It's 2010 the computer is overheating from my brother, sister, and I taking turns playing Sims and collecting viruses for my dad to fix later. On paper this perfume should be anything, but wearable. I initially bought it for the bittersweet memory. But, there's something there that is so palpably not electronic. Keyboard cleaner? it's a bit citrusy along with the warm whirling monitor. So, my sister and I agree this is *totally* wearable!

Most true-to-description fragrance I have ever tried. Smells straight up like an old, dusty, overworked and burning computer. I couldn't wear this because I don't necessarily like the scent, but I can't stop smelling it either.

Damn this really does smell like MOUSEPAD. That and something a little sharp and green.

Given the notes, this does not develop much, but it does dry down into a faintly citrus sensation bias of a newly fabricated plastic, with a small metallic bias. The metallic bias is uplifted by the citrus sensation mentioned above, but the plastic isn't some burning plastic that you find from Eau de Luna - The Smell of the Moon — Eau de Space. It's a decent abstraction to plastic, but not really like a latex suit, or PVC pants (though, it comes a bit close)--a bit more tame, but still plasticky in the literal sense (think Tupperware). This plastic sensation is quite a bit different in how Synthesis by Xyrena approaches it (latex). As a result, not quite FBW for me.

Me when the fragrance that is meant to smell like metal and plastic smells like metal and plastic: 😮 OK, but actually, this is so wonderfully done. I never thought I would like something like this. It is almost aromatic, and has a certain dusty quality that is very becoming. This is like walking into a warehouse for the first time. And everyone is right – it is nostalgic and kinda smells like Laptop in a way you can’t quite put your finger on. But I think this is more for the experience and appreciation of scent rather than to wear.

smells just like my sad little macbook that hyperventilates every 3 minutes!! i also get a bit of celery/grass but it reminds me most of hot electronics and paper fresh out of the printer. bought a sample and have only worn it a handful of times, i don't think i could justify buying a full bottle of it (not very wearable on its own IMO) but it's super fun!! exactly what i was expecting ^^

this scent is the reason i got agar's sample set and also the hardest to compare to anything i've smelled before. fits the description wonderfully if i close my eyes and imagine the plastic and laptop heat but smells much stronger than actually smelling a piece of technology. i can def see the comparison to bug spray.

It's exactly what it says it is, and that's a talent. I envision wearing this with some kind of costume, which makes me excited to put one together. Just to match this fragrance. I tried layering this one with ELdO Ghost in the Shell and it brings out the more plastic-y notes in Ghost.

opening up your first computer, for the first time, a compaq or hp badge on the case sweet sealed, sterile dust something fried, maybe the power supply, or wires somewhere just barely not acrid, barely not stinging

It smells like an old PC booting up: the fast and high-pitched whirring, the loud fan, the heat radiating from the bottom. All of it together. Warm and wholly artificial.

Really curious where people are getting electronic notes from this. To me, it smells like straight up mowed-lawn grass or some kind of celery, definitely some kind of sharp astringent greens. If I squint I can smell printer ink...sort of. Kind of disappointed tbh :(

agar olfactory's picture of technological apocalypse on new year's day. you're a child lost in your school's computer lab, 1999. broken wires spark and motherboards overheat as the world's technological infrastructure comes to a halt. with searing photorealistic plastic notes of mac carcass and dusty mouse pad, wear this on a hot date with donna haraway and still smell scary enough to leave with your virginity and hikikomori honor code intact.

Very straight forward fragrance, communicates the description very well. Metal, plastic, copper wires, a slight woody baking note scent mixed in there. Like an older computer from the 90's burning up next to a glossy wooden desk, melting everything besides the motherboard. A testimony to technological acceleration. Heat. Heat combining with highly refined metals and plastics.

This smells so exactly like a sheet of paper warm and freshly spat out of an office printer that I can almost taste it. Absolutely amazing how they managed to get even the approximation of warmth into a scent so utterly and delightfully artificial smelling.

Overheating electronics. Surprisingly wearable. Dry down is a synthetic soft sweetness. This smells exactly like a document fresh off the fax machine. Hot, sweet, plastic, metal, ink. 9/10 for me.

Sooo crazy strong wow. smells deathly nostalgic despite being a futuristic scent - like your favorite plastic doll you had growing up. Would never wear this out except maybe to like a berlin club
