Adidas Get Ready! For Her

Full disclosure; I'm an Adidas fragrance fan. I love their light, sporty fragrances during our long hot summers. I received a bottle of Adidas Get Ready during the summer. I really couldn't detect singular notes and wondered if somehow I got a "dud" bottle. Nonetheless, the bottle was put away with all my fragrances not currently in rotation. Fast forward to fall - once again I try the perfume. THIS time it really blossomed and I could detect the delightful nuances of the fragrance. I'm not sure if my previous attempt was a macerating issue or a seasonal issue. Cooler and rainy weather seems to positively engage Adidas's Get Ready 🥰 Like most Adidas frags, it doesn't last long and I over-spray like there is no tomorrow. I don't care 😂 Bottom line, it smells great, is inoffensive, and is inexpensive. I carry the bottle in my purse and respray whenever I feel the need to do so. One more thing (and this blows my mind but it's the absolute truth), Adidas Get Ready is the most complimented fragrance I've ever worn in the fall 😳

I can definitelt see why some people say its similar to L’imperatrice. I have both but this is the sweeter, more syrupy like version whereas the dolce one is fresher and more exquisite. They definitely do not smell alike because they are different but still in quite similar if you get my gist. Anyway, I really liked this the first time I smelled it and I was quite surprised that Adidas came up with this scent. It smells fun, sweet and young! It lasts quite a long time too. I think it even lasts longer than l’imperatrice because I have to keep spritzing that all throughout the day whereas I spray this and then forget about it but still catch some wafts in the air from time to time. Obviously, I love l’imperatrice more because yes that’s one of my favorites. But this one is a good alternative too when you just wanna smell good at home or at the grocery. The price is so cheap too which is always a plus for me lol!

This is hands down the best Adidas perfume from this line. Not actually sure if this is part of the Emotions in Motion line but I'll pretend it is regardless. This one is a refreshing summery breath of fresh air. A sweet but very light and breezy watermelon scent. It's the most realistic fruit scent in this line, I used to be obsessed with this one when the summer hit hard, I almost bathed in it every day. I mean for the price you could might as well do that. I don't use it that much anymore but I still buy a bottle every now and then when I want something cute and fruity but still very light and easy to wear. It's like having a bowl of ice cold deliciously sweet slices of fresh watermelon, suoer refreshing and hydrating. Like it smells hydrating in a way? Are there scents that do this concept better? Surely. But for the price it really doesn't hurt to have a bottle of this every now and then.

I really love this fragrance!!! very fruity and sweet,reminds me to Aquolina Simply pink mixed with D&G L'Imperatrice. It's a perfect scent for spring and summer! If you like sweet-fruity fragrances,you'll love it! : )

this is one of my favourite perfumes! smells like watermelon soda its perfect for summer, it has a refreshing smell about it. lasts 2-3 hours max and becomes a skin scent which i dont mind

I mostly smell fresh (!) watermelon with a hint of sugar. Does not last on my skin but for only 29 SEK (Around 3 dollars) for a bottle this is fine. Refreshing during hot days.

Today I tested it and yummy! This is a mouthwatering fragrance for summer. It smells like delicious fruits. Sillage is nice. Worth a try!

This one surprised me because I didn't expect anything special and ... ta da! Find a new great scent for my collection! I tested it on my skin and enjoyed! Feels fresh and citric, fruity, sweet, girly and happy. I think this is gourmand: I get orange candy or gummy candy citric flavour, not cloying. Sillage is between soft and moderate. The longevity surprised me, more than 4 hours. The fragrance is lineal, it doesn't changes. I've had D&G No3 L'imperatrice and I think maybe they are on the same line but they aren't the same: L'imperatrice had softer sillage (dissappointed!), smells less gourmand, more sophisticated, less sweet candy and smoother fruit mix. I think it really worths it's price. I'll give it a try soon and wear it on warm climate days.

I bought Get Ready! purely due to it's comparison to D&G's l'Imperatrice which I smelled recently in Sephora and fell head over heels for. GR is about a third of the price, so i figured I didn't have much to lose. At first I was very disappointed - I got a lot of orange where as l'Imperatrice was sweet watermelon. After some time, though, the similarities became much more apparent to me. GR is really likable, sweet and fresh, kind of energizing, a good daytime fragrance. It doesn't, however, trump or match l'Imperatrice in my opinion. L is more aquatic and less overtly fruity to me, even with the prominent watermelon, so it's still on my "need to own" list.

Fresh and watery watermelon, with a little bit of citrus, lightly candied and floral notes. It's sweet and gourmand, but not sugary, it's well balanced and the scent, although not complex at all, is really nice for something so cheap. The longevity on skin is surprising too : 8 hours after spraying, it's still there. 24 hours after, I can still smell it on clothes. A simple, fun, carefree fruity scent for Summer and for small budgets.

I blind buy it for my teen niece, and tried it to see what I get. To be honest, more than happy. It is yummy, fresh and sweet in the same time. Main accords describe it very well. I am also suppriesd with quality, very good value for the money. Some compares it with D&G L'Imperatrice, but I cannot see any simmilarity. I like D&G more, but have to admit, this one have better sillage and longevity.

Just got this today I'm enjoying it so far. I think this can be an all year round scent honestly because it's a warmed up fruity scent. I'm getting most of the notes especially the fruit, sugarcane and amber. This is a feel good scent, good after a shower or the gym to make you feel refreshed.

I can smell watermelon plus sugar, really love this. It's light and perfect for summer or hot day.

Smells like aqua-net hairspray. Blech.

It's okish perfume, but I unfortunately get the dill and vinegar vibes, so it reminds me of pickles and watermelon, not exactly my vibe 😆

Very nice scent. Top notes for me are watermelon, sugar and a glazed sweet cherry candy smell. This fragrance is sweet, but fruity sweet rather than synthetically sweet. It has watery aqautic notes that make it refreshing clean and mouthwatering. This is a really nice juicy fruity fresh clean scent. Lasts up to 3 hours which is not bad considering how inexpensive it is. Watermelon is very prominent and strong. Sometimes reminds me of D&G 3 L'Impeatatrice.

I can’t smell any of the notes listed, I definitely don’t smell any watermelon. The perfume smells weird to say the least. I tried to analyze what I’m smelling, so here we go: when you spray it, it smells like dill, rhubarb and sugar; when it dries down, it smells like lovage. Overall, the perfume smells like Ciorbă Rădăuțeană with sugar. I can’t understand how anyone would like to smell like this...

At the opening it is just watermelon. a very realistic one. I like watermelon but with time it starts to get boring. The watermelon never goes away and it is joined by something that really smells synthetic. the grenadine, i guess? This is a no go for me. way too fruity. Sillage is poor, longevity too.

Fun, fruity clean scent. Lots of watermelon and lotus, and though it's not mentioned, something a *little* green? Decent longevity and silage, reminds me of the Harajuku Lovers line, more precisely HL "G". Not a dupe,but the same vibe. Good value for the 10$ I paid for it. For sure gender neutral :)
