Authentic Self Woman

I really love this perfume. It reminds me of light blue with the musk toned down and the lemon turnt up! The big burst of lemon zest is 100% why I love it so much. I haven't come across it in another fragrance thus far and I'm a big citrus lover! It smells like a freshly cut lemon - it's sparkling and sweet so it's not sharp or bitter to my nose. Super clean, soft but zesty! Perfect for summer, and it's become my new favourite to layer on top of almost any citrus, fruity, light florals to brighten them up. My favourite combo so far has been layering it on top of Valaya Parfums de Marly (scandalous layering such a niche with an Abercrombie, but I don't care) and it's heavenlyyyy! Valaya is a beautiful musk but the bright opening doesn't stick around long enough. Authentic Self adds the perfect burst of sunshine and brightness to it, while Valaya adds a more intense musk and complexity to AS. Huge +++ for anyone who loves this kind of profile - the ultimate citrus!

This is amazing I'm excited about the new smell. Let's start with Rub lemon peel and Pineapple juice Ola-la... This smells Very tasty and not greasy. I fell in love With this smell for the first time. It's perfect for hot weather A little sweet, a little sour Perfectly blended. 10/10/10

This is a gorgeous citrus, i keep thinking it’s like a cloudy lemon. Fresh, clean and soft.

This is a lovely light fragrance. I wish it lasted longer. Very fresh and bright.

Is this fragrance a tsundere? A boy that pulled your ponytail because he liked you? Sharp yet alluring. This has gotten better in time or due to the summers hot and moist weather. The first time I sprayed this, I found it too sharp and masculine, like freshly grinded lemon peal with vodka but it has gotten sweeter, it specially if you feel it up close. It is still citrus peel dominant - sour and a bit bitter or tanin would be better fitting. It also smells lovely when sprayed in hair, very lovely! Not sure I will keep it yet but it is good enough to give it a chance, it specially if you want a really refreshing citrus that is not too sweet. There is a hint of sweetness but just as much as you'd feel the sugar in a lemon - you know it is there but there is still doubt yet it lingers and teases you from time to time becoming sweeter and sweeter. And this makes it enchanting. The sillage and longevity is moderate - about 3h, skin scent more than 6h. I don't find it very similar either to light blue (it is sweeter) or LG intense (sharper). The vibe does remind me of CK one but I would say this is a unique enough fragrance. P.S. the late dry-down (next morning) smells a bit like pineapple.

It reminds me most of s.Oliver sports female mixed with Ulrich De Varens Rue Pergolese perfume (in blue and yellow box). D&G Light Blue doesn't come to mind for me. Citrusy but not as fresh as Versace Versense, this one is more powdery and sweet. It doesn't have a huge sillage, but you can still smell it. I can mostly imagine it on myself in sunny autumn, or in spring, when the weather is getting warmer, it's not fresh enough for summer for me. It's more of a daytime fragrance than an evening fragrance, and possibly I would wear it on a summer evening, during an outdoor event. Solid fragrance, you can't drive anyone away with it, it's not suffocating, concentrated. However, I don't feel that it is a remarkable novelty because, as I mentioned, it reminds me of a combination of 2 older scents, but at least I have the successor to s.Oliver sports female, which I have been looking for for a long time. :)

How can be a scent so energizing and calming in the same way? Obviously, Autentic Self gives everyone what exactly need in the moment... The top notes are about the lemon, which is sunny, juicy and pure. I love the gooseberry, which makes the scent more green. Jasmine and fresia almost obscure lily-of-the-valley. Together have soapy, white floral aroma, well-settled in musk base. The woodiness is gentle and pleasant. It is intense, liberating and peerless perfume. Very nice for any occasion. --- Projection and longevity moderate, adapts well to the wearer and climate.

Pros: - Uplifting – it instantly boosts your mood! - Balanced blend of citrus and sweet floral notes - The bottle is adorable and cheerful Cons: - Feel too juvenile - I gave it to my 10 y.o. dougher and she loves it! - Summer only, I'd say. While It's a cute perfume, I personally prefer a perfume that feels more refined and signature, rather than something that smells like a fresh body wash.

Umm, why does this smell so good on me??? It's like Burberry for Women and Victoria's Secret Bombshell mixed into one, and it works. I get some juicy citrus notes in the beginning which quickly fade and I'm left with a light fruity musk. Unfortunately it's fleeting on my skin. I could barely smell it after an hour. Luckily I was able to get a discounted bottle at my local Marshall's.

It smells exactly of gooseberry and doesn‘t give me Light Blue at all. In fact didn‘t even think of that comparison before seeing it here. It‘s zesry, very fresh musky a little metallic even. Unisex fregrance, more unisex than Light Blue ( leaning female) Longevity medium projection quite good, depends on number of sprays!

been into citrus lately due to the hot weather and this zesty citrus scent is perfect for it. Its funny how you still get a bit of warmth from the white florals but nothing thatll leave you cloying. Musky by the dry down, with its price and lovely bright yellow packaging i must say that im happy with my purchase 💖

This is fun, summertime juicy citrus. Very uplifting and non offensive, great for wearing around kids and sensitive noses. Definitely mood boosting fragrance, for the price I don’t blink twice and use generously!

Cheap apple shampoo. It's not bad at all, even nice, but nothing distinctive.

I recently took a chance on a blind buy in my quest for the perfect summer fragrance, but unfortunately, this one fell flat in a few key ways. The scent lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The lemon note, which I expected to be refreshing, turned out to be bitter and even a bit sour. What disappointed me even more was how short-lived the fragrance was. It faded away after just a short while, regardless of whether I tried it on hot days, evenings, or before bed. This fleeting quality made it hard to truly enjoy the scent, especially during the longer summer days. While the fragrance is wearable, it's far from what I was hoping to find. It might work for casual outings, but it doesn't capture the true essence of summer that I was looking for. If you need a bottle of this let me know.

Smells like warm weather and sunrays. Fresh and juicy lemon scent that don't smell cheep. Love it

was browsing through the perfume section an TJ Max when i stumbled upon a bunch of these clustered into a corner! I saw a box that had been opened so i got the perfume out to sniff some and ooh i loved it. As soon as i smelled it i was like yup you’re coming with me! Kept smelling myself the whole time there! But i knew it reminded me of something i’ve smelled before so i went to the Fragrantica page and saw it was compared to D&G’s Light Blue and that’s exactly what this smells like to me. Longevity is pretty good for a citrus floral, better than Light Blue.

Smells different from when I smelt it in the shop. Hopefully after some time it will smell the same. It's a sharp lemon in the opening, then dries down to a fresh smell for me. Reminds me of ck2 and ck1 for some reason. Definitely one for summer, I love the lemon, it's quite realistic and not a sweet lemon. I would get this if you like fresh lemon scents, think this is a safe blind buy and at a good price

Opens up with a sharp lemon zest note, very fresh and kind of reminds me of citrusy insect repellent. It quickly settles down to a musky floral that is perfectly balanced. I don’t get any sweet or pear 🍐 note, I will have to give this a full days wear to judge further. Purchased the 1oz for $17 at Ross, great cheap blind buy perfect for the blistering Florida heat.
