Supremacy in Oud

Supremacy in Oud-- REVIEW: I've been seriously into men's fragrance since the 80's, when most men's cologne lasted 8 hours to 2 days on skin. No bull!..... And I'm so impressed with Supremacy in Oud that I can hardly put into words what it MEANS to me--having discovered it about a year ago. Let's just say that I rate all of my fragrances on a standard 100-point scale. BUT regardless how good a fragrance smells, I won't rate any fragrance over an "89" unless I can smell it on myself "easily and regularly" for at least 8 hours.....And I've got dry skin to boot. So prior to SIO, the last time I actually wore a "90+" rated fragrance was in 1999 before they reformulated my Giorgio Red for Men! (And yes, I'm sure I've also gone nose-blind to numerous other fragrances since, that may have otherwise "made the grade"). What I SO LOVE about SIO is that for an oud fragrance it's a surprisingly wearable and truly exquisite scent!! In fact, I don't think most people that compliment me on it even know what oud is --They just really seem to be taken with my "cologne"! SIO is quite smooth and creamy, clean-oudy, spicy, slightly yet "perfectly" medicinal, "ideally" and splendidly earthy, woody, with a bit of leather down under, florally rounded, having a slight sweetness, all while smelling wonderfully masculine. And some here--including myself--also get an attractive light fruity/citrusy dimension...... WHAT A COMPOSITION!!! (I can't remember being so utterly entranced with a men's fragrance since the 2006 release of the highly-acclaimed Terre D'Hermes edt). It's also remarkable how many seasons, occasions, places and apparel you can safely wear this quality composition with, if you simply "regulate the number and density/ dispersion of sprays"! Similarly, depending on how it's applied can determine how appreciably present or loud you want or need it to be. (Technical point: The key to the fragrance's versatility--by utilizing its application-- is due mainly to it being an extrait de parfum concentration COMBINED WITH the composition's "more aromatic than normal" structure). SIO is best worn from smart-casual to dressy in fall, winter and cooler spring days. But, I so cherish it that I adjust the sprays for wear in much of spring and on cool summer evenings when appropriate, also wearing it more casually dressed in the fall/winter. (Applied and worn properly, this could fairly easily be a 3-season masculine "signature scent"). Lastly, having tried both Oud for Greatness and Oud for Glory, hands down this is my absolute favorite--because I prefer its scent AND it's a more easily wearable fragrance! (ie. Generally less woody overall and marginally sweeter). I'm currently writing this while enjoying SIO noticeably present around me for 8+ hours now, with an hour or so to go before it usually transitions to a full skin scent!!! Again, having dry skin! And based on my previously mentioned 100-point scale, I rate SIO a 92! In my Top 4 men's fragrances rated "overall"--lifetime. Simply extraordinary, and most likely my modern-day #1 for many years to come! A fragrance best suited for oud lovers ages 27+. So if you've spent countless hours searching on-line reviews for truly exceptional and high-performance men's fragrances like I have, only to be disappointed time and again, I urge you to try/sample SIO. (Not a "blind-buy" fragrance). Its $35 on-line price is really a straight STEAL when you consider the quality, the performance, the fragrance itself, its wearability, the stunning bottle presentation and OFG's $300+ price tag. Do yourself a BIG favor and don't miss it!

Update as promised : I've worn this twice. The first time for dinner at a restaurant and the second time for a day out. First off, this projects like crazy. It's not a beast mode, but it is a strong projector. It last on skin easily for 10 - 12 hours and it projects strong for a few hours too. Definitely out matches Lattafa Badee Al Oud for Glory. Not only does this last and project harder than Lattafa but it also smells sweeter. But the sweetness does calm down once it starts to dry, so don't let the sweet opening fool you. Supremacy In Oud smells more higher quality than Lattafa too. It just smells more youthful, easy to wear (because of the sweetness), and edible (smells like a gormand oud fragrance to me). Of course Initio Oud for Greatness just smells more higher quality compared to Afnan Supremacy In Oud. But this smells more mass appealing and easy to wear. So yes this is a worthy pick up. But only buy if you like Oud. If you are looking to buy Oud or your trying to get into it, then start with this. For the price of you can go wrong. This is can easily be worn any time and anywhere (just be careful when your wearing it during summer). It does give me night out vibes but I guess that's only because I first wore this one a dinner night out. This has pulled me 7 compliments. Once from a girl sitting next to me during the dinner night out. 3 from my friends (during the second time I wore this). They were begging me to tell them what I was wearing. Obviously I told them I was wearing Initio Oud for Greatness xD. And the other 3 from another group of friends I linked up with. Three compliments I received from girls and four from guys. I guess that proves that anyone will love this. Also, it smells great in the air and you will have a nice scent bubble or trail. Scent: 10/10) hands down one of the best Oud fragrance I've tried so far) Projection: 9/10 (strong projector based on 5 sprays you will be smelled from the moment you enter a room or accross a corridor) Performance: 9/10 (last such a long time especially on clothes. I still smell this on my shirt and it's been two weeks) Uniqueness: 10/10 (I have smelled many oud fragrances and I own many oud fragrances too. This definitely smells different) Bottle: 10/10 (looks and feels premium. Even the presentation and box it comes in is amazing. Feels like I'm unboxing a $400 niche) Overall: 9.6/10

First Impressions I got a 150ml bottle for £47.00. Batch is 08/23. I sprayed this one a tester strip and my God this is Incredible. The moment it's sprayed this I could smell a sweet, fresh Oudh. It was really strong and punchy, so much so that I had to open my bedroom window to get rid of the scent. This is giving me the impression that it's going to be an (almost) beast mode fragrance. When the scent actually dries down, I was able to smell more Oudh coming out and the sweetness remains as so does the freshness. I have smelled Initio's Oud for Glory before and it does resemble Afnan very well. Only difference is that the Afnan is much more sweater to my nose. So if you aren't into sweet fragrances (I'm not much of a fan of sweet tbh) then maybe buy Badee Al Oud for Glory. I've tried that one before and it smells more darker. Luckily for me, the Afnan isn't overly sweet so thats a big win for me. If you do spray this on, you will smell like a rich/wealthy person. Or you'll smell like Middle Eastern Royalty. I haven't tried this on my skin yet because I'm currently trying on other new fragrances, but I will try this soon. I am in my 20s and I will definitely be wearing this during Winter, Fall, Autumn and Spring. Maybe even summer (depending on how hot it is). There is nothing wrong with wearing oud in the heat (but it is when wearing it if it's Humid) . Oudh is a dry woody fragrance and where I come from, everyone used to wear Oudh in the heat. Also, Oudh was invented and found in countries where cold weather is basically non existent. So it's no big deal. Also, I don't really care about what time of day to wear this, I will wear this anytime I want. But anyways if you like Oudh or your trying to get into those types of fragrances, then buy this. Yes I did state that the Oudh comes out a lot during the dry down, but trust me, it isn't that bad. The oudh here smells edible, sweet and fresh. If that sounds nice to you then buy this you'll love it. If you want a more darker (and less sweeter oudh) then by Lattafa's Oud for glory. Will update on performance when I actually wear this.

I bought this perfume about 8 months ago and I have to say it's one of my best oud fragrances in my collection. I do not think it is necessarily a "clone" of Initio's OFG, although it certainly gets some inspiration from it. I'd go as far to say that this is a more mass-appealing fragrance than the OFG, at least for me and my friends. Most of the people who have smelt this on me complimented me and asked me what it was. If I had to guess, it is probably the added sweetness to the original OFG DNA that does this. It's a great smelling scent for sure. I would not recommend you blind buying it though, as it is still an oud fragrance, and some people might just not like it, however I do highly recommend you either sample it or smell it in store, it's great! As for the performance, it's a beast. For the price (around 40-50$) , you are probably getting around 10-14 hours of longevity with really good projection and sillage for the first couple of ours. From my 8 month experience with this fragrance, I'd say it probably lasts all day (I once sprayed this fragrance 2-3 hours before I went to sleep and when I woke up, it was still there, and you could easily pick it up). There is another "dupe" of OFG, which is Oud For Glory by Lattafa. I own several fragrances from that house that include Khamrah, Asad and more , but man I really don't like Oud For Glory. It certainly is closer to the DNA, but in a more synthetic way. I did not purchase this fragrance but I got a sample from one of my friends and I tested it, and I really don't like it. Afnan Supremacy in Oud is more refined, better oil quality, higher concentration and overall just a more appealing smell to the masses. Also performance on the Lattafa one is weaker than the Afnan. Overall, it's a great fragrance that I strongly recommend you at least try it out!

I have both OFG and this one. To me afnan is the more refined and smooth version of OFG because that one -to my nose- is a little rough on the edges but afnan is absolutely gorgeous .. creamy and smooth.. one would think this is the original and OFG is the clone!! In the air they are hard to distinguish .. ofg is sweeter and more sugary .. this one is a little darker and I actually prefer the scent ..! But I'd say they're about 85% similar and you wouldn't need both..! As for performance, I actually don't get beast mode on ofg .. it's really long lasting but doesn't project that much .. but afnan is a true beast and fills the house .. I havent gave it a full wear and can't say much about longevity but I doubt it last as long as ofg because that one is parfum and this is EDP. Btw I prefer it this way .. I like my fragrance to project and make a statement.. I'll compare the longevity in next days and will update this post but as up now I really love it and prefer it to the original even if they were priced the same (btw ofg is much fancier in term of presentation though afnan is no slouch either) P.S: I also have supremacy not only intense .. that one I wouldn't say an exact clone of aventus .. they're pretty different. But in oud is really close to OFG maybe some notes are amplified on this one but generally you can call it a clone Update: today I've worn SIO and OFG on each hand .. it's been 16hrs and both are still present and to my surprise, SIO is still going stronger I even asked my coworker if he could distinguish the expensive from the cheap and he guessed wrong and said this one (SIO) is both stronger and better smelling. he stated that SIO is smelling richer and warmer to him..!

I got a bottle for more or the less the price of a Thai takeaway and don't really feel the need to compare it to other fragrances or be super picky about it, but after a couple of full wearings I can say that it smells like a very high quality, mature, bold and the same time pleasant and inviting and long-lasting EDP for the colder months. They managed to blend the slightly fresh and calming lavender in the opening with spicy, sweet, woody and (almost westernized, not challenging at all) oud notes in perfect harmony, nothing seems too much or out of place. Even hours after application it's very noticeable and in the deep drydown the quality remains high, whereas many inexpensive fragrances seem to fall apart at some point. Not this one! Many people around you who smell this in the air - that's where this blend really shines! - seem to be impressed as well, especially the 30+ crowd. Another winner from Afnan as far as I'm concerned in a gorgeous bottle btw! Scent: 9.2/10 Performance: 9.4/10 Presentation: 9.7/10 Value for money: 10/10 Special occasion layering tip (for some EXTRA compliments): 2 sprays of Supremacy in Oud and 1 spray of Orientica Royal Bleu (or Layton or another good layton clone). I did 4:2 just before an outdoor event and it smelled amazing the entire day and I got many compliments (even 7 hours after application), but indoors it would've been too much!

I blind bought this fragrance for my self for Christmas. I’ve heard mixed opinions just like every single fragrance on this website. Long story short I looked at the notes , read that it was high quality and had a strong concentration. Figured why not, a huge bottle was $45. I never smelled Initio OFG but nonetheless this is apparently inspired by that just sweeter. My bottle is from 2022 so it could have aged pretty well. It opens up very sweet slightly spicy, slightly creamy, and very woody. After the dry down on my skin it has a light oud but not to funky. Very different than TF oud wood but I’d say the same level of pungency. So essentially it’s not very pungent or funky. It’s a nice starter oud imho. After a few hours (6-8) it suprisingly smells like a warm, very slightly sweet wood with a hint of Creed Aventus without the citrus( maybe it’s just me). Those who don’t like sweet fragrances or want to pull this off during the summer, don’t worry. The sweetness dies off by 60% over an hour on my skin or clothes. You can definitely rock this in the summer just spray an hour or two before going into the heat. The scent also stayed on my shirt after putting it through the wash. I’m also in my early 20’s and this is neither Mature or young. I feel like age group can wear it. After 1 week of wearing my rating based on priced, quality, performance etc. is 9/10

This is really good. I am a bit mystified by all these reports of "beast mode performance". Although longevity is excellent, I found the fragrance to be rather mild, and had to add a few sprays. (Certainly a lot less "beast mode" than Supremacy Not Only Intense, which literally filled my house with two sprays.) **UPDATE**: I did get a compliment today out on the bike trail, as I was riding past someone on my bike. So apparently the projection is better than I realized. (!!) In any event, it's a very pleasing scent – nothing overly synthetic or cheap-smelling. It seems very high quality, all the way through the dry-down, on par with Oud For Greatness or Haltane (I have owned both, and I personally think Supremacy in Oud beats both of these outright). Haltane leans too gourmand for my taste, with that praline note. And comparing side by side with Oud For Greatness, Supremacy in Oud is mildly sweeter, while the Initio is a bit bolder. Performance seemed roughly equal to me. Finally, Afnan's lux presentation and packaging is absolutely off the charts... especially considering I paid $39 for this. In summary — this is a super-pleasing, high-quality fragrance in every respect. There's really no way I would pay $200-300 for Oud For Greatness or Haltane over this. A bigtime win for Afnan.

The first tenth of a second of me spraying this, I said "oh my god" This is now one of my absolute favorites in a collection of ~70 frags. The opening is absolutely Godly. Right off the bat, DRY cedar vibes and a beautiful woody, spicy oud with an incredible natural lavender. The lavender here with the woods and spices is just.. awesome. This isn't a very dirty oud, nor is it medicinal. Definitely sits comfortably in the woody oud realm. If you don't like oud, you probably wont like this. But if you like oud, wood, spices.. good lord this might just blow you away. The quality here is INSANE at this price point. Longevity is great, too. Its been like a week and I can still smell the single spot I sprayed on a jacket sleeve. Love, love, love this. Shame oud is so offensive to most people's noses, because I would love to wear this all the time. Also, the presentation is SO good. At this price point and much higher its basically unheard of. This gets a 10/10 for me personally, with scent, quality, presentation, price all considered.

When you first spray the fragrance, you'll notice a strange scent similar to alcohol, but it disappears quickly—usually within 5 to 30 seconds. Then, the oud note starts to come through clearly, blended with a soft sweetness that likely comes from sweet notes or nutmeg. The saffron also becomes noticeable, almost equal in strength to the other sweet notes. As the scent dries down, it settles into a clean, slightly synthetic musk that actually smells quite pleasant and adds a nice balance to the overall experience. Also I forgot it has an spicy note to it its 👍🏻. In terms of longevity, the performance is excellent. I sprayed it on my clothes, and even after more than 24 hours, the scent was still clearly present. This fragrance is best suited for special occasions like weddings or formal events. It’s a bit too heavy and bold for everyday use, such as university or office wear."

I imagine this scent is how every wealthy man from Dubai smells like. I have a sample of this and have really enjoyed it. So much that it's in the running to eventually become a part of myh permanent collection. I've smelled a few other oud-forward scents, and I like that the sweet notes here make this more mass appealing and approachable. Despite the sweet notes, this still packs a punch of spice and oud. Great to wear for special events, date nights or general evening time. Perfect during colder seasons or you can just rock it like you're actually from the Middle East. Nothing wrong with wearing scents whenever the heck you want. Strong performance in both projection, sillage and overall longevity. For the price, it's tough to rationalize purchasing the more expensive varieties of this scent profile since I don't have any drawbacks for this one.

It's funny how I initially didn't like this fragrance, but after a few months later, I am now obsessed with this scent. It was on my piano one day, and I decided to give it another chance, but voila, something just clicked in my brain that made me wear this Afnan for a few days straight. Its longevity is also AMAZING! at 12-16 hours on my shirt or jacket, and the drydown is heavenly. Never for a second did I sense any synthetic or metallic hint from the opening, unlike many other affordable Middle Eastern brand (looking at you, Club De Nuit Intense). It was so well blended. I should totally apologize to Afnan for not liking it when I first blind bought it after watching tons of review about it. I guess this is the nature of fragrance connoisseur: your taste will vary in time.

Sweet saffron and oud. That's pretty much it. Some are reminded of BR540, which I get, it's the saffron. Idk if there are inconsistencies with different batches, as some reviewers here mention that it is not a good clone (as well as some YouTubers) but I have a small sample of Initio's Oud For Greatness, and this smells exactly the same to me. I'm not alone either; my friends and family also agree; so much so that people I know who own OFG have asked me about this to buy as a future replacement. Longevity is phenomenal, projection is decent. Even if you're not getting it as a dupe, it is a very nice sweet saffron Oud fragrance on it's own. And the quality is fantastic! Way better than Lattafa's Oud for Glory.

I just unboxed this fragrance and when I sprayed it I smelt Oud for Greatness but much sweeter. The second time I wanted a whiff of it all the smell has just gone. There’s something there but I think my nose is acting up and has gone blind, this is the forst time ever that that has happened to me so that’s cool:) I’m gonna smell it tomorrow and will edit it later. EDIT: Okay, so this here is much more leathery and somewhat sweeter than Oud for Glory. My nose picks up the leather at an instant. It definitely is similar to Oud for Glory but different enough. I will keep both in my collection. I think this is a more mass appealing oud fragrance and if you’re looking for your first oud fragrance, look no further.

It's been said, but yeah, a more sweet take on Oud for Greatness. I'm not sure which one I prefer, honestly, because the lighter take on the DNA they have done with Supremacy is just so outstanding. Greatness smells like smooth quality blending, but it is quite flat and less pleasing to the average nose I would think. Same with Oud for Glory, just not as quality a blend. Greatness is also grievously overpriced, and considering the fact that Supremacy is only like TWENTY BUCKS!? All I can say is lmao. If you have any curiosity about this type of scent or this take on the Oud for Greatness DNA, you have no excuse not to give it a shot. Maybe the best bang per buck in the fragrance world. Definitely up there.

Greatly blended, nice, creamy, sweet oud scent with an addicting/lovely drydown. It lasts a ton of time and i sprayed it on the inside of my elbow and even after 4 hours i can still smell it coming up to my face its amazing and surprisingly mass-apealing. I couldnt find a person in my school that didnt like it. I first smelled it in the afnan discovery set and on the same day i purchased it for my birthday. My mom, my sister, my brother and brother in law LOVED it i reccomend it but also you could reccomend some layering combos based on what i have. I think you can see it in my profile. Apperantly oud fragrances are really good layerers

Perfection. I have raw ouds, Swiss Arabian dehn al oid Cambodi is my favorite, I have Oud for Glory, out of all of them Supremacy in Oud is the only one that has ever drawn complements. I also wouldnt compare this to Oud to Glory, like at all. Ive been on the oud game for about 15years, its not often something gets blended this perfectly at this price point. Hope to try the Initio someday. I should also mention the packaging and box are amazing, such an awesome presentation. My only disclaimer is thay covid mught have hurt my olfactory. My old faves just dont sit right with me anymore.

Differences I’ve noted, the silage for me is stronger, I can smell it at arms length all day and others can smell it when near as well, there is more sweetness in Oud For Greatness and less of the animalistic wood, this one has more of the wood coming through and definitely smells more like a Middle Eastern “atr” than ofg which smells more like a “perfume/fragrance.” But this is absolutely a worthy buy instead of the 300 dollar price difference you pay for Oud for greatness, very masculine, very nice clean woody scent, not necessarily a clubbing scent, maybe office safe to an extent.

I can’t get enough of this scent. It is by far my favorite fragrance. It’s perfectly woody, spicy, safrony, and sweet. The oud is well balanced and compliments all the other ingredients. This is definitely light enough that it can be worn year-round in my opinion. My only complaints are that I wish it was a little stronger and lasted longer. Thankfully, its affordable price means it can be over sprayed. I love this fragrance so much that sometimes I just want to spray it directly into my nose haha. I wish that it came in beard wax form so I could rub it right into my stash and beard!

I LOVE this scent, a very succesful blind buy. Sweeter than oud for greatness and a little diffrent notes. In oud for greatness i get a lot of spices almost like in dior sauvage elixir , wood and saffron but in this i get a sweeter kind of everything almost like a syrupy honey although honey is not a note for this. I like this more than oud for greatness though cause this has not got as much of an old man feel with the masculine spices that are similar to sauvage but more of an youthful smell. Compliment beast that lasts a long time and projects great 10/10 fragrance!.

I have both PDM Haltane e OFG, blind bought this in the intention of having a similar scent for 1/8 of the price... What a GREAT surprise! They sure are using good quality ingredients in this one, my wife also loved it. To me it is closer to Haltane than OFG, this is a little sweet of a fragrance, but this goes on its own way. Price/value: 10/10 Fixation : 7/10 (on moistureized skin 7+ hours) Sillage/projection : 7/10 ( 2h , arms reach) Quality of ingredients : 7.5/10 Beautiful Woody-oud, sweet, aromatic fragrance (not a challenging scent)

Beautiful. Beautiful! This has quickly become my favorite fragrance as of writing. Yes, the opening can be a bit harsh, but five minutes later it is magical. Strong, sweet, masculine, and oud-y, embracing you for hours and hours... This fragrance can be pulled off by a refined, daring man, someone who does not mind being noticed and thrives in the fact. It can also be worn by a woman, providing an aura of class. This is the kind of scent that, although not explicitly gourmand, makes people want to eat you up. Simply magical *chefs kiss*.

A slightly sweeter version of OFG. This isn't a straight-up dupe to OFG, due to the added sweetness in this one, but you can definitely tell that this scent is inspired by OFG. As well as that, the oud in this scent is surprisingly similar to the one in OFG with the fur-like quality, which is surprising for the price point. Performance is really good. PS. This is a very different sweetness to that found in Haltane, which has a much richer, more sultry, smooth and dense sweetness, compared to this one, which is more flat. 8/10 imo

This is not a clone of oud for greatness. It's certainly a twist or a re-imagination. Dont get me wrong, its quite similar, but has some distinctive differences, most notably, the sweetness. OFG lacks sweetness, but SIO has a strong dose of it. SIO has this almost fruity candy sweetness to it that can come off a bit synthetic. Personally, I love it but I know a lot of people wouldnt. Nevertheless, its a great cheap scent that works with that OFG dna in a great way. They are definitely in the same ballpark. Its a good pick up.

This fragrance makes Oud for Greatness and Haltane absolutely redundant. Supremacy in Oud opens agressively and the oud is very earthy but also very very sexy, the dry down is a bit more toned down but you still get the sexy masculine spicy oud. Thinking about it more now, but the scent is pretty one dimensional, you get a very mass appealing oud scent for like 10 hours. I actually prefer this over the likes of Dior Sauvage Elixir or Oud for Greatness. The compliments I've gotten with this fragrance is crazy.

so far the best oud frag in my collection. i don't own the initio OFG (tested it in several shopping centers), but this frag is similar with twist. bit more sweeter, more lighter and easy to wear oud frag. Mass appealing ofc. longetivity is beast mode, had this for 6 months. at the first, performance was so so, around 6-8 hours, now easily 11-12 hrs on skin with loud projection for 3-4 hrs and stays forever on clothes (even i still able to sniff it after wash). amazing bang for the bucks.

I got this scent previous year. On very first sniff it was a big 'meh'. It became the most hated perfume ever by me. I placed this scent behind my collection and just forgot. After a whole year I saw this and tried it again with heavy heart but boy oh boy guess what I just blown away as I have the og ofg. I couldn't believe how it resembles to the og one with such a small price. It do share some similarities to pdm haltan but I found it more likely to ofg. 9 out of 10 from me.

Been wearing this for about 4-5 years now as my signature night scent, It's genuinely a 10/10 - heaps of compliments and the fragrence performs amazingly. I more recently got back into fragrences and have spent a few months trying out every popular affordable night time scent in the hopes of finding another gem like this. So far nothing compares for me. I'm sure there's some amazing niche scents out there that I may like more but for the price point nothing beats this

Received this today to my office from Notino. Had a little squirt and within 5 minutes I had 2 completements saying "what the hell is that? its divine". Never had the opportunity to sample OFG, and I will sample it at some point when the opportunity arises but right now, this will be a staple in my Autumn / Winter daily wares. As its only been on my skin for 45 minutes I have yet to experience the full notes but I can tell this is going to be a beautiful journey.

this is the best This is the brand's highest-quality product. It has exceptional projection and longevity. The fragrance is intensely deep, high-quality, masculine, and even more refined than Initio Oud for Greatness. Don't let the initial sweetness after spraying fool you; this sweetness quickly balances, giving way to a more beautiful and wearable experience in the dry down. Yes, it's slightly more modern, but with the same Initio quality. 10 out of 10.

The best take on Oud for Greatness or look alike fragrance. It's easier on saffron and added candy scent is not too sweet at all. Some will find it more easier to wear than other clones. I thought it'll be the sweet as f bcz added candy scent but it isn't. If you love OFG profile can't get wrong with one more fragrance from Afnan Supremacy collection that's in all a great collection and represent Afnan in it's best light. Look of the bottle - phenomenal!

I bought this fragrance in Dubai as a gift for my father. I cannot give a detailed review as I have not worn this myself, but out of the 20+ fragrances I tried; this is the one that by far the most pleasing. The bottle and packaging look fantastic too. For £40 GBP for 100ml it is amazing value. I assumed this was three or four times the price. Edit: My father tells me it's long lasting, it projects well and he has been given a lot of compliments.

I just blind bought this as my first oud fragrance, and hell I was afraid that it'll not be up to my taste but I was glad to find out it was absolutely amazing. The packaging was really nice as well, goes well with the aesthetic. The opening wasn't rough at all, the sweetness really blended well with the oud and gave off a really cozy vibe off the smell. Lasts very long and has a very nice dry down 👍 Overall Rating: 9/10

Hi perfumoholics, today in my city in Pomerania in Poland is nice weather +4, I applied myself 4 clouds, and nutmeg and saffron and lavender shines through the most, sweetness not pushy, in the air you leave behind a beautiful cloud very masculine, price to quality is very good. I bought in 2017 and bought a month ago and I see no difference in durability. After 10 hours it is very animalic, carnal, on clothes to wash.

I have both this and Oud for Greatness. Owning both is not redundant. They open very similar but then diverge. Supremacy in Oud is much lighter, more airy and sweet. Though, not in the sugared vanilla goop of SWY and TMW, thank goodness. It's more of an ethereal sweetness like Marc Jacobs Daisy. Oud for Greatness is thick, somewhat smoky and hugs the skin. Supremacy in Oud is effervescent and bubbly. Both are great.

This stuff is the Real deal. A fall/winter nighttime fragrance for men. Afnan surprises me with its quality. I wouldn't go as far as to say this is Niche quality, but It's certainly in the designer realm of quality. If this would've been $80+ I would've still paid for it. It doesn't smell cheap at all. As the cooler spring nights start drawing to a close, I’m getting some final sprays out of my winter favourites before packing them away for 7-8 months. Such a fabulous scent. Similar to Lattafa’s BAO, but classier. I’ve still got 90ml left, so I’ve not given this a good enough run this year. Roll on next May/June, so I can give this the love it deserves. Easily a 9/10 vibe still. Lush.

Some people are complaining about the performance, but I woke up 16 hours after applying this and I could still smell it on myself and my clothes (100 ml recent batch). Every spray of this fragrance hits like a 50 caliber bullet. The oud has a beautiful leathery undertone that is well balanced by the sweeter notes - perfect date night fragrance for an older gentleman.

Afnan makes really quality fragrances. But this one they blew me away. I’ve sampled initio OFG before and trust me it is much better than the original. Think of it as OFG with a hint of sweetness from BRC 540. One of those rare oud fragrances that gets a lot of compliments and draws people closer to you. I loved it. Wearing it since 2 days now and I am very pleased.

Oh my! This is nuclear bomb on the galaxies :))), this is super mega strong, sweet, elegant, extremely woody, it smells way more expensive. Even after washing the smell is still there, awesome! I got lots of compliments at work, my female coleague told me not to wear this anymore cuz she gets horny, and she's 3 meters away from me. The best from Afnan indeed!

Strong, intense and woody, it immediately grabs your attention. The opening is insane, to the point that some people might simply not be able to handle it. When it comes to performance, Supremacy in Oud helped me understand why people call some fragrances beasts. If you like the scent, then the rest is taken care of, insane fragrance at a very low price.

burned tyre, or burned rubber note that everyone describes, for me smells like smoke from firecracker, or firework.. burned gunpowder smell.. i love it.. i had both oud for glory vs supremacy in oud on the test strip and they are pretty much the same.. supremacy have some fruity aspect to it that drawn my attention a bit more.. so its a winner for me..

The fragrance is excellent, elegant, and sophisticated. The combination of exotic notes, such as oud, with hints of citrus, spices, and a beginning with incredible sweetness undoubtedly creates a unique olfactory experience. There is a luxurious aura, and the dry-down of this perfume, reminiscent of Van Cleef & Arpels' Tsar, but in a softer manner.

An absolutely wondeful and 1 to 1 copy of Oud for greatness 2018. If you love that perfume but dont want to burn money i can confidently say this is a literal 1 to 1 copy. I dont like that its a thing, but fact of the matter is, it is. Lasts just as long and sillage is actually stronger. Must buy if you like oud or want to get into the oud world.

Smells like Oud for Greatness but sweeter. Western oud with saffron and some sweet fruit. Less floral with less lavender smell. Performance is good for me, 6+ hours. More expensive than Oud for Glory, but I think the money is well-spent. Oud for Glory has an off-putting tire smell that I can't get past. This smells more natural and well-blended.

Sweeter version of Oud for Greatness, amazing longevity, projection and sillage. I spray once even in the colder weather, and I can detect wafts whole day. It's a high-quality blend. I wore it for a week straight and I missed it when I switched to another perfume at work. It was a blind buy, and I am happy! Price performance ratio is top notch.

It's a nice "dark", bit spicy and sweet yet smoky oud masculine perfume! It's the kind of oud that is a lot more easy to digest for most because of the spices and sweetness unlike many other ouds that are too harsh and deep for most. I personally didn't smell too many ouds but this one is definitely one of the two I would actually wear!

Superb. Clearly a clone of Initio Oud for Greatness and also Lattafa Oud for Glory. This one performs much better than the latters. Straight Oud. Very nice, but the presentation is bonkers. The box alone is worth what I paid. Best presentation in my collection hands down. I have the Lattafa version for trade or sell, pm me.

Highly recommend this Afnan is an incredible brand that just puts out incredible fragrances this is their take on Oud For Greatness but this a alot sweeter the fruity notes are very noticeable from the initial spray throughout the oud kicks in midway honestly save yourself money buy this for $45 instead of wasting $250
