Dahn Al Oudh Qadeem

Beautiful scent, I deleted my older opinion because the scent (or natural oud in general) comes off very differnet on each wear to me. When i wear dahn al oudh qadeem sometimes I get very sweet feral musky aromas mixed with a hint of woodiness, sometimes I only perceive wet dark grainy woody notes devoid of any musky or animalic notes with minimal sweetness at the opening or the heart of the scent.some times I perceive slight gasoline or paint thinner scents at the start alongside the woodiness. either way the scent consistently dries down to a sweet slightly musky milky aroma after 6-8 hours of sitting on my skin. I can feel the scent for around 24 hours on my skin in cold seasons and around 12-14 hours in hotter days. Projection is close however compared to scents containing iso e super, javanol, amber woody materials etc... .

This is a high quality Oudh. Smooth balanced almost creamy drydown. Smells similar to Dahn Al shams but Qadeem is smoother and not as fermented on the opening and can be worn any season , day or night. It is worth the steep price in my opinion. Great for layering or used by itself. Beautiful scent from the Aged Aqarwood. My favorite from the Ajmal line right now.

The best and closest alternative for Frederic Malle The Night at a fraction of the cost. Not easy to find in Europe or USA. Blue cheesy, barnyardy but absolutely addictive. An absolute gem.

Most powerfull,most concetrated, most animalic parfume i ever know. It smells like leather, sweaty horses, cows and camels. And a little bit of old cheese.Its an animalic bomb.

Unholy chemical agent based on a disturbing mixture of cheese, motor oil and white spirit. Layer it with the right fragrance to summon Satan. 10/10

This is such a learning fragrance, ultimately a layering tool but so real. Oud oil and alcohol, nothing more. Lasts virtually forever.

Emptied oak whiskey barrel at first. Dries to a more earthy and rotting wood scent. Similar to Shams but without so much of the fermemented fruit. I like it but was hoping for something more "animalic and cheesy" like the comments below.

An abandoned and haunted barnyard cheesy, smoky, woody, and a bit animalic hard to be described by words. The other reviewer that described this as a cheesy motor oil is actually on point.

Wonderful, intriguing, Indian oud with alcohol Might be too much for some people but if you know oud oil you will love it For the price it’s a bargain to get What surprised me is the performance I’m not sure if it’s the batch or not but I know I got it from the boutique so there is no chance of it being fake I couldn’t enjoy the scent because of the performance but the smell by itself is very good
