Accord Boise

The perfume is a perfect example of unoffensive warm scent that reminds you of scented sticks but without the sharp smokiness. It does not project a lot, but for the first 30 minutes it does. I get mostly sage and ginger. They give it a more sharpness. Coffee is said to be a top note, but I get the impression that it lingers on quite a while. The whole scent may come across with a nutty or a leathery vibe. The longevity is short in humid and high temperatures, but stays longer in drier and colder seasons. Sillage is indeed short up to an hour, but if you spray your body and keep the scent between your clothes and your skin, it will send you whiffs of this scent for hours, up to 7 hours. The scent is linear apart from the initial 30 minutes that are rich and engulfing everyone near you. It is an unmistakeble and pleasant Arabian or Indian type of scent. It is suitable for season from autumn through to spring. It is also a nice evening scent and for a date night. As it is a relatively light scent, one will have to spray at least 10 times if the conditions demand it.

A beautiful scent! Starts with Pepper and coffee, the coffee doesn't last actually, only few minutes max and the Incense kicks in along with the sage, starting from this point the Incense dominates this fragrance but it is tamed by the sage, pepper, patchouli, each fades away at a stage and leaving the Incense at the end winning the race. Such a great fragrance, very nice blended and well made. Longevity is very nice, 5 hours at least with decent performance but you will not get anything but incense after the 2cnd hour.

This is a wonderful example of how incense could be so good smelling. This is a wonderful frangrance that develops slowly but without being layered. A bit harsh at first spray, give it a minute or two, then start enjoying. The incense never leaves the background on this one. This is an incense based frag! strictly for cold weather I'd say. It gives a warm sensation like a sitting next to a chimney on a cold night. Absolutely niche quality!!!

Very nice patchouli and coffee combo. Fragrance isnt am strong and may have to spray a few extra times, but it smells great!

Underrated scent. I love it and for the price it is well worth it.

Ajmal Accord Boise.... one of the few Arabic allrounder which can be worn all year round. Generally I believe that everybody should wear whatever they want whenever they want wherever they want but i am in the minority.....hence the label Arabic allrounder. The coffee and pepper are present but not strong and it dries down to a warm and cozy spicy woody scent. In the far distant it sometimes reminds me of ARMAF club de nuit intense... No...it is not even close but i get a very tiny distant whiff of the same scent character every now and then. Good scent and very nice bottle.

Beautiful scent but it's not something new or different from other scent I've tried. For example, Ajmal Shadow Grey and Ajmal Shadow II which is not listed, have the same construction as this Boise. They are different scents, not similar at all, but have the same DNA if you know what I mean. Nothing new. If you own Grey and Shadow II, there's no reason to buy this Boise. But it's a beautiful scent indeed.

I just received Accord Boise yesterday, and have worn it at night, and during the day. It has a smell like an old fashioned woodworking shop, woody, somewhat sweet, but not too balsamic or pine like. I was expecting it to be a little sharper. There is incense in the background, but I am really not getting the patchouli, coffee or pepper. The Sillage and longevity are ok, but not spectacular. I have a few other Ajmal scents, and they perform much better. I think this is a safe scent for any time or setting, and I will report back if it gets compliments or not... The bottle is wonderful, with a little chamber on top of the liquid which contains wood chips and spices.. very cool ! If I could compare this scent to another similar one, it would be almost 90% similar to Mugler's Pure Wood. That one is a little more powerful and sweeter, but they are like brothers...

Wonderful very reasonable price. Exclusive at UAE duty free. I got many complements every time I wear it. Opening with spice from pepper ,little coffee slowly develop into ginger and patchouli as base note. Easy to wear. I was blind buy this one and I’m so happy to have it.
