Majestic Black

Just received this Gorgeous Indian Beauty of a Fragrance after seeing babbs' review on YouTube. Lately I am a sucker for anything Tobacco and I absolutely LOVE Pure Havane. There are many copies of PH to find these days, but I don't mind at all! I LOVE them all :) Reyana's Tradition II Wild and Xerjoff's Naxos to name two. And Afnan's Majestic Black is indeed another following up in this line. But it's Gorgeous! It's Delicious! And it surely is Quality! Babbs does not like to call this a clone and also in his opinion it is more similar to SL Chergui rather than PH... My opinion? I have to agree with the ones who find it close to PH. I have tried Chergui and I love that one too, but imho Black Majestic is not so similar to Chergui as it is to PH. Sometimes it even brings to mind Hermes Ambre Narguile, Brecourt Farah, L'erbolario Dolcelisir, but definitely mixed with PH. Maybe it's a matter of skin chemistry, but it may be clear that if you like/love any of the above mentioned, you WILL like/love MB! I do however agree with babbs and will also not really call this a clone, it is still different enough from PH in the end. Anyway, a SUPERB Quality Juice!! ♥♥♥♥♥

Superb offering of TM Pure Havane!! Wonderful job Afnan, U guys charge nearly a fraction for this juice compared to those. Makes me wonder nowadays as to why I bothered to pay the premium for those fragrances I know that since time historic, everyone has copied or tried duplicating one another!! I will thank Money back to where it belongs... ME

Beautiful scent, cherry and probably tobacco (cherry dominates). Cold weather warmer. Very very similar to Pure Havane but less synthetic, more natural. Longevity and sillage are both good, but i think not as good as Pure Havane, but still good. I will soon buy it.

Pure malt with added tobacco (a very prominent tobacco) = pure havane i guess. I only tried pure havane once at the Munich duty free. I did not care for it in the first few minutes, but loved it after i boarded the plane :(. Its the same with this, but i also love how it opens with a blast of sharp cherry-ish tobacco. I may feel the same way about PH now if i get to sniff it. Unfortunately PH is not available here in India so this will definitely quench my craving. Also this costs 4 times less than PH, so a definite winner! 7-9 hours of longevity with an average projection in the first 3 hours. This goes in my love section! Update: well, i have been wearing this a lot. The quality is undeniably very high. I dont think i did justice to this excellent juice when all i was doing was comparing it to a well loved fragrance. On its own, this is extremly good in all departments. I prefer it as my go to tobacco scent. Update 4 years later: Though I have moved on to more niche stuff, I still like this.

A nice scent very similar to Amen Pure Havanee. It doesn't remind me at all of 1821, 1821 is more dusty tonka smell, this is more sweet cherry tobacco. Good staying power. A must try for cherry tobacco scent lovers. A great value for money scent.

Got me a sample of pure havane and chergui. Afnan is most definately a knock on PH door. Very similar maybe a tad less smoother. But the price makes this a winner all the way.

Have they discontinued this fragrance ?. I've been scouring the internet for this and every site is out of stock, even E-Bay don't stock it . Only just found out about this and wanted to add it to my collection. I'm a little gutted.
