Dark Weed - Extrait Rudimentar

Blind bought this for the bottle design. Don't typically go for weed frags. The fragrance arrived in a unique box with a hand-written note. The bottle itself is a work of art. Overall presentation is incomparable to anything I've seen before. Upon opening the box, my room filled with a beautiful complex cannabis scent. The opening is very metallic. There's an undeniable weed scent throughout but it dances with black currant leaves, delicate florals, incense, and animalic notes. It's an experience. It's like smoking in a garden after the rain leaning against wrought iron gate. Silage is intense. Without spraying, my 1-bedroom house filled with smell of Dark Weed. If you like beast mode performance, 1-2 sprays of this is more than enough. Longevity is good 12+ hours. You can wash it off with some good scrubbing and hot water. Wouldn't advise putting on clothes. Through and through, this is a work of art in and out. From the presentation to the complex but well-blended notes, I can easily say this is a Top 5 for me.

Feral!!! I can see how some people are picking up a "celery" note in this. (I think that's more of the tartness of the rhubarb and the metallic notes mixing together) this smell is so tobacco-y, slightly metallic, very herbal, dark. The smell has a density to it. The marijuana note becomes stronger on the dry down. I can imagine a tall, brooding, man with a long black trench coat stalking you down a dark alley. Or a hunted vegetable garden. Either way, what a beautiful blend of scents They all compliment each other perfectly. Personally I would love if my man smelled like this; it's kinda primal, kinda sexy, kinda dark, kinda sweet, kinda smoky, kinda herbal, kinda marijuana-y. It's so delicious I can't stop smelling my arm. 10/10! Huge fan of adi ale vans work!

For me...it's a beautiful,sharp green and deep bright bergamot... reminding me a very very good quality earl grey fresh tea bag 10/10 I love it

Great scent but highly conceptual, alas not the most wearable. Instantly takes me back in time to my grandparents' wine cellar. The musty cold air, the wooden barrels, the aging wine, some broken glass shattered on the hard soil floor, weed and moss growing from the cracks of the wall, everything is there. Then there's also this dark dried red pepper powder note which reminds me of the kitchen next to the cellar. Must try for those of you growing up in Eastern Europe spending the summers in nature, shipped to rural areas, homes and weekend houses owned by your grandparents.

Celery That’s basically it. I’m wearing it now on my forearm, and I keep getting smacked with a super realistic celery scent. When I smell my arm up close it’s slightly soapy, but I get no notes besides celery, and soap. A bit of a disappointing blind buy based on the other reviews, but still glad I did it. The presentation is spectacular, and the experience of getting a work of art is a 100% for me!

Wanted to try this for a long time. It's a very vegetal, celery-like weed scent with skanky, damp body odor mixed in. It punches you in the face. Has nothing dark about it, it's green and harsh to the highest degree. Made me gag. I love Adi Ale Van's work, but this one just straight up stinks. It's impressive how he can create this in a perfume form though.

Dark Weed smells exactly like fresh celery. I’m sitting in Las Vegas at Westgate next to an Elvis tribute artist, he smells my wrist, I ask him so what do you smell? He says ... Celery. I show him the scent profile, he zooms in on.. The civet. So now I’m known as the girl who smells like celery and wears perfume made with civet ass juice.

Didn’t work on my skin. It had a green, vegetable like celery scent that other reviews have mentioned. I wanted to love it and gave it three or four tries, but sadly I had to scrub it off. It smelled off putting and pungent to me, almost like a metallic, body odor kind of dirty smell with hints of green and mustiness. The bottle is nice and the packaging looks amazing, but sadly the fragrance itself isn't it for me.

I wanted to like this, but something was just off for me. You definitely get the cannabis part of it, and you definitely get the metallic part of it. The combo of both of them is probably throwing it off. I had to scrub it off cause this also projects like crazy. Maybe I'll come back to it in the future.

the profile of weed is obviously the nod here. but beyond the impression you get a first whiff, there is a beautiful array of complexities at play with this scent. the rhubarb and metallic notes merge together to offer the scent a kind of gestural sharpness that isn't abrasive or disruptive to the cohesiveness of the scent. underneath that rose, animalics, incense, and tobacco make up the bedrook of the smell. honestly, at its core this is a rose perfume, a complex one, but that is the key component that lingers and leads throughout. fairly obsessed with this scent even if it'll be a more special occasion wear for me.
