This is the "prettiest" fragrance in my collection. I've been looking for a Jasmine scent that is unisex enough for a guy to wear while still smelling natural. This does it in my opinion but the average male fragrance wearer would probably still find this a bit feminine. I think Jasmine is one of the most beautiful scents on the planet so I'm going to find a way to wear it. I'm not normally a big fan of citrus, but the jasmine pairs amazingly with the lemony opening, and olibanum keeps the vibe going as it dries down. I was so excited to try the Aqua Di Parma Gelsomino a Freddo Ambrosia. The beautiful yellow box it came in drew me in and reminded me of beautiful lemons. I really loved the simplicity yet elegance of the parfum bottle. When I sprayed the fragrance I was pleasantly surprised it had a lovely yet warm feeling. I definitely smelled the notes of lemon, sandalwood and vetiver it reminded me of a santal fragrance. I loved that it wasn’t too overpowering and left me smelling delicious. I definitely recommend this fragrance and will continue to wear this fragrance. I received this parfum in exchange for my honest review.

Not sure if these these are troll down votes or not, but I tried this scent once (take with a grain of salt) and can sort of understand the controversial feelings. The open and mid were not outstanding, especially considering the price. But man the drydown was great. Maybe not 340 for a 50ml great, but pretty nice. Performance was good too which is what they were aiming for. That and to try and grab some cash from the extrait craze. I'll update again after further testing. P.S. if you don't like the EDP because of the heavy florals, this is a better option.

Gelsomino a Freddo Ambrosia Acqua di Parma Is a really nice scent. It’s nice and warm perfect for this fall weather. It kind of a spicy sensual scent. It’s nice for a night out. It is a unisex scent but to me it leans a bit more towards a masculine scent. Probably due to the more woodsy scent. It is a long lasting perfume I didn’t have to reapply throughout the day lasted at least 5 or 6 hours on. I really liked the packaging of this perfume super nice and the bottle itself is really nice. *I received this as part of a promotion*

This was my first time trying this perfume on! I have been wearing it for almost over a week and I am in love with this scent. It smells very luxurious. It has very unisex smell. It can suit both men and women. That’s what makes it very versatile.

This was my first time trying this brand so I was very excited to try it. I don’t own many unisex fragrances either but I was intrigued by the notes in this one. The packaging was beautiful and so was the bottle, it’s very elegant. I could tell that this was a good quality fragrance. This is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance that could be for both men and women but in my opinion it leans for masculine. You can definitely smell the notes of Cardamom, Frankincense and I especially smell the Italian Lemon and then that sandalwood and cedarwood which does give it that masculinity. The first spray is a bit strong for my liking but the dry down is more subtle which was nicer. This isn’t something I see myself wearing often because I tend to wear lighter fragrances and I didn’t get any floral notes on me which is what I like but I will experiment with layering this fragrance. I recently tested Gelsomino a Freddo Ambrosia by Acqua di Parma, and while it opens beautifully, it ultimately left me disappointed. The first impression is a bright lemony freshness that strangely reminded me of gardenia, even though that note isn’t listed. It's possibly due to the combination of jasmine, orris and sandalwood that gives off the smooth velvety gardenia like scent. It’s elegant and uplifting, but quite strong at first, so I applied sparingly to my neck and wrists. Unfortunately, the scent faded within just a couple of hours, leaving almost no trace on my skin or clothes. The packaging is stunning, and the fragrance itself is lovely at the start, but given its high price and poor longevity, I can’t recommend it overall. I had high hopes for this perfume, but it turned out to be a bit different from what I expected. I would like to start with positives. This scent lasts five ever. In my first test of this, the one spray i placed on my wrist lasted overnight to the next day. I was hoping for more cardamom in this scent but I picked up frankensence and generic floral. I didn't find this scent has anything unique that I would be able to sell people on. This was just meh. And for the price, it's not for me. I feel like this has a clingy earthen smell mixed with drugstore air freshener. It's not totally inoffensive either due to a sharpness to it on first spray.

Acqua di Parma Gelsomino a Freddo Ambrosia Extrait de Parfum is a strong and long-lasting fragrance. When I first opened the gorgeous orange box, the first thing I smelled was dill. There’s a certain note in some fragrances that smells like dill to my senses. That scent lingered on my skin until it dried, then I smelled the smoky, woodsy jasmine. The scent projection isn’t that great. Only a few people said they could smell it on me. I only need to use a few spritzes for it to last all day. This perfume is my only perfume that has its own box and it is absolutely beautiful. I was really surprised how it came and when I smelled it it smelled like winter and fall together it has notes of musky but yet citrusy scent . When I read the notes for this perfume, I was hoping for something like Nest “Indigo" with a little more spice, and some woody depth. But Gelsomino a Freddo Ambrosia is something very different that somehow skews into oud territory. The packaging and bottle are beautiful, luxurious, and elegant (as they should be for the price!). The atomizer is top notch. Upon first spray, the cardamom hits strong, and I picked up a little frankincense. There is a citrus element present that brightens the whole thing up, but make no mistake, this is not a citrus-centered affair; warm spice is the star here. As it dries down, the tea and woods start to become more prominent, with myrrh keeping things warm and spicy. This has moderate projection but a more intimate sillage. I didn’t get too much of the floral elements listed, so if you’re looking for a jasmine tea kind of situation, I don’t think you’ll find it here. This is earthy, spicy, warm and woody. I'd categorize it as unisex skewing masculine. All in all, this is a fragrance I *should* love, however...there’s something in this that comes across as thick and cloying to me. This heavy thick scent reminds me of oud wood, so maybe it's the guaiac wood? Some here are comparing this to "Oud Gardenia." I've never smelled that fragrance...but based on what's happening here, I bet they're right. I can still smell what I'll call the "oud-factor" 6 hours later, although it's pretty much a skin-scent at that point. It’s a beautifully blended and unique fragrance, that’s likely to get some positive attention, especially if you enjoy oud. I have fell in love worn this perfume! I knew that this perfume was gonna be an amazing perfume, but I did not think it was this good from the moment that I opened it up and sprayed it. I could immediately smell all of the beautiful notes that it has. The packaging is just stunning first of all the yellow bottle and the way it is stored it it's just elegant and so luxurious. Let's go to the smell. The smell is absolutely heavenly. It's a mix of fresh, but also a musky strong. It is a very strong perfume, but I love, strong perfumes, and this one just tops the cake. The compliments that I have been getting on this perfume are actually insane. It lasts so long that I sprayed it on my shirt a couple days ago maybe like a week ago and I kid you not the next week that I reword shirt it was as if I had sprayed it on freshly. It is so worth it to me. It is just a beautiful luxurious perfume. The longevity is truly impressive. I can spray it in the morning, go through a full day, and still smell it clearly on my skin and clothes in the evening. Even after washing my clothes, I sometimes still get little hints of it. I have never owned a fragrance that stays around this long in such a beautiful way. It is not overpowering, but it fills the room with a soft, elegant trail that people notice. It makes my whole space smell inviting and luxurious. The notes are blended so smoothly that it feels like a single wave of scent rather than separate layers. The jasmine is the star, but there is something creamy and slightly amber-like underneath that adds warmth and depth. It is elegant, romantic, and comforting all at once.
