Very nice (maybe around 4.35/5), though more oudy and less ethereal than I expected. Has a familiar well-behaved raspberry-type fruit effect up top. Weirdly reminds me of any number of Tuscan Leather-type fragrances (not least Leather Rouge by Miller Harris), but smelt as if from a distance, in a cool but sunny white room--white walls, white décor, white flowers, white leather... Probably a spring/autumn (mostly spring) fragrance for me. Perhaps a little light for winter in a temperate climate such as mine, perhaps a little dense and perfumy toward the dry-down for the height of summer. Would be fine for most summer nights though. Performance initially seems good but not unusually so. Presentation of my bottle is wasteful, but otherwise near perfect, with just some indication in the packaging of a tiny leak at the neck, as with my bottle of Ouddiction. Edit: the plastic front piece has just come off my bottle on the second or third time I've opened the holder. I'm lucky I didn't drop the bottle. Extravagant packaging is one thing but poorly executed extravagant packaging is another. This is not a selling point.

Why some reviewers compare this to Electimuss Imperium, I don't know. This is NOTHING like it. This is a smooth, well-blended, clean saffron-mint-musk combo that shines on the heat. This is a Middle Eastern style musk. It's robust and almost tobacco-ish, yet clean and smooth. There's an ozonic freshness to it as well, and I'm not sure what note that comes from, probably the Mint in it mixing with something they've not mentioned. The drydown is to die for, and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually like musky fragrances. Having said that, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. A classy fragrance that does get noticed. Kinda reminds me of Atyab Marshoud's Marshoud 4. Yes, has some of that Arabian Oud Amiri/Sultani vibe too, but not a clone or anything. This stuff is just incredible. It's the fragrance that, at this point in time, I would choose if I could only use one fragrance for the rest of my life. It smells extremely fresh. It doesn't smell the way I would imagine based on the notes. I don't notice a cardamom, mint, vanilla, or oud note when I smell it. It's just so well blended, the only note that stands out to me is the saffron. It could be used all year round, any occasion. Easily signature scent worthy. Afnan has outdone themselves again.

Lets just hope that this doesn’t get hyped and toned down. It’s the freshie for people who don’t like blue fresh scent like me imo. Compliment magnet and wearable anytime. It has some similarities with aoud lemon mint in the opening but that disappears after 20/30 min. Performance is good and after maturation it’ll become better. This is one of my favourite freshies. Little sweet, musky, floral and oudy. Safe blind buy. God I love this stuff. This really brings compliments.

I got Sultani Arabani Oud and this and was afraid they would be redundant. Luckily they have differences and there is a reason Sultani is much more. You can smell the quality compared to Musctique, this is more “thinner” then Sultani, but for $35 I won’t complain. I’ll save Sultani for special days this will be my office/errand cologne. That's definitely a clone of Marshoud 4 White and a good one at that. I own both of them and they are 90% similar. To me they smell really nice but they are so strong, don't overspray. I totally get the menthol pipe-tobacco accords @BigBuck is talking about, it's the general vibe I get from them both. And I love that.

This is VERY similar to Aoud Lemon Mint from Mancera but without the citrus notes, the dry down is were the two share almost a 1:1 similarity in my opinion. Nice and fresh fragrance, great longevity and Sillage for the price.

A nice versatile fresh fragrance. Musk and cardamom and lily of the valley makes it very smooth and refreshing. Longevity is good 7/10 With moderate projection Has similarity to Arabian Oud Sultani. Overall 8/10

This one is a winner. A combination of Marshoud 4 White Atyab Al Marshoud & Sultani by Arabian Oud. Fresh and versatile. Office safe. Decent performance! Shukran Habibi!

What a GEM! Sophistication and Elegance ...and for 39$ Love from the first sniff !

Just received my bottle. I was looking for something like Sultani but cheaper to wear whenever. After the opening, this smells about 90% similar. My first impression is this is great for the $40 I paid when Sultani is 4-5x that. Not as robust as Sultani, but then again I just got a new bottle of Sultani and it felt about half the strength of my old ones so I'm hoping it's a maceration thing. This is a 20% "Extrait" so I will come back and update for performance. Edit: I wore these on each arm together and also back to back on different days. I can confirm this is in the ballpark of Sultani and is about 80% similar. Sultani is brighter and there is something about it that just sparkles with no ruff edges. Musctique has a little ruffness that smoothes out quickly as it drys down. After comparing, Afnan is less quality than Sultani (not surprised it’s $40). If you think this will replace Sultani, it won't. Ballin on a budget? This gets the job done. Overall, well worth the price tag and a great scent with average performance which is great for the scent profile.

Close to Club de Nuit Sillage from Armaf, hence close to Silver Mountain Water from Creed. It is in the same ballpark. Although the Agarwood in the background gives it a stronger personality. A clean flowery musky oud scent that smells very good. Non offensive nonetheless the oud. A safe blind buy in the sense that I cannot imagine someone disliking it. But I can imagine some people not being moved so much by this fragrance. Especially if you prefer dense or bold fragrances Suitable all year round, eventhough it probably fits mid seasons like spring and autumn, any occasion, you'll always smell good, without necessarily getting huge compliments. People will just think you smell good.

This is such an underrated elegant fragrance, very suitable for office or a quiet summer night. Its longevity and sillage punch way above its price tag. An absolutely must have for those who are brave enough to blind buy from this UAE powerhouse. Afnan has produced some major winners in the past few years, especially this Musctique and my other favorite, Liam.

I got my sample from MISTY MOUNTAIN DECANTS. This is an interesting fragrance. This is professional man vibes - the cardamom in this is slightly more pronounced than I thought. The musk is clean but not loud laundry detergent style of musk. This is very balanced. This is not very soapy but this is clean masculine and professional. The lily accords give it a clean vibe and the cardamom makes it masculine. So what does this convey? Clean masculine and professional that does have a soapy quality. It's professional and I would say this is perfect for the office and daily wear. Definitely not for the gym in my opinion but it's not DENSE. This is great value for the price in my opinion. I would give this 6.8/10 (I have high standards) - solid for any man looking for a good daily that's not for high heat. It's more professional than social in my opinion. Try it yourself.

In same line if Sultani but with twist, I did not like the twist. In my opinion save your money and buy Sultani on offers it will be almost double price.
