Crystallised Sugar

In the initial blast I get Arte Profumi Sucre Noir - imagine pouring sugar from a sugar bag into a sugar bowl and you get some wiffs of that sugary sweetness. Shortly after on skin I get a bit of mint however all I smell in my scent bubble is even more sugary sweetness. Don’t be alarmed, it’s not a minty fragrance at all but I do feel like I need to mention it because I do think that the mintyness amps up the sweetness. After 5 minutes or so I get burnt caramelized sugar which reminds me of those rock candy sticks that look like crystallized sugar. This fragrance radiates for about 4-5 hours and it leaves an intoxicating sillage. The amount of compliments I have received wearing this has been unmatched; "oh my goodness you smell like a bakery" - "oh my gosh what are you wearing" - "it smells amazing in here" me replying back "it's me" - them replying back "oh my it is you". It’s strong but it’s not cloying or headache inducing but for sure you’ll have a strong sweet scent bubble. Seriously Crystallised Sugar makes people melt it's soo alluring. It’s interesting because I do get the exact same sweetness that BR540 has (just the sweetness though it’s not a dupe by any means) and the sweetness comes and goes. I find that BR540 can smell like candy floss at times and this is what I get from Crystallised Sugar as well. Honestly this is sooo beautiful to layer your fragrances with. I’m a die hard vanilla fan and layering this with my vanilla fragrances has been a GAME CHANGER. I just purchased my first bottle & already bought a back up bottle. This is it you guys! I don’t think it’s blind buy worthy because it might be to sweet to wear on its own but if you love your fragrances to be sweet honestly you need to try this. You might be surprised how much it changes your favorite fragrances into something even more alluring. Crystallised Sugar can make any fragrance a head turner. I’m so happy it’s in my collection! It’s my secret weapon 😉 Edit: I’m literally addicted to this stuff that I went through a 50ml bottle in 5 months and I ordered 5 backup bottles. I layer Crystallised Sugar to almost all of my fragrances and it’s my favourite and best fragrance find!

This is what I wished BR540 parfum smelled like without that lingering medicinal note. This smells like blue candy floss meets nutty praline ice cream. It's mouthwateringly sweet, wonderful to layer with but also amazing on its own. It's simple done right. What fascinated me was how familiar this fragrance smelled and it instantly brought back happy childhood memories upon initial spray. If you have a sweet tooth, you need to check this one out. My wrists smell good enough to eat. This is stunning and it's an immediate love for me. I need a full bottle ASAP. 03/03/2023 Update: Purchased a bottle after wearing this one for a week straight. 🙈

On my skin, this smells like a much weaker version of Pink Sugar with a dark and slightly dusty undertone. After 10 minutes the scent was almost gone. This was a blind buy, I got it cheap, but I am not impressed and I won't purchase it again.

This smells like caramel rice cakes/crispies! Like real melted caramel with rice cake chunks. I don’t get anything else but not bad tho. Will try again in winter

Save yourself the trouble and buy Zara Supreme Vanilla instead of this. Much better quality for less $. Yeah. You can thank me later.

If you're looking to smell like pure sugar, this is what you're looking for. This truly is just PURE spun sugar/cotton candy. No vanilla, no fruity additives, nothing. Just white sugar and the name is perfect for it. This is what I thought Sugar Addict from BTSO would be based on the way it was advertised. I still love that one, but it has way more going on than just sugar. Crystallized Sugar lasts a good long while on my skin and is practically eternal on my clothes. I can smell it in the air whenever I move around for about 5-6 hours, then it gets closer to the skin after that where I have to put my wrist up to my nose to be able to smell it. It's a real shame that it's been discontinued as it's my perfect cotton candy scent. I'm surprised more companies haven't come out with a fragrance like this since it seems to just be one ingredient and should be super simple to make. Hopefully one of them does because while the fragrance is incredibly simple as far as its makeup, it's really satisfying for a gourmand lover like me.

Hell yea! I love this, and I'm ashamed because I've always been against these single compound fragrances. I truly don't understand how this is just one compound. It has fruity facets and it smells like pure sugar and then it dries down to toasted sugar like the top layer of creme brule. A person below said it's like baccarat rouge but without the dentist accord, and I can totally see that.

This is heaven. Think smelling rubber gloves at the dentist office as they’re sticking bubble gum flavored goo into your mouth to make a mold. It’s BR540 without all the extra stuff. Im obsessed and willing to trade a kidney for a full size so hmu (**obvi joking so don’t actually hmu, i need both kidneys)

Not a new fragrance. This is corps volatils crystallised sugar (ethyl malitol )which was acquired by aether.

has anyone tried skin champagne soft sugar? no entry on fragrantica but it's supposed to be a dupe for this.

Does anyone have a decant of this I can purchase ?
