Accendis 0.2

Accendis 0.2 was launched in 2015 and was the second fragrance from the Accendis brand. It tells the story of when the Cherokee people, still new to Earth, believed that life would be so much better if there was never any night. They begged the Ouga (Creator) that it be day all the time, there being no darkness. Soon, the forest was thick, and it became difficult to find the trails. So, they asked for lasting nights, but the crops stopped growing and it became difficult to hunt. Once again, the Creator heard their request, and day and night came together, as in the beginning of time. Beings began to smile again and to protect them, the spirits of their ancestors were kept in a newly created tree, called a-tsi-na tlu-gv {ah-see-na loo-guh}, the Cedar Tree. The 0.2’s fragrance is ambery and full of woody nuances. It was created by perfumer Celine Ripert and has top notes of black pepper and Peruvian balsam; Cedar and guaiac wood, in the body; notes of Oud and labdanum, in the base. Love at first sniff! In fact, 0.2 has that kind of fragrance that screams Niche Perfumery wherever it goes. And as much as it's not completely groundbreaking for me, it still manages to captivate me, because it brings together a lot of what I appreciate. Starting with the initial phase, 0.2 explodes in ambery and balsamic nuances, with sweet and dry facets of a very smoky caramel. Pepper imparts a harsh, spicy, and slightly earthy effect, with durability above average for a short-lived note, normally used at the top of masculine compositions. Then, evolution brings the central phase of the olfactory pyramid, and the guaiac wood exudes its creamier and milkier personality, with a vanilla and leathery content, in contrast to cedar, here drier and more aromatic. At this point, the Oud note already vibrates over the skin and delivers an extra layer of sophistication. It is worth mentioning that, at this point of drying, there is still a lot of Peruvian balsam, which I like a lot. Just when I think that nothing else is to come, the labdanum emerges and brings a strong and warm leathery smell, continuing what had started before, in a softer way. So, the fragrance gains survival and, even after hours, it stays on the skin like a spicy suede. For me, 0.2 is an exquisite fragrance and one that goes best with lower temperatures or evening events. It exudes well, leaves a trail, attracts attention, is sensual, and lasts for more than 11 hours, although smooth after that time. It's unisex, but its woody and virile core practically begs to be felt on a man's chest. And if you're the convinced bachelor type, with casual encounters, sex without commitment, and no calls the next day, then it's better not to wear this perfume on a date. Otherwise, get ready for a lot of notifications on your phone.

Oh my... i had this blend since esxence 2016 from the founder's best friend who was an extreme friendly lady and never bothered to open it! This is heaven to tree glue. It has that sticky (not sweet or cloying) sharp glue mingled with cedar powder, balsamic, lapdanum, and liquid oud. I can't define what kind of oud used in here cause i just sense other than the European style oud. It's harsh woody and extremely masculine sexy blend as it shouts power and virility. An extreme amazing blend indeed.

Rich, thick, balsamic, smoky notes..over time change into woody, soft, nearly milky skin scent. A lovely combination of different wood notes. It is a warming scent, and I find it more suitable for a colder time of the year, however, also gorgeous on a chilly summer evening. Beautiful performance. Somewhere in a very very distant galaxy it slightly reminds me of Serge Lutens Jeux de Peau.

Very nice performance. I have a feeling like my skin is consuming this formula, it is outstanding. Like this fragrance was created only for his owner.The medium Sillage keeps the smell only for me. Thank you Celine for this perfect blend.

Ordered a 2 mL sample as part of a Discovery Set from Krystal Fragrance. For a reference point, it reminds me of a more intense, unisex and affordable version of Santal Blush. Accendis 0.2 is extremely woody with a touch of sweetness in the base from the labdanum. Longevity is solid, lasting for about 8-9 hours on my skin and projecting moderately for the entire wearing. Distinct enough from Santal Blush that it warrants a full bottle purchase for me. As much as I love to overspray, a little goes a very long way--too much and it nearly sears the nostrils. If applied with restraint, it is far more appealing and easy on the nose. Excellent for cooler sweater weather, especially fall.

It’s good but not wow , all I can catch is smoking balsamic notes ... needs under 10 degrees to wear that .. also it’s linear
