Moshriqa

I've been eyeing Ajmal frags for a while, mostly for their excellent price-to-value ratio, and based on the notes, Moshriqa was an instant love for me. It's a lovely, woody floral juice with some fruity nuances, leaning a tad more masculine, and is opulent without being overwhelming. A total crowd pleaser, an office friendly perfume, and a safe blind buy. The performance is very decent - lasts for straight 10 hours on my skin, and a whole day on my clothes. If you want to smell refined, put-together and high-end without offending anyone, Moshriqa is the one for you.

Fruity-woody floral that leans rich and a little spicy, with a cozy oud touch that makes it feel more like an evening scent for when you want to smell bold but still classy.

This is a nice floral, raspberry scent with light woodiness that has a light inoffensive oud note. Although I initially thought due to the note breakdown that this is more of a 5 pm & beyond scent, it really is more of a morning perfume, very light and uplifting great to stand out in a job day or just enjoy your morning activities. The only thing I don’t like about it which is why I don’t wear it often is how it develops because while the perfume is unisex and this is consistent in the scent trail, the scent to me as the wearer tends to have moments where the raspberry and florals sit for a while; making it seem feminine, before you get a very delayed hit of woodiness to even it out. Although you could say this is an extra bonus if a female is wearing this. TL;DR, great raspberry woody morning scent that comes at a great price. Just might come a tad bit feminine if you’re self-conscious.

i rebuke my review it’s alright

I have tried Moshriqa a couple of times. I personally find it more approachable than the often praised Mukhallat Shams /Ajmal which stays funky for a longer time. This one has a little funky note in the beginning, too. After about an hour it is a little sweet, fruity, flowery and also warm in a way which is quite masculin. The notes do not produce the feeling of something flat or superficial, you feel an amount of depth. There are no cloying notes. I think this perfume will be appreciated by many, a kind of crowd-pleaser with an oriental twist. It is not a love for me, but a strong like.
