Carboneum

Love it. Shiny dew drops and the smell of hot synthetic leather, pineapple fresheners and vinyl tablecloth. Water is most important though: fresh lake water, or maybe shower water after a swim. It is more of a sensation than an actual note, like you literally sense the moist on your skin. Swimming pools are actually the places where water and synthetics co-exist peacefully. There's also this remote hint of tropical fruit cocktails as well as a metallic incense-like undertone: urban, but not cold. Its conceptual predecessor might be Laguna by Salvador Dali, another aquatic made brightly and shamelessly synthetic with materials that by themselves have nothing to do with water, and yet the final sensation is so undeniable. Carboneum feels more "natural",not in terms of materials, but in terms of its own description: water, you skin (but better), and neoprene. You're in the open under the sky, you breathe freely, the world is your friend. That's how I see it. Best from the line, my preferred scent for vacations.

Nope. Immediately a nope. Heavily processed, synthetic smell I am not fond of. Bloated-resin or meek floral. It’s hard to be sure. My friend Adam had a scent like this back in the day. Smelling this makes me want to go see Phantom Menace again and play pool... I actually really dislike this, if I’m being honest. I’m not sure if it’s on an accord-level, or a molecular-level, but there is something in this that is in too high a volume. If this chemical was to be minimised, I might enjoy it a bit more... Anyway, not for me...

note sintetiche, marine, fruttate... questo è il primo impatto con un accordo inusuale e ipermoderno, che richiama a gran voce sentori di polimeri (e io li riconosco eccome!), in particolare il neoprene. la fragranza si arricchisce, man mano, anche di cuoio e muschio, sintetico anch'esso, in un'apoteosi di originalità tutta chimica. bello, fresco, aromatico, e davvero unico!

I think this is very much about chemistry with one’s skin. This smells wonderful on me, I can’t get enough, it’s powdery and somewhat fresh at the same time. Unique. Lifts up my mood and surrounds me with this very exquisite vail of a fragrance, not loud, just perfect to create this je ne sais quoi in the air ;-) and have people wonder

This scent is so special to my heart as it reminds me a lot of a place and a dear person. My skin amps up the musk to high heavens. It's a very clean white musk, very wearable.

not as smoky as the name might suggest: this one has a limpid ripple to it, moving across the skin like a singed silk ribbon. i like this even more layered with Rose Alcane.

Very pleasant scent. Easily stays for 6-7 hours without really losing the strength. Reminds me of almonds and leather with a bit of sweetness.
