Pearl Oud

I am not a huge fan of florals, as I usually find them to be either too mature (I am late-20s) or too sweet/headachey. Neither of these are the case with this delicious scent, which has really grown on me the more I wear it. This smells more complex and lasts longer than several perfumes 2-3x the price. The powdery sweetness of the white florals is really well balanced by the earthy woodiness of the patchouli and oud. All of this is present on a background of musk, which adds depth. While this is a combination of some thick, rich scents, on my skin, I found it to be comforting, not overbearing - which is a difficult balance to strike. I find the fragrance to be very versatile, as I think this would work for any age (except maybe 18-25) and any season.

I bought it during umrah trip in Medina, it was my 1st Arab perfume. At first i didnt interest to Arab perfume since mostly smells too oud-woody. I just accompany my friend whose regular of Ahmed. And i sniff some of their perfume & find this is the only one from Ahmed that not too Arab (?). This one is not strong oud like other variants, i describe it as smells of beautiful, elegant & expensive vibes women. In the end i bought it without checking the notes, but after back to home i found out it has white floral notes like jasmine, tuberose & ylangylang which is literally the notes i usually have in my every perfumes. I think my nose can recognize the notes without knowing it

I love this. I think it is way too underrated. Gorgeous white florals with the tiniest bit of oud. Pearl oud is sweet but not too much and very creamy. It actually reminds me of YSL Supreme bouquet. Very well blended and smells very expensive for the price. It starts a bit fizzy from the pink pepper, sweet and fruity and develops into a very creamy vanillic white floral. I honestly don’t get much oud but I’m used to heavy duty ouds. The oil concentration is very high, it lasts and projects excellently. White floral lovers should definitely try this.

This is the most beautiful white floral perfume. Goddess energy at its peak. The performance is great as it’s an oil heavy fragrance. It’s beautiful fresh out of the box, but once macerated it’s sweet white floral, super buttery heavy opulent tuberose with jasmine. It stays linear, but every time I catch the silage it’s heavenly. If you love your tuberose, white floral perfumes, you will love this. I didn’t experience a journey as such, but I don’t care because I feel like I’m drenched in delicious floral goodness. 10/10

Beautiful warm and delicate well rounded white floral. It goes in my mental neighborhood with Pure Poison and Jesus del Pozo in White..but in a slightly warmer and thicker comforting way. Office friendly if you show restraint, lol. Intoxicating enough for date night certainly and not limited to a season. New feminine favorite 😊

This is feminine but a confident guy can pull it off. Definitely a beast mode fragrance. Love the white florals in this with a touch of oud. 9.5/10.

If YSL's Supreme Bouquet and Carolina Herrera's Carolina Herrera EDP could be brought together with a slightly faecal oud spin being given to the fragrance, the end product would be Ahmed al Maghribi's Pearl Oud. Rasasi's Junoon Satin is in the same vein (without aoud). I adore the opulence of tuberose, ylang ylang and musk so richly expressed in this white floral wonder. The pear greeting and oud salutations add interest, but are not prominent in this creamy, floral delight. Although this fragrance is quite oily, the longevity is limited, both on skin and on clothing- up to 3 hrs on skin before it is all but gone and at most 5 hours on clothing, even with heavy application. Projection persists up to 2 hours before it becomes a skin scent, however, this fragrance is much too elegant to be anything but intimately perceived by others. You'll just have to reapply! And that's all I have to say.

5.2.24 This just arrived today. I am admittedly a gourmand lover. This scent I bought hoping it was gourmand sweet, but it is very floral. It is pleasant enough, as of now I'm not sure about it, as when I smell it, I kinda feel like I'm going to sneeze. I'm sure I can save this blind buy though! Use it as a base for a Lush gourmand or something, give it some body... Ahhhhh I really wanted to like this... I mean the bottle is lovely, I can be happy with that... Arhhh... TBC...
