Bergamotto La Spugnatura

I'm a sucker for ADP citruses and I've owned many over the years. Most of the time I buy them but never for retail. Tried this once and it was very different from the original which I'm very familiar. The grapefruit , galbanum and vetiver is noticable. Need to test further with some free sprays at the local store, but I enjoyed it and thought it was surprisingly stout for citrus.

In the first glorious moments it captures just what it promises - tart, golden bergamot sparkling in the Italian sun, possibly the best bergamotto ever. And it lands on a very natural accord of super-dry vetiver grounded in sandalwood. Brilliant and warm, that rarest of fresh citrus-vetiver combinations. But somewhere in the heart there’s a dirty lavender that muddles it, and it ends up smelling like really nice talcum powder. It’s beautifully blended, and very natural, I only wish they would ditch the usual Santa Maria Novella dustiness in favour of something more bitter and raw.

Don't know what to make of this,first wear of tester & was expecting that AQP citrus hit but this is more creaminess if anything. But after 3 hours this near enough gone & I really have to press my nose to my skin to get anything. No 50ml option so the 100ml is a risky option if it has no longevity. I have Fico la riserva & that lasts forever. Well use up the tester before making a decision.

The opening is very citrusy and fruity and dry down is woody and not as citrusy.
