Wisteria

This is very pretty. It reminds me of both Lilac Path and Goutal Paris Chat Perche but they had a baby. I own both in FB and they are gorgeous for true floral lovers. Same with Aerin Wisteria. Wisteria is a true floral in the old fashioned sense which is so refreshing in today's market. I smell wisteria, lilac, sweet peas, jasmine, honeysuckle and daffodils (I don't get ylang it reads like daffodils to my nose here) with wet green grass. There is no powderiness here just flowers and wet green grass. If you love floral perfume without powdery notes that are green, and fresh spicy you will really like Aerin Wisteria. It is extremely daring for them to create such a release in these overcautious "safe" times. I applaud Aerin Lauder for that. There is no vanilla, no fruits, nothing "sweet" nothing "laundry clean" just a beautiful never ending blooming spring that can be with you in the dark of winter or anytime you wish.

Oh wow this is gorgeous. So, just as Lilac Path smells like the real deal—like lilac blooms in May—this smells like wisteria. Beautiful floral fragrance. The bottle is super pretty, especially with the ribbon. Update: 07/21/2025 I am wearing this again, and it’s so beautiful. I love Lilac Path, but I like this more than Lilac Path. I think the added honeysuckle makes it so so pretty.

I love her! She's floral and powdery but also a little sweet--I can't recall how wisteria smells, but to me this smells a lot like honeysuckle and lilac. Not sure if I'd pay for a full bottle though considering how expensive it is.

The first time I ever smelled wisteria in bloom was while visiting my friend in North Carolina. She had them growing all over a pergola outside her home situated over a patio. Sitting under those blooms I got to know that scent well. The only way I can describe the smell of wisteria blooms is to associate and compare it to other floral notes I know. To me it smelled like a lightly spicy and indolic sweet tuberose with lilac undertones, the two notes merged together creating a heady new accord. This smells somewhat like that, though much cleaner, lighter and greener, as if the leaves were added to this fragrance too. Accompanied by the other floral notes it is more like the scent of a garden in bloom rather than the soliflore you would think by that name. There is only one fragrance I ever smelled that came close to a wisteria soliflore and that is Alyssa Ashley's French Garden Flowers Wisteria, unfortunately not in the database here. This smells a lot like that but is more watery, green, and not as spicy sweet, smelling more like walking through a garden and smelling the diffused scent of blooms on a breeze rather than up close, smelling the actual flowers. It's similar in style to other watery green floral fragrances like Aerin's Lilac Path, En Passant. and Lys Mediterranee. I actually like this type of fragrance, but it has to be a somewhat decent performer. Unfortunately, this isn't and I don't love it enough where even with that drawback, I'd be willing to buy a bottle or replace this travel sprayer when it runs out.

This is a slightly heavy realistic floral scent that feels like you're walking around a field of Wisteria and honeysuckles. If you like the flower, you will love this. It's very linear and doesn't evolve or change too much. It's a lovely scent, however, I do feel that the pricepoint is a bit high for a linear composition. However, if you are a fan of florals, you might need to try this. I could see this scent being overpowering for someone who enjoys the more watery, fresh, florals, so might not be a safe blind buy.

It’s very straightforward, uncomplicated, safe, comforting choice. It doesn’t change much as it dries down. Yet, it’s very pleasant and I keep reaching out for it. Carries some emotion and a secure feeling of being in your own floral bubble for as long as you’d like.

I don't care what other people say but this opening smells HORRENDOUS!!🤢It's like a hit you on the face kind of sweet. Overall it smell cheap and childish to me. I love wisteria and I was really looking forward to this one. But this is a big nope for me.

reminds me of a nursing home, im sure my grandma would love this. definitely not for me though.

A true floral lover's kind of floral. No powderiness, but it somewhat reminds me of the much-missed Love Chloe in terms of its jubilant, springtime floralness. I confess I wish there was something a little more earthy or green to ground the heavy-hitting but realistic florals. I love florals, but when they are not matched with something detectably musky, earthy, or woody (I see woods in the notes, but don't sense them), they come off more as functional fragrances to me -- like rooms sprays, candles, or air fresheners -- rather than perfumes as such that are dying to meet warm skin. For what it's worth, I like wisteria in a fragrance much more than lilac. Lilacs in real life give me no trouble (this year a friend threw blossoms right into hot tea water and we drank it all afternoon -- delicious!), but lilac in a perfume context always comes across as weirdly metallic which spoils it for me and/or comes across smelling like the disastrous era of scented period products (with that sterile, cottony, gauze & band-aid smell mixed with fragrance). I appreciate that wisteria is an adjacent scent to lilac, but much less troublesome for me personally. Along with daffodils, narcissus, and hyacinth, wisteria says "springtime" loud and clear!

I’m on a search for my perfect wisteria scent and this one is a lovely just not sure yet if it’s FB worthy. Reminds me of going through a garden with them in it as a kid growing up in the Midwest. It’s pretty light wearing as is most of Aerin’s perfumes but it stays on skin all day and projects subtly for a moderate amount of time. Also the honeysuckle note in here is really nice. It’s a calming, pretty, feel good, natural smelling and somewhat nostalgic, scent to me. Wore it to bed a few times and is pretty fitting for a hot and humid summer evening. I might buy a FB if I end up going through my travel spray I bought but for now it’s just a like, not a love. I think it’s cool they offer the 10ml travel sprays though, kudos to the brand for doing that!

Terrible. Blind bought, sprayed once, and quickly returned. Lilac Path is in my top 5 favorite fragrances of all time. Wisteria was a quick and hard no for me.

I bet this will be gorgeous and last 10 minutes...I love Aerin perfumes but their longevity tends to be poor. Look at that bottle and bow 😍
