Supaer

Smells like this could be Molecules 01’s shy little brother. Turns into a skin scent on me and I don’t get the re-occurring wafts of iso e like in molecule 01. This house has a few fragrances from this iconic synthetics line that is quite symmetrical to Escentric Molecules - from my experience: Molecule 01 - Supær Molecule 05 - Hypær - which also reminds me of molecule no.8 from Zarkoperfume but without the smoke. I own Xtræm which I adore. I just wish this house could work on their performance on silage and longevity. So much potential.

On my skin, it opens up with a strong scent of cheap hand sanitiser and then a burst of metal. The metal makes it smell very "flat" and there is no depth to it, but after an hour or so on my skin, it starts warming up, and you get a scent that traces very close to the skin, it still has a touch of metal but I also get the powdery amber from it. I do agree that it could be a Molecule scent from Zarkoperfumes, but it doesn't have the same longevity at all. After just 2 hours I couldn't smell it anymore.

I ́ve got a sample of this today in my goodiebox, and all I can think about this is; Meh!! It sits very close to the skin, and I doesn ́t really smell other than a faint woddy-smell. It ́s not something I would buy a flanker of. I understand why some say it ́s a shy little brother to the molecule-series from Zakoperfumes. But I will always pick one of the Molecule-perfumes. I my opionion it ́s simply not worth it.

Although it is not mentioned in the ingredients, I can feel some vetiver and oak moss in the composition, especially in the top notes. It gives me Calandre vibes in a forest on a rainy autumn day. It is definitely unique and should not be a blind purchase, as this seems to be a love-me-or-hate-me fragrance. The price is too high for a juice with so poor sillage and no projection at all.

Essentially an even more expensive, yet less abrasively paint-like Iso E composition. Iso E has several subtypes that smell slightly different, so the cedar mixed with paint thinner smell of Molecule 01 is only one version, Supaer is more subtle and transparent, probably because of the little amount of cashmeran and ambroxan it is mixed with. However it is equally bland and uninteresting.
