favorite. It smells extremely cucumbery. If you like that smell then I recommend it.

this is one of those A&F scents i walked by when i bought fierce and smelling this it is nice smelling but NOT anything i would pay 40 or more for
