Agua Fresca de Mimosa Coriandro

From the entire Aguas Frescas for Women, Agua Fresca de Mimosa Coriandro is my personal favourite! I like a lot Agua Fresca de Rosas Blancas and Agua Fresca de Azahar, but this mimosa forward scent is an absolute gem. I just purchased a 120 ml bottle of this scent for 35 euros and smells and performs like a Jo Malone scent... If you’re like me and like mimosa, jasmine and cashmeran, like some fresh citruses in the opening of the fragrance and a bit of spice from coriander seeds, you can blindly purchase a bottle of Aguas Fresca de Mimosa Coriandro! It’s what says in the name, very easy and light to wear during a summer hot day. It’s absolutely gorgeous and sooo affordable. Doesn’t last long, but the bottle is big so you can reapply for more longevity. When I wear this, I will fill a small travel size bottle to carry with me so that I can top it during the day. I have gone through the most of Adolfo Dominguez collection and this mimosa scent is my most favourite from the entire brand.

I got this as a sample and I quite like it. The best way to describe it imo is "it smells clean and nice". It smells soapy and floral, and on me it's a skin scent, which reinforces the idea of cleanliness, like I just stepped out of the shower. Also, it reminds me of the smell of my Barbie's hair when I was a kid. I can definitely smell the mimosa and the jasmine, and less prominently, cashmere wood. I'd wear this during the day, during spring or a not so hot summer. Not impressive but rather nice overall. I'm not sure I would buy this myself, but wouldn't mind it as a gift. Try this if you want a soft floral clean scent.

This fragrance was a blind buy for me. Today I received a package with the perfume, along with matching body lotion and mini-version. The fragrance is original and quite long lasting on my skin (4-5 hrs), but the sillage is not too extraordinary. Very refreshing and a bit powdery to my nose. I think, it's unisex and can be worn by men too. A nice option wearing it in spring and summer, when it's hot outside. Good enough for its price.
