I find the name to be extremely accurate - this smells like wet soil that has been wet for a while, or like that old moist-stricken closet that begins to get moldy. The slightly moldy note makes it a bit unpleasant/unwearable for my own taste. I tried layering it with some floral perfumes to get the 'garden after the rain' feel, but Damp overpowered those. That being said, Damp is beautiful and true to it's name, a unique experience worth trying.

I have smelled a lot of petrichor and dirt scents (mostly indies), and this one is extremely earthy. This is soaking wet soil, freshly tilled, with chunks of wood chip in it and a smattering of plant food. It also kind of smells like wet rock. Honestly, it smells a little too much like the fertilizer they spread outside my elementary school for my taste and not enough like rain, but it is still cool!

I would like to love this, but I legit can’t smell it 😕 My wife says it’s just like dirt and horrible, 1/5, but even heavily sprayed all I get is a faint sweetness maybe?

I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. If you want to smell like literal wet soil, this is it. What's odd is my partner says he can't smell it at all. It makes me wonder if there's a particular chemical in it that some people can't smell.

wet earth. Maybe has a slightly mildewy quality to it.. but idrc its 😇 pleasing scent. my sister hates it
