Purple Haze

This was my blind buy and I really like it. The bottle is beautiful, really well made, and it comes with a decant which is very handy for the purse. This perfume lasts all day and it's not linear at all. It opened almost unisex... It was a mixture of JPG Ultra male (that vanilla), + JPG Le Beau (that fruityness) + Crystal Noir (that creamyness but lighter).... It was like that to my nose.... After an hour, everything settled down... All these perfumes were gone. It smelled different on the paper, than on my skin... I really didn't like it on paper... It gave me some weird background note of freshly opened cigarette package, but on the skin that note didn't exist. Through the day, it smelled like a lightly sweet creamy body lotion. I found it very gentle, but when my colleague entered the room she said that the space was filled with it. She loved it. I've had no idea that it was like that. Two of my other colleagues also complimented it. When I got home and washed my hands, it started to smell a bit salty... It made me think of ambroxan, but I don't see it in the notes, but I was definitely getting something salty and sea like... Very interesting perfume. I wonder how it will turn after some time. I didn't smell any rose, but I got pink pepper, vanilla, amber, orange blossom, jasmine, musk and a little bit of lemon in the opening. I felt the traces of it on my skin the next morning. It's a really good perfume for me, not a "woooooow", but good! 👍 💜

Bought this for my mom but... I guess wont be giving it to her... Forget The citrus / Lychee listed above. All you will smell is an old school 1960s grandma raunchy rose with powdery musk and a hint of white floral. But the dry down is all about.... ROSE. a nasty one. Headache inducing and it stays way longer than it should. gotta wash / shower to get this off you.... and I don't know if it is just my bottle but... the obsolete design cap doesn't sit flush with the bottle. it is like titled to the side.
