Sonnet

The first spray releases a strong and sharp bergamot, which to my nose smells a bit chemical but I don't love citrus notes in general. It only lasts about half a minute to a minute on skin (about 20 min on clothes), and then it gives way to a beautiful white floral with a creamy note of almond milk. That mix smells almost like cherry pit (I don't get cinnamon nor apple like other reviewers though). The base is warm, but not in a gourmand way. Good longevity on clothes, about 3-4 hours on skin, moderate to intimate sillage. Perfect for everyday wear, not too loud. To me, this perfume is everything I wanted Datura Noire by Serge Lutens to be - I could never quite get along with it because Datura Noire is cold and melancholy, while Sonnet is warm and joyful. This is possibly due to its warm, sweet base notes. Had I blind-tested this, I would have sworn it's something western, maybe Lancôme - it does not scream "Arabian perfume" to me. I get the comparison to CH GG but I don't like GG and I love Sonnet! To me they are different. I did blind buy it, and it is less powdery and silkier than what I expected but all in all I am extremely pleased, this one is a little gem! If you like white florals with sweet notes, I'd say go for it.

I am so happy I pulled the trigger on this one. I had it in and out of my cart for awhile and finally bought it, one of my better blind buys! If you like powdery/creamy berry musks with some sweetness mixed in there you will adore this. For a middle eastern fragrance this is not a strong one, so you can over spray without getting a headache. It wears very close to the skin after it dries down, I can still smell it on my skin and clothes hours later and get whiffs of it throughout the day when I am moving around but it is intimate and if I walked by someone they would probably get a light whiff of what I was wearing. The dry down turns into a sweet, clean, freshy it’s honestly stunning. Elegant, sexy, mature, date night, day time, summer, spring & winter type of fragrance! I have been absolutely loving this gem, the dry down is lovely! If you have this in your cart pull the trigger and go for it, you will not regret it!

I am absolutely in love with this scent. 😍 I was looking for a dupe for GG Supreme because I hate the screechy, musky undertone that the original GG has. As the Supreme version doesn't have a dupe someone suggested that I try Sonnet, which smells like the original GG minus the sharp notes. It is true, this scent is way softer and more feminine compared to GG, I would say it smells more like GG Supreme which I was looking for. Sillage is decent, longetivity is also alright. This is an amazing perfume compared to the price! If you don't like the sharpness of the original I suggest you try this one.😊

This is really unique to me, different from most of the perfumes I've smelled. Buttery and warm but not heavy. As it settles in and lightens up, I get the almond, sandalwood, and vanilla with some tuberose and a little orange blossom. On me, it lasts for a long time, into the next day, the projection is moderate. It leans feminine. What a great blind buy for such an enticing scent! It reminds me of my mom's apple crisp for some reason in its first phases. Almost a cinnamon/apple scent for a little while, although not like a room spray - would make a great fall fragrance.

The tuberose and orange blossom are blended harmoniously with the Bergamot it has an almost bitter red berry opening. But it's not heavily fruity or gourmand. There is a flash of the signature Kurkdjian musk when you spray it but it vanishes quickly. I LOVE this. This is my type of fruity. Balanced, musky, citrus-like, but not stereotypically any of them, more like a fun blend of the best of all. My favorite is definitely the almondy red berry opening that bows out gracefully for a subtle distinctive floral citrus vanilla musk. The bottle is glorious too.

Very good perfume! Similar to CH GG but I prefer Sonnet because it’s a little lighter and more wearable (for me personally). The opening is wonderful, the bergamot smells very nice in combination with the almonds. Drydown blends nicely into the creamy scent of vanilla, tuberose, orange blossom, and hint of almonds. I recommend. Note: I still have to test the durability and sillage. So far I have tested it on the arm and it is quite durable so far (after 5 hours it still smells nice).

Good girl vibes but maybe a little fresher/more cirtusy. Easy to like and wear! I don't pick up the almond note for some reason though. Edit: This has been in my closet on a winter break, I just didn't crave it.. but as the sun has started to feel warm again I just sprized some in the air to remind myself what this was like, and I got a clear crisp green apple note in the beginning, that I haven't noticed before! So fun to notice new things in old fragrances :)

I don’t have a Herraras Good Girl , but I remember(?) it has a note of tobacco, what missing from Al Haramain Rawaa(which I know better) performance. This is a lot like Rawaa, but this is a more on the feminine side, more flowery, more flaffy and there is no cocoa or coffee here. The difference is best noticed in drying. They both are delicious day/evening scents, with good performance. I really recommend to try this one.

I got this because of the comparisons to Good Girl and I love it! I agree with other reviewers that it’s slightly less intense than CH which makes it more wearable. On me, there’s more of a red fruit note — what others may be getting as apple pie, I’m getting slightly more tart and juicy feeling than that. And I love love love it. I’m obsessed with this scent. Such a great buy!

A beautifully bright interpretation of Good Girl. Dialed up almond and orange flower, with amped up thick and sticky vanilla and amber base. There's no tonka or cocoa in this; so it's definitely wearable through the warmer months. Projection beast, lasts 10 hrs on skin, days on clothes. A must-have, very affordable addition to a collection.

This is a 99% dupe for Good Girl, good silage and medium lasting power and you can't beat the price. The bottle presentation is very nice, thick-glass bottle with interesting design. I have the OG Good girl, and it will last longer having purchased Sonnet. Very pleased with this one!

This smells nothing like Good Girl which I also own. This is a creamy tuberose with almond note. It's a weird mix but it works and smells delicious. Moderate silage and longevity.

this is very very sweet. at first i get almond, bergamot, orange blossom and tuberose. something in here smells intensely fruity. it smells better wafting from afar but up close it is strong and sweet. a bit headache inducing. i think it's mostly orange blossom and almond i am smelling but i am unsure as it smells more like a sweet orange.

I really like this :) It’s definitely really similar to CH’s Good Girl but it’s not as heavy as that one. And I totally agree with another reviewer who said it starts off almost smelling Christmasy, like an apple cinnamon sort of fragrance. I really love the two fragrances I’ve tried from this house so far. Both this one and Evoke Silver for Her are well made and they last longer and project as much if not more than some of my more expensive perfumes . Also for anyone who is interested, the Evoke Silver has a powdery sweet marshmallow-like scent in my opinion and it lasts really well, and that’s coming from someone who wore it on a blazing hot southern summer day lol.

Wow! What a great scent. This is very light and feminine, reminds me of something I've worn in the past but have no clue what it is....very lovely! For the price, this perfume is a keeper! The first note listed here is white floral, but this doesn't smell at all floral to me. It's creamy and feminine...I think a white bottle rather than a red bottle would be more fitting. Nonetheless, a wonderful scent! I am interested in trying more from Ajmal now... Update: As I have worn this a few more times, I think Sonnet is similar to YSL's Libre, minus the lavender note.

Found this due to a YouTuber. Purchased it from Fragrancenet for a song. I like it and sometimes even crave it. It is similar to Good Girl, but still a bit different. It's creamier and less harsh, less masculine on the dry down. I think I like this better than Good Girl. The bottle is pretty interesting, too. A cheap thrill. Would recommend. e

I bought this for $20 off ebay. Best money I've spent in a while. As soon as I smell this I knew it smelled familiar. It reminds me of Good Girl and Kilian Rolling in Love. It's not a dupe of either fragrance. They just have some similarities. The almond note stands out to me the most. I might just end up buying a back up bottle.

This doesn't smell like Good Girl. This smells like a modern version of red triangle Liz Claiborne. It's heavy on the bergamot, orange blossom & almond, w a pinch of tuberose. Fresh but dark. Definitely a red bottle scent. Great from opening to dry down, good longevity. Perfect for date nights or after 5.
