Blu Women

Womanity is my holy grail fragrance. I first smelled it as a teenager and it was genuinely life changing. It became my signature scent for many many years. I went through 10+ bottles. Sadly it's impossible to find now and I save what I have left for special occasions. When I read that this was almost a dead ringer for Womanity I had to try it. I was not disappointed! It does smell like Womanity - but an EDT version. It's fresher than the original EDP. A bit of a citrus hit in the opening which Womanity does not have but it's nice. Doesn't have the same intense saltiness but it's a very nice and wearable fragrance. Again the intensity of the fig notes if not as strong, but they're there and very pleasant. Do not expect extreme projection or longevity with this one but it's still a nice semi intimate scent. I actually think this would be office appropriate if you just went for two sprays. It's very pretty. If you're not a Womanity lover and just interested in the notes I would recommend you buy a small size to try. This fragrance is a perfect summer day time scent.

I couldn’t say whether it resembles Womanity or not, for I’ve unfortunately never smelled it. But what I do know is that Blu is a truly pleasing fragrance, even for someone like me who usually doesn’t care much for marine scents. Blu is fig in its truest, most radiant form. Not the kind that drifts into coconut or gets lost in sunscreen vibes. No, here, it’s still on the tree. And a marine breeze blows around it, fresh, salty, yet gentle. A calm sea, maybe on a sunny morning on the island of Capraia, somewhere between fig trees and rocks kissed by waves. It’s a fragrance that breathes escape without cliché, freshness without harshness, and nature without artifice. A fig tree by the sea - so simple, and so beautiful.

This one smells like the sea... It indeed has those notes, and the bottle is quite stylish, reminds me of Cote'd'Azur where I bought it just a week ago. I also had a distinct impression that it was close to Mi Amor from NEXT (a floral perfume, which cost very little, but was very classy to wear), so I just had to buy Blu. This is a 'slow' and eluding feminine perfume. Slow as in 'I am not making a statement here, I just love the way I am.' It's also not the usual synthetic scent you come across in shops in 99% of cases these days. It still smells Woman. Classy. Love it.

Blu Donna (Woman) by Acqua dell Elba is a splendid salt forward fragrance supported by a lush, green fig tree. I love Womanity and can confirm this is a very very close twin. This one, has a woodier dry-down and feels somehow a little bit more natural. At this point I try to decide which one remains. One doesn't need both Edit: I decided to keep this over Womanity because it feels a lot more natural

Firmanın kendisi bu parfumu bayan olarak sınıflandırması ama bence kesinlikle iyi bir ünite parfüm. İncir uzun bir süre sahnede kalıyor ama sonrasında çok güzel bir odunsu kokuya dönüyor. İncir rahatsız etmiyor ve bence çok başarılı bir yaz parfumu. Bu arada Roma mağazaları çok sık.

Allright! I can not help to write a review comparing it to Womanity. They are as close as twins. Comparing them, Blu is a liiittle bit lighter and a has a liiittle more citrus and a liiittle bit more floral but the difference is microscopical!

I have been wearing it for two summers and springs ,and may be all the time . This is a rich, hugging, enveloping, generous, healthy, almost unisex fragrance; I love it .

Decent! Similar to womanity but more aquatic and minty. Got it for my partner but unfortunately it doesn't quite last as long as womanity

I agree with Peachyportia: this is Womanity edt! Green figs + briny ocean spray. Fresh, breezy, and a little sweet! Love this! 🌊❤️

This is Womanity’s tamer sister. Whereas Womanity is lush and sultry, Blu is lighter with a hint of citrus. The fig is pretty prominent, which is good for those who enjoy it. The citrus note tones down the herbal and marine notes. Stays pretty close to the skin though longevity is quite good on the skin and even better on clothes. Overall, it’s a close dupe to Womanity sans the sensuality, and likely more wearable for those who can’t tolerate Womanity. Nice for the spring through early fall.

Not your average fig. I love the marine twist on what is usually one of my least favorite notes. This is perfectly refreshing for hot weather, and ideal for those who are not into the gourmand trends. (I however, love gourmands and also love this perfume so I think its worth trying.) This is now available at scentsplit, and is an amazing value.

There's a similarity to Womanity here definitely, but Blu has more wooden/dried leaves notes. All in all, great aquatic (marine) scent – more full and complete than Womanity, definitely.

Fruity fig and some coconut Sweet and aromatic, just a bit spicy Aquatic fragrance on a base of woods and amber

I bought this perfume because all the reviews that claimed that smells like Mugler Womanity. As a heavy user of Mugler I can confirm this smells almost identical, just a bit less sharp and maybe more "clean ". Difference is very subtle. Anyway it's not worth buying if you are looking for a strong long lasting scent. It fades within 10 minutes after applying. At least on my skin

Wore this yesterday and figured I'd give a review at last. I reach for this very occassionally during the summer. It's too syrupy for my taste. It might be alright if it was diluted a bit more or had some more florals or something else to balance it out, but it's straight up in your face thick, syrupy, synthetic fig and marine. It's like a 10x more concentrated version of Womanity (which I like and find a lot more wearable than Blu Woman).

This perfume is peerless in my opinion. It is the signature scent of one of the most beautiful women I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Not only have I complimented her on it on multiple occasions, but I have witnessed others compliment her on it too. There's something completely intoxicating about the scent and it's very unique due to only being available for purchase in Italy. Years and years could go by and if I smell it again, I will immediately think of her. That's the definition of signature scent. Incredible perfume and if you can find it online or in Italy, just buy it, you will definitely not regret it.

This is by far one of the most intoxicating and sensual perfumes I have encountered in my world travels. It is not for everyone. It is for the confident woman who doesn't mind attention from men and I mean MEN not males. I wear this when I need favors done from sales personnel or in a courtroom. It helps to get the job done and in the evening at cozy cocktail parties, lookout. you won't be leaving alone unless you want to. Enjoy!
