Lynked Freedom

The reviews here are spot on. This is an excellent easy to wear mass appealing fragrance but it's not cookie cutter generic at all . The opening is undeniable TMW Parfum. Sprayed in the air you get a tad more grapefruit but on the skin and projecting off the skin it's Wanted. The ginger note that makes that fragrance is there. I'd say 95% close just because of the quality of ingredients. After 5 minutes it start to lean Myslf . That clean aromatic smell that makes Myslf Myslf starts creeping up . The opening is 100% Wanted . Then Myslf at this point is about 50% just because the red ginger and slight warmness is blanketing the YSL. . Once it dries down it's about 70 Wanted 30 YSL There is enough of the YSL to make this different enough that picking up Lynked won't be redundant to the Azzaro owners. What I really like about this is that on the dry down it keeps the best parts of both fragrances going. The Azzaro eventually gets more warm and spiced with a noticeable but lighter ginger. In this that opening ginger lasts just about the entire span of this fragrance . All while having that YSL Myslf clean aromatic smell as an undertone. This smells fantastic. I would love for them to make a version that swaps them and makes the YSL the dominant fragrance. I'm very curious to how or even if this will change much in the next few months . But this does smell fantastic. A huge thing that made this even better is that it doesn't have that middle eastern smell that most fragrances have. If you know you know . Super versatile. Maybe not a gym scent but everything else is fine. Performance is solid. 5 sprays is good. Projects for a solid hour and a half . It won't become a skin scent until maybe the 4th or 5th hour . But it will still be noticeable when close. I'd say a total of 6 to 7 hours . The bottle is nice. Clean and not tacky. Solid atomizer . 8/10

Afnan is not releasing as often as other brands, but when they do it, they never miss. I own La Di Da, Dubai Nights Midnight and this one. I didn't buy the one from Zimaya since everyone said it lasts only 30 mins. I bought this one 3 months ago, it did smell nice but it had a little weird synthetic harshness (usually this happens with any dupe fragrance I get out of the box from the first sprays). After 3 months: The harshness disappeared, it became a very well blended version of YSL Myslf but based on Caramel and Lavender, not Orange Blossom like the OG. 10/10 If you want to know about the other two to know which one is for you, I would recommend all of them since they have their own personality, they are worthy to wear. Dubai Nights Midnight by Armaf: Of course I had to wait for this one 3 months as well. From the first sprays (3 months ago) it was a more spicy version of Myslf, where the patchouli was quite in your face. After 3 months, out of all my 60+ fragrances I own, this one changed the most. It evolved into a more soapy and a little more fresh spicy version of Myslf. La Di Da by Arabiyat Prestige: Out of the box I felt some type of chemical harshness and made me feel sick, you just need to invest 4 months of maceration to evolve in what is supposed to be. No more harshness, doesn't make me feel sick if I keep my nose on my wrist, it is 98% YSL Myslf, I would say it's the most accurate clone out of all the clones, it might actually change even more in the next months, but you have to wait for it (just like every other dupe fragrance I own) the most accurate clone (so far) of YSL Myslf.

This is a genuinely impressive fresh fragrance. Bright, clean, energetic — the kind of scent that makes you feel more confident and at ease, while creating a pleasant scent bubble people around you will enjoy. The real shock is the performance. Most “freshies” disappear faster than good intentions on New Year’s Day, but this one hangs around for an easy 8-10 hours without becoming loud or obnoxious. It stays crisp, refreshing, and pleasantly masculine throughout the day. You keep catching little waves of it and thinking, “Well, that’s still working.” While it does project fairly well, I'd say it stays within the arms length range, so you can wear this to work and more intimate settings without filling rooms. And the value? Ridiculous. This smells far more expensive than it is. If somebody poured it into a fancy designer bottle and charged three times as much, half the internet would declare it revolutionary. For a mere $35 on Jomashop, you can get a full 100ml bottle. Granted, the only issue is that the cap may fall off in the box during shipping like mine did, but the product did not get damaged, leak, or get primed before I received it. Afnan Lynked Freedom is proof that occasionally the universe accidentally lets ordinary people have nice things without financial ruin attached. And that is something worth celebrating. Overall, I can honestly say the middle eastern fragrance houses have come a very long way over the past five years. After buying 9pm Night Out, and Lynked Freedom this year, Imran Fazlani is quickly becoming one of my new favorite perfumers!

I bought this recently as people whove reviewed it has said its like TMW Parfum and YSL Myslf had a baby, those being two of my current favourites I had to give it a shot, for how affordable it is, why not? So I bought it blind and I consider this a win, i see why people say its a mix of the two but in my opinion it stands on its own. You do get that spicy sweetness you get from TMW Parfum but its caramel instead of vanilla and you dont get that incandescent wood smell. You get the citrus from YSL but none of that bounce dryer sheet note. The opening for me is very citrusy, you get that bergamot and grapefruit hit immediately with a bit of that spice in the background. After a minute the cardamom and lavender start to come through, i dont get as much of the juniper berries as I would hope though. As it dries down, thats when I notice the vetiver and caramel come through. It kinda reminds me of Versace Eros Najim in a way. The bergamot and grapefruit are still there but kinda just chilling out The bottle is also nice, cap has some weight to it so brownie points there as well, these middle eastern houses dont cut corners. UPDATE: As ive been wearing if for the past week or so, I can say that for me I get decent sillage and projection for the first 2-3 hours and remains a skin scent for around 7-8 hours. Its also gathered a few compliments from my friends and coworkers who know I wear a lot of fragrances and had one random person compliment it as well, if thats something that is important to you

Freedom Lynked is a phenomenal combination of fresh and sweet spicy. I love combination of strong citrus mixed with sweet spices adding the perfect amount of warmth. There are notes of floral accompineded by a tiny bit of earthiness in the background combined with an almost aromatic overall note that nicely completes Freedom Lynked. Performance is quite good but not stellar, with the weaker side of Freedom Lynked being its projection. The longevity is quite nice, I got around 8 hours on my skin and around 12 on my clothes. A solid 7/10 here. Regarding projection. Freedom Lynked is surprisingly conservative considering it is an Afnan. After about 2 hours of within arm length projection it quickly fades in strength to being just a little bit off from a skin scent. Projection is nice but I would've liked it to be just a little strong for a bit longer to fit this fragrance more, a 5/10. I really enjoy Freedom Lynked, it feels like a great all-year any occasion signature scent that is an easy grab fragrance. The combination of fresh and sweet spicy is in perfect balance and while I would've liked a little more projection, its projection level makes it wearable in basically ever scenario. An 8/10 overall!

Received it yesterday and honestly i dont know what i was expecting, perhaps i was hoping that it would be more like YSL l’absolu which this is not, it definitely has some resemblance to MYSLF dna though. On my skin its pretty linear, does not change much from the opening and drydown with the exception of added sweetness. In the opening its citrus and some florals, quite bright and aromatic and somewhat sweet. In the drydown lavender becomes a bit more pronounced and sweetness increases. Smells like very sweet and comforting dryer sheets. Overall i kind of like it, not amazed by it but its definitely an interesting scent and pretty versatile. Longevity is ok so far 6-8 hours. Decent projection. Update: after around 2 weeks the fragrance really grew on me, i really enjoy it now. Still smells like sweet dryer sheets to me but i love the smell! Also its one of the few dupes i have that does not have an off putting smell once you smell it close to skin, high quality stuff!!

This is one of the best MEs I have smelled so far. Lynked Freedom opens with a slightly bubblegummy bergamot-grapefruit that to me smells similar to Invictus or Prada Paradigme, with a nice amount of sage, and hints of caramel and orange blossom. The sage adds a nice aromatic character, marine-like freshness, and depth. I would say the overall scent profile is closer to something like Paradigme, rather than MYSLF. It leans more aromatic than white floral, and is just sweet enough to be gym safe with modest sprays. Performance is average, arms length projection for 1.5-2 hours; lasts on skin for ~8hrs. In the drydown it doesn't change much — its mostly aromatic, sweet, and musky. Overall great smelling, versatille — any season/occasion, balanced sweetness and aromatics, satisfactory performance, and in the air smells like a polished designer fragrance. ✅Excellent

I love this. This is the second perfume from the house of afnan, which I think is perfect for clubbing or romantic date nights, after the 9pm. The perfume starts off very clean, fresh like the out of a clean shower type, but it fades out quickly and the beautiful salty caramel (the type from Azzaro most wanted parfum) layers up. In total this is a very beautiful creation, and definitely compliment getter. I blind bought it, and all I could say is it met up with my expectation’s level. The projection is very good, along with the performance as well. Lasted around 7-7.5 hours on clothes till it dried out and the first 2 hours, it maintains a gentle silage. I don’t know about others, but this definitely a 10/10 for me

When I first got it, it smelled like YSL MYSLF if you made it wayyy sweeter. It was nice, but not versatile at all and honestly not that good. Now, it smells like a twist on TMW. Imagine Azzaro TMW but remove the dark roasted chestnut notes and replace it with the orange blossom from MYSLF. Personally I prefer this to TMW as it feels a bit fresher at first but it was also not that far in price compared to TMW from my local discounters. That said, while I do love the dry down of soft caramel, there is a weird musty note right in between the orange blossom and caramel when first sprayed. I dont think it can be picked up in air but still strange. Projection is good and long lasting 2-3 hours, longevity is alright too.

I mostly DISLIKE middle eastern fragrance companies. I feel they don’t use good quality ingredients. Don’t know how to blend well. Use too much aroma chemicals and not enough naturals, or use too much of a certain note. Musk, oakmoss, ambergris, and they don’t know how to balance a fragrance BUT this right here is the best middle eastern fragrance every created over any other middle eastern brand Armaf, Rasasi, or any other middle eastern fragrance this beats anything, and most middle eastern fragrances always put some middle eastern spice in the fragrance so you smell like a middle eastern man lol. This one doesn’t. This could come from a designer house. It smells really addictive and alluring.

This is a good one, can be a signature scent for most. Maybe just not suitable for high heat in Summer. There is some resemblence to Myslf, mostly the citrus part - I didn't like Myslf because of too much white florals that made it smell feminine on me, this is not the case here. I never tried the Azzaro one, so can't say how similar this would be. The scent is good straight out of the box, projects nicely for 1-2h and lasts around 6 for me. Overall, a nice one if you can pick it up for the right price. Update: Definitely more for the colder weather IMO, the initial freshnes turns quickly into spices and sweetnes from the caramel. I wish it was a bit fresher so I can wear it anytime.

Recently got this scent in and out the box the fragrance was easy and definitely mass appealing. The opening is a nice citrus blast with a hint of earthy and spice. The initial top notes last, on my skin, for about an hour with a good projection for that amount of time as well. The dry down is where that spice takes over that is combined with a, to me, caramalized caramel sweetness along with some spice and vanilla. The longevity for me is about a goof 5-6 hours before having to reapply. Truly an easy grab and go every day scent for all year round. It's playful yet serious, fun yet bold, and definitely a great complexity in the profile but easy to wear for any occassion.

Yes it’s mass appealing, yes it smells great, my only gripe is I don’t know if it’s an iris note in the middle note that’s not listed but it’s bothering me for some reason! I want to love this fragrance so I’ll let it sit for awhile and hopefully it mellows itself out. Update: literally a day later and the (I believe to be the juniper berry) quick settled and it’s as harsh or prominent to my nose. This is becoming one of my favorites in my collection. It last on my skin 5-6 hours wish I could get a longer performance with projection however I can’t ask for too much seeing it hasn’t had the chance to macerate yet. Great fragrance definitely worth the buy.

Got it today! Just ignore the notes written on websites.. It's different than any other as usual same notes perfumes. It's very flowery - lavendary + white flowers, no citrus, mild sweetness (not overpowering).. on dry down it's slightly caremally but the flowery notes still active. project for around 1 - 1.5 hours 2-3 feets, lasts very long on clothes. Overall, I didn't have much expectations before ordering the decant. But, surprisingly I love it and will purchase the full bottle tomorrow. Suitable for daily wear and also for occasions! It reminds me of scented tissue paper which we used to purchase in the early 2000's. Very soothing and unisex.

If you’re a fan of MYSLF or Most Wanted Parfum, you can blind by this. I happen to be a fan of both. So I enjoy this one a lot. It’s an anytime fragrance. Very easy to wear. I get great longevity with about 6-8 sprays. Lasts me a full work day and then some (8-10 hours). It’s my favorite current release at this price range. I find myself looking forward to spraying it in the morning after a shower, and again in the evening before dinner with the Mrs. I also love the transition. How it starts off fresh like MYSFL and then gets a bit warmer in the dry down, like Most Wanted Parfum. It’s tough to beat for the price.

Have you ever wanted to just put on The Most Wanted by Azzoro and Myslf by YSL at the same time and have them blend perfectly? Yes? Then get this. Both are some of my most worn scents and this is just both of them with really good projection and pretty good longevity. Don't overspray, trust me you will be able to be smelt from miles away. When mine arrived, I did the tester spray in the air then did the 4 pulse points just to test it for the day. 7 hours later at the gym I was told by one of my friends that they could follow the trail of this cologne to every single machine/ bench I went to.

I bought this perfume today and I have to say that the opening is YSL myself as I just smelled YSL myself yesterday and it smells similar. I’m not sure if it smells like Azzaro the most wanted but I guess it’s close. All in all the smell is amazing and blind buy safe and worthy of gifting it to someone. In terms of performance, I’m not sure if it just me or with everyone but after 4 hours of wearing it, I couldn’t smell anything. Probably need to macerate for a bit or maybe I just went nose blind. Overall 8/10 for now and can increase if the performance improve after I let it macerate

My goodness!! This is has the best the fragrance of 2025! It opens with a burst of YSL myself and drys down into a somewhat fresher Azzaro the most wanted. Straight masterpiece. Update: I spoke a little too soon lol. While lynked smells amazing, it lacks in performance. On my skin, After 2 hours it becomes a light skin scent and after 6 it’s undetectable. Hopefully macerating for a few months improves the longevity. I’ll update in a few months. Update: it’s gotten a little stronger. But the cap broke off out of nowhere. So it doesn’t stay clicked on. I returned it.

Easily one of Afnan’s standout creations. This is a youthful, sexy, crowd-pleasing scent that consistently pulls compliments. It sits in a similar lane to the Armani Code DNA. Smooth, versatile, and highly mass appealing. What makes it special is the contrast between the fresh citrus brightness and the sweet caramel accord, layered with a gentle spice that gives it a seductive twist. The overall impression is polished and “designer-like” in quality. For me, it’s a 10/10 and absolutely safe for a blind buy.

When I first saw the "reminds me of" section of this listing, I was confused. Azzaro TMW is definitely a warm, spicy vanilla scent best suited for cold weather, while MYSLF is a clean laundry blue fragrance. How could it smell like both? Wouldn't these two styles clash? Well, somehow they pulled it off. It really does smell like both MYSLF and TMW, and they surprisingly managed to blend it well such that it does not clash but is smooth and homogenous. Really cool fragrance, smells great.
