Oud Eau de Parfum

I'd confidently say that in line with what I've tried so far, this is easily the best introduction to Oud through the lense of a Western nose thats not used to it (while also smelling nice and classy in of itself). Definitely better than I expected, I was expecting the Oud Wood style of Oud that smells more like Cedarwood than actual Oud or faux-oud to my nose, however, this does have real Oud in it which is a plus, and it's done in a small amount whilst also being wrapped around beautifully by the other notes, which make it really pleasant to noses who have never experienced Oud before, many people often forget that not all Oud smells funky or intense which is mainly reserves for Indian and sometimes Laotian Oud, but the Oud in this one is very likeable, elegant, intensely woody yet reserved, and lightly sweet. Enough babling by me😂 The other main notes I get on my skin for the rest of the wearing are a rich and dense but non animalism leather, a dense and slightly creamy Sandalwood (of which both of them fuse seamlessly with the Oud), the familiar bright and sparkly orange from the opening, only now further in the back to add much needed contrast to the heavier darker notes, and Amyris which gives a little sweetness and smooths the edges out of this already smooth and elegant fragrance. Wearability wise this is 100% a dressed up fragrance (or atleast that's where I think it shines the most), however If you really love it I see no issue wearing it casually provided it's not hot or humid, I also feel that this fragrance is very firmly a Masucline leaning scent but its not entirely unthinkable to imagine a Lady enjoying this and rocking it. Projection was medium but quite dense and occasionally would feel like it was approaching strong on my skin but would taper back down, and longevity I got around 9-10 hours, with it starting to die down around the 4 or 5 hour mark. Overall it's quite nice to get whiffs of and makes me have to correct my back posture just smelling it as it really does exude class; Oud is fundamentally and divisive and/or hard to first like note to most western palletes unfamiliar with it, but I feel like this is one of the better if not the best avenue to start off with, while still going strong as a beautiful fragrance in its own right. 8.3/10

AdP Oud is a masterpiece - a very unique take on oud while being beginner friendly at the same time. Unlike most oud fragrances that give off a heavy, dark, funky vibe, the oud in here is complemented by just the right amount of citrusy, sweet and clean notes, with almost a little bit of aquatic feel, making it fresh, soft, airy and extremely smooth. It's still somewhat of an acquired taste but is very pleasant and light for an oud scent. Vibrant, rich, uplifting and slightly sweet orange & bergamot notes can be found in the loud opening with so much depth. Very full and round. The citruses stay for a pretty long time and as they gradually die down you can detect the other layers underneath a lot more: there's a soft, gentle leather note that adds this refinement and sophistication to the scent; Amyris gives off this slightly sweet resinous vibe that makes you wanna keep sniffing it; and of course, the oud becomes more and more apparent as the fragrance develops. The oud here is dry, crisp, slightly smokey and reminds me of antique furnitures, giving that classy & elegant woodsy vibe. The oud note intensifies and reaches its peak around the 5-6 hour mark when most of the other notes have faded. The longevity of this thing is absurd. I sprayed once on my arm in the morning and took a shower 12 hours later, the oud base can still be easily detected after the shower. Sometimes I can still smell it 24 hours after applying, simply insane. This is a modern/Western take on oud and to me doesn't really smell Oriental at all, until the full dry down where it becomes a bit exotic. Mass appealing yet artistic. Smells like two fragrances in the opening and the dry down. You gotta try this even if you're not a fan of oud normally. This will make you smell like a successful, sophisticated gentleman no doubt. im not into niche fragrances, just because im not rich and i consider pure madness spend more than 120-130euros for any parfume. acqua di parma is the only niche house i have in my collection because of the affordable prices, the availability of testers and the quality of the juices. i found a tester of acqua di parma oud and i bought it with no hesitation. regarding the scent, im not familiar with oud, the only oudy i have is the great M7, which i love very much. i also tried armani p.h. oud and other designer oudy colognes. a.d.p. oud is one of the best scent i ever tried so far: it is very dense, rich and bold. the opening is a bit orangy, then a great mix of oud, sandalwood, leather and musk creates a fantastic super-woody, resinous and clean smell. for me this edp is a combo of dsquared potion + ysl M7. it's easy to wear but im my opinion the average guy can find it a bit challenging. a.d.p oud is something hard to smell in the streets, it's not mass-appealing like sauvage or bleu de chanel. this fragrance fits better on people over 30, it's marked as unisex but for me is definitely masculine. not for playful situations, better for casual or formal situations with the right outfit. for fall, winter and cold days of spring. the performance is good, on my skin the projection is great in the first 2 hours, then became softer. the longevity is 8-10 hours, so no complains. a modern masterpiece! non tratto di solito profumi di nicchia perchè per me che non sono ricco spendere tanti soldi per un profumo è follia pura. tuttavia acqua di parma offre prodotti eccellenti a prezzi non proibitivi e i loro tester sono facili da trovare. questo oud è fantastico, super-legnoso, resinoso e pulito. non difficile da indossare, tuttavia non è il sauvage o il bleu de chanel di turno per complimenti. per me un profumo grandioso! scent-9 long-8,5 sillage-8 versatility-7,5 uniqueness-8 bottle-6,5 compliment factor-7,5 rebuy?yes my vote- 9 in one word- agarwood alternative- armani pour homme oud nuit

Wow! Where do I start with this perfume. This is my signature scent. Very worthy of gatekeeping. Acqua Di Parma are known for their summer fresh scents, and for them to use a heavy polarising Middle-Eastern ingredient like Oud is quite risky in my opinion. For the record I am not a fan of funky Ouds. But this perfume has such an elegant Oud and is perfectly balanced between fresh/ citrusy and woody. The wood in this perfume is a rich and wet wood. The perfume is slightly spicy to Western standards which is nice but by no means spicy to the Middle-Eastern market. Imagine you’ve been chopping wood in the sun, you’ve got hot and sweaty, so you decide to sit under a tree to peel an orange for a refreshment. The perfume is male orientated IMO but could be worn by both genders, definitely appreciated by women. Now, the earlier batch I had was incredibly long lasting on the skin 12+ hours. But newer batches have lost some performance. On clothes it is still 12+ hours but fades quicker on skin probably around the 8 hour mark if you’re lucky. With the older batches a little went a long way, but you do need to spray more with new batches if you want the same result. It is a pricey perfume. But, for the quality ingredients you cannot complain. It smells expensive. It’s a nice heavy bottle, very sleek. Atomiser is good but the cap is plastic... for the price point disappointing. But it’s what’s about inside that matters. This will get you compliments for sure, definitely a mature scent too. For me it can be worn in any season. Bonus if in general you’re a warm body as body heat makes this scent radiate around you. So overall, I wouldn’t recommend blind buying as it is quite a unique scent and the “Oud” label can be scary for some and disappointing to others. (I’m gatekeeping)

This fragrance brings a smile to my face every time I wear it. You can smell the natural citrus on the top and it lasts until it becomes a skin scent. I wont go into the notes cause you can read them above but I will say I can pick up on most of them throughout a wear and they are blended perfectly. This is signature scent worthy. It's not the most complex but smells natural, fresh, and unique. The performance is goldilocks, 6-8 (into 9 hours and stays around if you spray clothing), moderate scent bubble and sillage, mass appealing and wouldn't offend anyone. As a lot of people have said before it really doesn't smell like oud. Its not a clean MFK oud, but its doing its own thing. It changes from the open to the dry down so its not a linear scent. This can be worn in any season, all times of day. The wife likes it and she hates everything, so thats a win. If you are someone who is new to oud or wants to try oud or doesn't like the poopy stuff, give this a sample. Im not saying this is for everyone. Im saying its sample worthy. Its 6oz big bottle worthy to me. Only thing I can say is Im 50/50 on wearing this as a work scent. But it depends on the type of work you do and what you prefer to wear to work. It’s an amber woody fragrance that I immediately fell in love with. Most oud fragrances tend to be “in your face” overly polarizing although this one is very distinct, it’s still very much pleasant to the nose. The amyris in this gives it a resinous-like and a little chemical-ish scent which I adore. Very strong sillage! People at home knew I was just around the corner because they could smell me. Longevity is also quite good. 10 AM-ish: I sprayed on my wrist, behind my ears and chest. I also sprayed on this sweater I am wearing. Around 5:45 PM I took a shower and it was still there. 2 AM: I could still smell it on my sweater that I hung in the rack. I guess it could have stayed longer in my skin if I didn’t shower. 😅 Overall, Acqua di Parma’s OUD is an instant favorite. I love everything JUXTAPOSED! Dark but fresh, citrusy but bold. Very elegant and still quiete relaxed.

I agree with everyone who considers this a soapy Oud. Mostly in the rather extended dry down. And that’s because this thing lasts forever. I get 12 hours plus easily with only a few sprays. It starts with the orange and bergamot right in the beginning, both of which stay through the mid on me. Then the Oud takes over with a bit of the sandalwood playing through it here and there. I have a decant of the leather, and I must say I don’t get much leather in this one. A few thoughts on the fragrance as a whole... I think you can wear it in any season. It’s bright enough for the warmer months and punchy enough for the colder ones. It’s such a versatile fragrance. Additionally, this is a huge sweat scent on me. I’ve worn it to the office a few times, and when I hit the gym at work about 6 hours after I put it on, the increase in body temperature gives this thing an extra boost off the skin that lasts for another 3-4 hours. It’s insane how much of a hard worker this fragrance is. Overall this is that rare fragrance that really is worth all the money for me. Not only do I really enjoy the smell, but it lasts, has good projection, and is versatile enough to wear year round. It’s a rare one indeed.

I got this one early in my fragrance journey, after having fallen in love with several offerings from the house: Colonia OG, Intensa, Essenza, and Club (green bottle) being other standouts. I no longer hold AdP in such high regard, mostly because my taste has kept evolving and I’m currently more interested in other scent profiles (aromatic greens, leather chypres, extreme fougères, etc.). But today I felt the itch. To my nose, this is a unique take on oud. It opens with tart citric freshness, followed quickly by a woody-amber accord that forms the core of the scent. (This aspect is what renders it mainstream, yet it doesn’t slide towards an annoying cliché.) The oud is subtle, soft and woody, not skanky at all. The amber accord blends with it very well, a nod to its animalic side, softly musky and leathery. As it dries down, it continues to progress toward a smooth leather skin scent with notable tenacity (about 10 solid hours on my skin). The patchouli adds earthiness as it fades. It feels elegant, high-quality and pleasant throughout. Not your typical oud, nor your typical woody amber masculine. François Demachy doing his thing with the usual flair. Glad to have it in my wardrobe.

Where should I start, as the fragrance enthusiast I really appreciate this jewel. This isn't harsh, isn't loud, you almost do not smell individual notes (especially as it dries down). It is so sophisticated and blended to perfection. The opening is very bright but after 15 minutes becomes oudy but in a clean way, then after 30 minutes coriander starts mixing with oud and it becomes a little bit sharp (it is the only part where the fragrance feels sharp and where you can smell individual notes, the rest is perfectly blended so you get one rounded tone). After one hour mark it becomes more and more creamy and that sandalwood and musk comes out with that rich complex oud backbone. Silage is quiet soft especially after one hour, you get whiffs in the air through out a day, very gentle, not loud at all, so it can be summer scent but not in extreme heat when only citrus and aquatics work. As for longevity it is very good, at least 7h on my skin in the heat and my skin chemistry eats fragrance. To summarize this is another 1010 in my collection, I do love louder fragrance but this one for what it is and the legacy of the Acqua di Parma is just an art piece and it is just prefect.

My favorite ADP. This is a unique scent that smells like citruses (lots of earthy orange) mixed with leather, patchouli and loads oud and amyris. Very sophisticated, elegant, powerful and deep. Has a vibe of a man or woman that has their life together. It also feels like this is what an Italian fashion mogul living in Milan would smell like. I was looking for an oud that I could pull off in warmer weather and this fits the bill somewhat, although I would not wear in extreme heat and go easy on the trigger. It's fresh yet has a dark, rich aspect from the base notes. Almost like an deep dark oud soap as someone mentioned. Warning ⚠️ Thr leather and damp oud in this is extremely potent in my bottle and is one of the few frags that can make me sick if I overspray. This can be mega-cloying if not careful! Performance is very good on my frag eating skin 6hrs+ and all day on clothing. Nothing else smells like this. Backup bottle worthy = YES. I bought a 180ML Very happy 9/10. This is my #3 "Western Oud" right behind Tom Ford Oud Wood and Creed Royal Oud

I received a carded sample of AdP Oud with a bunch of other vials I had ordered, but somehow I forgot to try it and filed it in my archive with rest of the AdP samples. I'm so glad it randomly resurfaced today because this is so fantastic. It's fresh, aromatic, spicey, sour (bee-waxy sour), dry and resinous all at the same time. Some elements of it reminds me of other creations I smelled before. The ones that proposed ELDO's Tom of Finland and Moschino's Toy Boy might be onto something, but it certainly isn't all there is to this fragrance as far as references. That said, this eau de parfum smells sophisticated, unique, magnetic and extremely charming. I'm not gonna lie: my knee-jerk reaction upon first sniff was that Oud smells predominantely masculine, in the sense that it gives us what we traditionally expect from a fragrance built with men in mind as target. But I WOULD LOVE smelling this on a woman. Ladies, this would smell so unexpected and sophisticated on you. At least try it ;-)

My all time very favorite mens/women perfume and, I own over 20 different fragrances for men, and ACQUA DI PARM OUD cologne for men 2012 version and Eau de Parfum unisex 2019 version it's hands down my signature fragrances I get compliments on both of them all the time. They both smell very, very similar my friends, co-workers, and even my doctor loves this fragrance. This fragrance/s reminds me of fresh cut wood perfect for day, night and, even work.☝️ 👍 Except the price is very high I spent years waiting/saving to buy it and, just this past Spring I finally bought both version of this fragrance. Worth the investment and, wait. Note: This fragrance can last even longer if you moisturize the area with fragrance free lotion or scent free body oil FIRST. I added this step and, this fragrance lasted for almost 12 hours.👍Store all fragrances at room temperate away from any light especially sunlight. Direct sunlight can make any bottle of cologne or perfume go rancid very quickly.

This is incredibly beautiful. A mastery of Italian perfumery. This opens with zesty citruses and leather. The oud is there from beginning to end, but really as the backbone holding everything together. This is not a fecal-oud, but more of a Western-oud in the fashion of Oud Wood. As with all of AdP's offerings, this is fresh, clean, and imminently wearable. (Remember here, the Italian adage "The cleaner the man, the more attractive." AdP and Prada both do well maintaining this sentiment.) There is an austerity here that commands respect and you ideally embody that. The sandalwood and musk in the dry-down are very pleasant. This is male-leaning, but unisex. Performance is impressive, but may be cloying in Summer months. More of a night-time scent, there is something dark and mysterious here. Definitely not for the "blue fragrance" crowd, but a great beginner oud for enthusiasts looking to get into oud fragrances. A very solid 9 out of 10.

Sometimes you come across a fragrance you find so good, that it takes you out of the hobby because it feels like you have found your ultimate fragrance. For me this was the case with this one. I have not bought anything for over one year, which for me, is quite an accomplishment. I find it hard to explain why this fragrance draws me in so much. It takes me back to when I used to live in Italy. That darkness from the wood, in combination with the signature Acqua di Parma citrus, invokes strong, melancholy memories for me. Sometimes I wish I could get back into the hobby, and enjoy finding new fragrances that I love and surprise me. But, maybe it is for the better that I tone down my consuming of products. I cannot guarantee you will like it, if you do not enjoy the other fragrances from this brand you will not like this one either. I have worn this every single day for over a year, and have not gotten tired of it.

Absolutely beautiful, manly scent. My signature scent! I was given a test strip of this on a whim in Neiman Marcus, and didn't think much of the opening, other than a fresh oud was new to me, and that surprised me. But BOY does this develop into the sexiest blend of fresh woody spiciness! I could stop smelling the tester for DAYS! It smells the exact same on skin, thankfully! The citrusy opening is strong and bold, but takes a back seat within 25 minutes, as the patchouli leather and oud really make for a super nice spicy blend that just emanates off my skin. This to me is way better than say... Aventus, for a manly scent DNA. I'm thrilled there's no hype for this, as it's my secret for now! Anyway, 9.5/10 for me! Performs well, at least average if not above, although shy of beast mode. Not bad for having some freshy characteristics. It works in 365 days, and smells great in summer. Even when humid.

Oud EdP is super smooth, addictive, and smells like pure luxury. For me, the ideal "gateway oud" scent. Very dry yet refreshing and bright, uniquely clean in character. Has an unmistakable presence without coming on too heavy or loud. The citrus and leather add a brilliant touch of depth and masculinity to the otherwise androgynous star of the show. Performance is noticeably above average. After the initial couple hours, a pristine and tart oud is centerstage, flanked by notes of sandalwood and musk, all of which anchor a pleasantly woodsy dry down for several more hours. Not overly complex in development, but it exudes quality all around. FWIW, I've sampled TF Oud Wood and I prefer this as I feel it better showcases the alluring qualities of oud. Add to that the fact that I was able to grab a full size tester bottle for ~85 USD and this was an absolute no brainer. A real niche hidden gem.

Beautiful but mild Oud. This is a gorgeous fragrance which definitely is packed full of naturals. For those who expect to get a pungent waft of smoky Oud then this is not the fragrance for them. It’s a stunning rather mellow Oud with honey and citrus. Will stay on your skin easily for 8hrs plus. Gorgeous naturals packed fragrance. Definitely 10/10 from Acqua di Parma. One thing I will say is that Acqua di Parma recently changed the bottling of this fragrance and also marked it as edp. No changes to strength have been made to this fragrance. They apparently just decided to mark it as edp 🤷♂️. I was a little frustrated after having paid over £200 for a bottle of the new Oud Eau de Parfum to find it was the exact same fragrance that I already had in a 180ml bottle. A little cheeky or Acqua Di Parma!

It's good, but to be honest i can't smell the oud, i taught my fragrance was fake since i purchased it for 95 euros for 100ml, so i run to the nearest gallery lafayette, which is a french retail store who sell mid range to luxury products, they have it there i smelled it they smelled identical, the price in gallery lafayette is 203 euros for the 100ml. Yeah , it's good, citruses and amyris with a hint of woodiness is all i can smell. Good enough for me since i like amyris note. projection and longetivity i didn't gave this fragrance full wear but i would assume it's slightly above average. I will recommand bying the acqua di parma leather which in my opinion more niche smelling, with beast mode perfomance. But, you need to like the leather note because it's really present

This is excellent. I’m not generally a fan of big heavy scents ( ADP’s blue and colonia lines the sort of thing I usually go for) but this is really good. Not too heavy. I’m wearing it on one of the hotter days you get in the UK and it works. Perhaps not in really hot or humid conditions but it’s definitely suitable for Northern European type weather for winter, spring, autumn and probably most of summer. I get a TF Ombré Leather vibe for it - that’s one of the other “heavier” scents I don’t mind, but this is much better imo. Smoother. TF OL I find can be a little bit too heavy and harsh for me, sometimes almost a bit too cloying. This not at all. Really good for special occasions. Not a massive fan of many of their other EDPs but this one i definitely am.

This is a very posh oud and I feel good in it, like a tailored suit. While it has great tenacity, my only complaint is that I want it to be stronger. Not that it is weak by any means. I like my oud bold, powerful and almost obnoxious. However, this is “oud” with an Italian twist so it was not intended to be. Acqua di Parma being true to their Italian roots, incorporated Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian orange, which makes room for a fresh opening. Amyris wood gives it something most oud fragrances do not have. Leather, sandalwood and cedarwood were predictable base notes. Be that as it may, it is a wonderful fusion. Smooth, polished and sophisticated. Acqua di Parma is one of my favorite brands under the Louis Vuitton umbrella.

A unique soapy fresh western oud. If you ever wonder what oud soap might smell like give this one a try.You get the soapy fresh elements of the acqua di parma DNA with the inclusion of civilized clean oud in the base. The fragrance picks up some spicy and creamy undertone as it dries down. The transitions are gradual and the fragrance lasts a lifetime on my skin. Niche quality as the price suggests of course. I imagine this would be the smell of the oud soap you would find in a six star hotel in Dubai. It feels luxurious, deep,elegant but surprisingly zesty and clean for an oud fragrance. I think its a masterpiece and the best creation from ADP. P.s. colonia intense oud,colonia oud and oud parfum are all the same fragrance.

To oud or not oud.....that is ONE of the questions. There are so many iterations of oud. And, usually your first exposure to it is someone who literally bathed in it and then expected the rest of us to survive around them wearing gas masks all day. So, then, you will "not to oud". Avoid. Oy, here they come again...gas mask time...oh no..I'm stuck with them on a plane! Sh*&se. Definitely NOT to oud. Que the angelic savoir choir. Aqua di Parma...you.....well..you. You did it. Finalmente! A perfect oud. Buy it. Wear it. Love it. You will have to shove in your tote or desk drawer for a respritz. Oh, in about two hours or so. Definitely a daily driver. Great for in person interviews (does anyone do those anymore?).

This is an excellent entry point for those new to oud. It’s a versatile fall and winter scent, perfectly suited for daytime wear and office settings—something not often said about oud-based fragrances. The oud here is subtle, well-balanced, and layered with Acqua di Parma’s signature freshness, making it approachable, refined, and easy to wear. While the longevity and projection are moderate, that’s precisely the point—this isn’t meant to be a bold statement piece. Instead, it’s designed to be versatile and understated. Even so, I find myself catching soft, pleasant wafts of the fragrance after 6+ hours, especially when worn on clothing. A sophisticated and wearable oud for everyday use.

Somehow this oud and leather frag is very fresh and relatively clean smelling. I enjoy smelling it off of others as much I enjoy wearing it so it leaves a surprisingly airy and intriguing trail. This is mostly a persistent citrus, a complex natural smelling oud and a clean leather, in that order. Most of the other notes play supporting roles to my nose. In the very late drydown it can get a bit funky on me, but if I layer it with Iso E super like “I Don’t Know What” it seems to prevent this. It works well in summer evenings or cooler days, which makes it unique amoung the other Oud dominate frags I have tried. A great place to start if you are new to oud.

Awesome fragrance! It's light but heavy at the same time; a semi-soapy quality - quite unique! STRONG too. Lovely stuff. ***THE FORMULATION HAS NOT CHANGED*** I'm not just saying this; I've owned Colonia Intensa Oud, Colonia Oud, and now the current black bottle 'Oud' presentation. It's fantastic, dark, woody, leathery, earthy, high quality, masculine fragrance. it's start up with clean and lightly citruses notes, then slightly fades behinds amazing combination of the resin and the coriander, with leathery, woody, earthy notes at base composed of musk, leather, cedar, and sandalwood. Usually i don't like the smell of the coriander's, but when they combined it with oud making it fantastic. The smell of the leather note it's not too strong or pungent, i think the cedar and sandalwood soothing it. The performance is ampressive and long lasting, and the presentation is luxurious. Bravo Acqua di parma for this masterpiece.

There are few fragrances to which I've fallen in love with as quickly as with Acqua di Parma's Oud. One spray to the back of my hand at the store and bam, 15 seconds later I knew that yup, this is it, I'm buying this one. Granted, I did wait for the drydown before pulling the trigger, just to be on the safe side, but still, my encounter with AdP's Oud was a prime example of "love at first sniff". Only downside with Oud is its perfromance, which, in all honesty, leaves room for improvement - we're talking about an oud-based fragrance after all! Buuuut I'm willing to excuse it due to the scent itself being so fricking lovely and captivating.

If you sometimes like the approach of Le Male or Million fragrances, but also think that they smell too youthful, and / or too sweet, and / or too synthetic to ever commit, then try here. This could be considered a grown-up version. A bit more natural-smelling, while being smooth, velvety, and orangey, with class and good performance. Oud EDP maintains its character through the drydown, rather than morphing too much over time. The only thing that I do not enjoy is the reminder of an Orange Creamsicle or a murky Orange Crush. That said, thanks to high quality and high entertainment level, went in for a full bottle.

I've never had an Oud scent before so this is my introduction, and honesty I lowkey get the hype now I smell like the most beautiful bookcase ever. Sidenote, idk much about notes but my best guess is that the amyris and sandalwood in this is smells really nice and smooth, like vanilla without vanilla. This is my first time wearing this and I could definitely see myself buying a bottle in the future. EDIT: I know why I love this so much, its very nostalgic to me and kinda smells like a model plane I used to own (it was made out of an old ass balsa wood I believe.....) still goated asf 11 minutes later lol

Adp Oud is a very cozy, warm, sexy oud frag. It's very polished and smooth. It gives the wearing a quiet musculine confidence. There is a decent strength cirtus at the start with a light hint of the non intrusive oud, a while later the character of the oud starts to show itself, together with the leather, main characters from the mids with a light citrus, sandalwood supporting it. It smells really great, very comforting, fresh and natural for such a lovely niche oud. Suitable as everyday oud work wear. Quite linear, difference is the citrus at the start before the oud and leather takes over.

When i first tried this fragrance, i was hell no, not for me...but... the hate has become now a big love ! if you want depth freshness, sexiness, elegance .this is it the first 20 minutes i smell juicy sweet almost honeyed orange, the honey note comes from oud, the oud here is not animalic and dirty but sweet and resinous after 20 minutes or so the oud is more prominent and leather starts to come out and in the base its leather oud combo which is so elegant and sexy ! i think its suitable for all weathers, summer also ! but you have to be dressed up :D

I'm no oud fan so I was surprised how much I really enjoyed this. Not a funky, animalic, difficult oud. A polished, smooth, clean, black tie event, James Bond at a Casino oud. Smoooooth, with a bit of leather and sandalwood in the drydown. I'm not sure when I would wear this as I'm much more of a citrus freshie and barbershop fougere guy, but if I was ever gonna get an oud, this would be it. Jo Malone's Oud would be in the ballpark as well given it's also a smooth oud. Very nice and considering a bottle. Scent: 8.5 / Sillage: 8 / Longevity: 8.5

A literal oud shower omg this is heavenly. Now im saying this as someone that’s not the biggest fan of woody fragrances, this is probably the first one i fell in love with. All i get is the oud, don’t smell the leather too much that it bothers me (i hate leather as a note). The sillage is great, it’s lasted probably like 10 hrs on me so pretty long lasting. Tom Ford’s Oud Wood is also a very popular, but it’s just gotten so ridiculously expensive that I think this is much better to buy despite this also being really expensive as well 😅😂

Clean Oud mixed with spices and a Rose-like accord with quickly fleeting Citrus. Leather, creamy Sandalwood, Musk finish off the scent. Woods come out in the dry down. On the extreme dry down the Patchouli comes out. Deeper, darker and more mysterious than Toy Boy. This would be really good dressed up in a tux or suit. Longevity is really good, projection is moderate. Presentation is beautiful and classic. Got this for $60 as a tester with cap. Worth every penny. Will be reaching for this on cooler days and fall and winter for sure.

This is just wonderful. It’s very chic and clean. I reach for this when I am dressing smartly. It’s very fresh considering the makeup. The leather accord dominates in time but in the sexiest way. You get that fresh opening with the citrus and then the oud soon comes through although it’s quite subtle, not an animalic or sticky oud but a smooth and gentle oud which remains when you get to the drydown of woods and the most beautiful leather. So if you don’t love a leather fragrance I would still try this out you may be surprised.

A beautiful, grounding, comforting oud. The citrus notes keep it light and fresh, appropriate for any season or time of day. Fantastic longevity. When I spray it on a scarf or jacket, the scent remains for weeks and has this kind of dusty muskiness that is so unique and alluring. Sometimes I swear I smell celery seed? I see in reviews that people feel this is a very masculine scent but I am a woman and wear it most days to bring some casual gravitas. Beautiful on its own but also plays very well when layered with other scents.

Agree with @Sweetymasculine . This is the kind of fragrance that takes you out of the hobby because this fragrance ticks all boxes with freshness, woody, oud, musky and all of those together combined with hints of citrus. Another reviewer said this smells like when you add a lot of detergent on clothes and that's EXACTLY what I get! It's smells like laundry detergent if it had oud, but of course more refined and with better ingredients than detergent. A gorgeous scent that pulls a lot of compliments.

Wow. This is one of the only leather scents I've tried that has impressed me. The top notes on this are perfection with the bergamot and coriander coming through a strong leather base. When this dries down, the oud really takes over and the scent becomes a bit harsher and masculine to me. This is pretty stunning in terms of a leather/oud fragrance. It's not something I would wear as a female but I think I prefer it to TF Tuscan Leather because it is more exotic with the spices and citrus.

Ignore some of the pretend oud experts here. Of course there's no real oud here, it isn't meant to be. This is a classic patchouli, cypriol, rose fragrance western 'oud'. It is fresher / sparklier than they usually are (it has a distinct Dihydromyrcenol sparkle a lot like Davidoff Cool Water) with the acrid ink like cypriol underneath. Like a fizzy version of Noir de Noir. It projects well and is long lasting, without being choking like some modern oud style fragrances

I am quite familiar with the Acqua di Parma brand, and will say most of them are nice but not great. I got a sample on this one and it smells really, really nice though. Too often oud is way too polarizing, harsh or strong.But not this. It smells very luxurious and refined. I wonder how long projection is because at some point I still get some wafts while thinking it went to skin scent. I'm going to test a bit more but this looks to be full bottle worthy.

I am also getting leather - just the right amount to subtly enhance the deep aroma of oud without overshadowing it. I’m definitely giving it a 9/10 for the main notes. Drydown is disappointing however, main notes are completely gone, leaving behind a dry, harsh and persistent musk with a cheap feel. The contrast between the two phases is unusually stark.

Linear. But very nice. Basically citrus, Oud, and leather. More or less in that order- and in that strength through transition (citrus starts strong, Oud takes over mid, leather dominates from 2hrs on). It IS a year round Oud scent. Signature scent worthy, easy to like, easy to recognize, unique for an Oud scent, worth sampling- FBW for me as a Floridian who love Oud and wants to smell it more then in the ‘cooler’ months.

Probably the most elegant oud you could find out there, so smooth and gently radiant <3 The deep drydown will also be a bit oud, a lot of sandalwood and some patchouli + musk. Another win for those who are averse to thick/long lasting oud like myself. I think the projection and durability are also great, not too overpowering or fading away quickly. Perfect balance for an otherwise cloying scent. Perfectly done, AdP!

Colonia Oud was my first Oud perfume (about some 5-6 years ago). Oud Eau de Parfum is its natural successor. Oud Eau de Perfum is just as good as colonia Oud. The Acqua di Parma DNA make this absolutely amazing ... plus the leather note. Elegant. Masculine. Sophisticated. Classy. Still one of my top five picks to take with me to a deserted island in the event of a zombie apocalypse. I really love this.

Very wearable Oud fragrance. The longevity is great with moderate sillage. the scent itself is not that unique and leans towards being a designer Oud fragrance. It reminds me of Asrar Indonesia from Alrasasi but this one has more leather and sandalwood. You can pick that this has more quality. This is very versatile to an extent that I can wear it on daily basis as a signature scent.

A mild oud, clean, with a non-animalistic leather blending with the softness of sandalwood, unlike the Leather EdP. It dries shyly close to the skin, extremely pleasant with a comforting scent. It smells of warm and calm elegance. Its sibling, Oud & Spice, is the accursed and decadent poet of the family, wearing the leather of the elder uncle, the Leather EdP.

Mind blown my the coziness and sexiness of this fragrance. Smelled it at Saks and had to buy it. Presentation matches the scent. It’s one of those that you can’t stop sniffing on your arm, over and over. It evoques a sense of relaxation and coziness. Longevity is great 10-12. Projection is decent. I think they did an excellent job with this one. 9/10 for me

This is Oud done in a very unique way. Imagine a clean oud combined with your typical summer citrus fragrance. Essentially what I smell is Oud with lemon over the top and some sort of smooth woods throughout. Longevity is good and projection is superb creating a nice scent bubble. I think this is safe for a blind buy if you love oud and most ADP fragrances.
