Got a sample from fragrancenet with my order. This is such a beautiful oud. Niche level, soft sweet vanilla citrus opening. Levels out to an amber,.smoky, clean and soft oud. It's addictive. I usually go for masculine scents. This is temptation in a bottle. Both genders that are confident and well groomed could pull this off. Works well in cooler weather but could pull off 1-2 sprays on pulse points in the heat. Last 6+hours in 80 degrees one spray on wrist. It's such a gate kept gem

Just got this in yesterday, so I still need to test the strength and etc, but off to a great start. The red apple is very present in the opening and mid. But the difference between this and the Lattafa version is the woods are much better in this fragrance...better blend overall. This is smoky but not overly so. Very pleasant to wear. Hopefully the longevity checks out. Will return after a full wear.

Update: 10 hours off skin out the box with the last 2 close to the skin, but noticeable. Normally I'm not carry about red apple notes, but with the osmanthus, cinnamon, and incense makes this very easy to smell. It is a bit smoky, but definitely not punchy. This is smooth. Great for dates and outings, even does well at work with the right sprays. A wonderful gem.

I bought myself two new fragrances for my birthday. This, and the much more expensive French Defense by Mind Games. Everyone raved about this one... nobody commented at all on French Defense. I really can't say anything better about how great this fragrance is, and how much of a steal it is at its current price.
