I love this perfume. Great quality and extremly long lasting, safe oud. it smalls very arabic to me and yes, no barnyard, though I love oudh... well balanced, reminds me of watered down version not as intense version of black afgano.

rawan.natsheh: in Kuwait, it's only KD 8. I love this oud. It's a sexual, raw, avant-garde oud. How Ajmal can produce this for such a low price is beyond me, but the scent is captivating. It's easily one of my favorites.

Another great Oud from Ajmal and this is one you can either hate or love. The first spritz reveals a kind of funky oud, cheesy, barnyard, animalic but with an undertone of pure wood. This is a phase that lasts about an hour. The funky bit tones down and the nuances of pure wood emerge in all their glory surrounded by a cloud of sultry smoke. The dry down is a majestic wood, realistic, aromatic, smoky, with just a touch of leather, very deep and sensational. It is like the aftermath of an erotic encounter, forbidden and passionate which leaves a trail of its intensity that still betrays its strength and lust. The smoky wood has a balsamic nature and lasts to the very end of a beautiful journey. Dreamy, oriental and utterly exotic, this is an amazing scent and a great addition to any wardrobe.

I don't know how Ajmal managed to do this, but they either found some secret way of producing very cheap oud oil or put together quite a concoction that is just oud. At any rate, this has a barnyard, indian type oud smell. Tart green and acidic olive like notes, bovine turd, leather and some woods. The longevity isn't anywhere near proper oud oil, but it may be for the good. It is probably not something most people would like but it a very good approximation of oud. If montale doesn't cut it for you, this is the next step before authentic mukhallats and single-source oils. Very affordable, and the size is great for people with big wardrobes.

Old school smoky Cambodian oud. Very simple, harsh yet beautiful aroma. Thing of cozy camp fire near the barnyard... love it.
