As you can tell by now, there’s a gourmand promise, yes, but here's where Bake stands out—it’s tempered by the airiest of grace. Tonka and its sweet whisper tethers the flight of citrus and almond, knitting warmth into hush. A flutter of burnt sugar warmth, ghosting like sunlight on satin, leaves the scent both sweetly intimate and serenely infinite. Why shout when you can murmur? Bake doesn’t sound like Lira, gush like Devotion, or bite like Lemon Tart. It sighs. Delicate, debt‐free of heaviness, an artisanal pastry that melts on the tongue rather than tilts the plate. It’s every contender's sweetness with the volume turned down, a gourmand waltz in diaphanous slippers. Wear it and it'll wrap you in the most blissful, whispering embrace, an edible dream spun into vapor. Sugar and sunbeam, gentle yet unapologetically decadent. A fragrance that tastes of light, yet lingers like a secret you can’t help but savor. I’m utterly smitten—truly this is dessert for the soul.

I LOVE Bake!!!! Being a lover of gourmands as well as lemon desserts, as well as a big fan of Olivier Cresp, this was the first creation of AKRO's I ran out the door to try. It was love at first sniff! I bought a 30 ml, which I'm already half-way through, so next replenishment will likely be the 100 ml. This one just makes me so happy! The first blast of Bake hits you with such a beautiful, extra juicy lemon - the imagery of the frosted lemon cupcake that accompanies this is spot on. It smells like a lemon dessert made with real lemon juice and zest, no artificial replacements here! It's juicy, creamy, and super lemony with gorgeous vanilla undertones. As it develops, the lemon is not overtaken by the vanilla: the two combine so perfectly and carry this into the most mouth-watering, delectable happy sunset! This reminds me a lot of the Sugarwitch oil from Carnival Wax. I'd sampled that oil years ago and was absolutely smitten but couldn't justify the price. Granted, Bake is pricey as well but far more reasonable than the Carnival Wax oil....although how beautiful these two would be layered!! Because Bake is linear, it blends gorgeously with other vanillas or similar-leaning gourmands. Today, because it's Sunday and I don't have anywhere to be, I've layered Bake with Kyse's Jasmine Macarons (sadly now discontinued) and Lush's Chelsea Morning and, wow, I'm in my haaaaappy place ....;-)

This smells exactly like Girl Scout Lemonades. A realistic shortbread cookie with mild lemon icing, all sugar and little tartness. I sprayed this on my wrist this morning and could not stop craving Girl Scout cookies. Midday? Still craving Girl Scout cookies. Now, in the late afternoon, the lemon has left and I get the ghost of vanilla and sugar if I hold my wrist to my nose, but it's too late. I am still drooling, absolutely fiending for Girl Scout cookies. I am so hungry. At this point I could eat an entire box, but I can't get them where I live so I'll have to settle for eating my wrist. Absolutely delicious. I can never wear this fragrance again. Jokes aside, I'll also mention that when I sprayed this on a card, after about 30 mins of iced lemon cookie, it lost the sweetness and leaned tart and almost powdery, like the Dragon's Egg bath bomb from Lush. I enjoyed that and hoped it would happen on my skin too, but nope! Just cookies. I usually don't reach for gourmands as I find them too distracting. I only tried this because it was part of the discovery kit. Fun to sample, but I don't think I could actually wear this. Would recommend to someone who actually wears gourmands and loves sweet lemon desserts.

Blind bought this with low expectations, turns out it exceeded them a LOT. The bottle smells almost identical to a delicious lemon drizzle cake. Although it's not in the accords, it has like a very faint spiciness to it (presumablly from the rum note) but it's the most absolute precisely perfect amount needed to compliment the lemon, doesn't overdo it and doesn't come across spicy. It's definitely creamy, it's like a sugary lemon icing! It really smells like a lemon cake but you can also smell the drizzled lemon icing on top of it it's like both of them are there in this scent. I'm so glad it's not too citrus-y! The scent when sprayed, opens up with a stronger lemon compared to the bottle and definitely starts off more pie/tart like, not quite cake yet. But as it settles it becomes closer and closer to the smell of the bottle which is lemon cake. It's like this fragrance is a cake, the lemon in this starts off strong but "bakes" in time to become a softer lemon which turns cakey. Really love this! The ratings on this show it's more of a feminine perfume depite being unisex but I actually thought at first it was more masculine leaning. Going to try to force this onto my fiance anyway hehe.

Well, if this isn’t the absolute queen of citrus gourmands I don’t know what it is. 🍋 And I smelled TONS of citrus and lemon gourmand. I might be hyping this up, but it deserves it. As soon as you spray it, it opens up with a decadent and frizzy lemon but is soon followed by a more tart and pastry like feel to it. You will literally smell like a lemon cake and I barely ever smelled something that reminds me of it as much as this. Perhaps the only one that gets remotely close is Super Milk by Lush. They’re not identical by any means but if you enjoy Super Milk you will most likely love this one. Forget Devotion by D&G (the Intense too) and forget Lira as well. If you want a real lemon gourmand that is not “perfumey” but just a straight up lemon cake scent, this is it! And it’s not sickly at all and perfect for the cold and hot weather, in my opinion. I would go as far as to say this is blind buy worthy, especially if you like Super Milk. Rating: 9/10 🧁🍋

Bought Bake around the time it was released but it wasn’t my favourite sugary sweet/vanilla cake/ lemon/rum flavoured type of perfume DNA. But I am wearing it today and I love much more than initially how it smells. I feel like it’s deepened on vanilla, it’s richer, denser, and smoothed on lemon. The sweetness of brown sugar/praline and the creaminess/milkiness of whipped cream add a variety of gourmand accents to the mix. As a conclusion, Bake moved from a big like to being a full love! I feel like I really need to try it side by side with Devotion, since they are both created by the same nose, share the exact same scent profile and costs almost the same money (if you are to buy Bake on a 20% sale) to figure it out which one performs best and would worth replacing in the future! For me, the bottle of D&G is way prettier than Akro’s... This is really good, I am really loving it today, on a mildly sunny spring day.

Lemon cake. Moist, warm, and topped with a hardened sugar glaze. Some other things it’s giving are yellow Froot Loops and lemon Warheads. (Yes, I know all color Froot Loops taste the same. Don’t ruin my description.) It's tangy but mellowed out in a gourmand fashion. This is what makes Bake stand out from the rest of my collection. It's a lemon gourmand, not a lemon freshie. A rare find indeed. Now I know what you're thinking: Lemon = summer. Gourmand = winter. So where does this go? This is not a summer scent. Despite the citrus note, Bake wears better in the cold months. That sugary, cozy backbone gives it the weight it needs to warm up a winter wardrobe. It’s delectable, irresistible, but still keeps things bright and zesty. For a market flooded with clean, forgettable citrus scents, Bake is refreshing in the least refreshing way possible. Good juice.

Honestly, it's such a beautiful scent <3 I really love it. Like a freshly baked lemon cake. The sweet, tangy scent of candied lemon and lemon icing is incredible. It's a little sharp at first, but that adds just the right richness to the overall impression... In the end, everything comes together and softens into sugary-lactic tones (though as sharp as sugar crystals), more similar to the milky/creamy tones of bianco latte. In my hunt for gourmet vanilla scents, this was my holy grail... and I thought it could easily be a unisex fragrance, according to local voices... they think it's more feminine Well... but the problem lies elsewhere. In my current situation, I wouldn't be able to wear it as much as I would like. And what's more? It's not really my style :( even if I wanted to wear it more than anything, it wouldn't turn out well.

Ugh, what a pleasure to smell like a delicious, bright treat all day. My best friend in high school loved The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake, which I never read, but I think I smell like the cover. On first spritz, it reminds me of the old Girl Scout cookies Savannah Smiles sitting next to a tall glass of Italian lemon soda. Powdered sugar and bright lemon, and the faintest nod into a fizzy drink. I appreciate how bright it is on the opening, it puts a smile on my face! This quickly settles into a softer, powdery, crumbly, buttery little cookie. I can’t stop smelling myself, I feel like I’m in gradeschool, 5th grade, sheepishly downing a box of lemon shortbread cookies before my mom sees. I love it — I’d get a full bottle, maybe not ASAP because I don’t think I’d wear this every day. Perfect fall transition scent.

After an arduous search spanning over a decade, I've finally discovered the Holy Grail of Lemon Dessert fragrances. Trust me, I've purchased countless options, sampling everything that even whispered of lemon or sugar in its description. But none quite hit the mark until now. This, my friends, is it. Upon application, the scent unfolds as a beautifully linear experience. There's no mistaking it – it's pure lemon dessert filling, sans any distracting crust, cake, or overt buttery notes. Yet, there's a subtle roundness to its edges that adds depth. A win for my skin chemistry, it doesn't veer into that dreaded territory of burnt notes within minutes. Now, the true test lies in its storage maceration. (Dark, dry closet) I eagerly await to see how this lemony marvel fares over time.

This is my first time wearing Bake but I do love it so much! Devotion is my favorite perfume ever so I love a lemon vanilla scent profile. This one is more of a dessert than devotion, truly smells initially exactly like a lemon flavored shortbread cookie! The dry down vanilla is pretty similar to Devotion but less “custardy” and more of a simple vanilla bean. Super fun and yummy! I will probably buy a travel size Bake and wear in winter to really kick in the cozy warm baking cookies vibes! Edit: I have work Bake several times now and still can’t believe how yummy this perfume is! I do think I struggle wearing it as a daily fragrance, I just prefer something a little fresher for daily use. But this scent is perfect for chilling at home on the weekends or comfy for bedtime!

Wow! I was hesitant to sample this because Devotion was nice, but nothing to write home about. I have been hearing about how similar they are and some people have even said they are interchangeable. I find them to be very different. The florals in Devotion interrupt the scent imo. Bake on the other hand is a perfect gourmand. It literally smells like lemon zest & cake frosting. On my skin, the lemon fluffy whipped cream scent is linear and stays throughout the entire wear of the fragrance. Bake is absolutely stunning! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Bake is my favorite Lemon Gourmand (I’ve tried Devotion, Lira, Love & Crime, and Choux Choux) I genuinely want to faint every time I smell this. It is that good. Its the best. My favorite thing that Ive ever smelt.

I purchased a sample of this from LuckyScent, and I am so happy I did! This fragrance opens with a vibrant lemon zest, I swear I could smell each individual sugar crystal. I only got hints of rum, the lemon zest was front and center for me. After about 15 minutes, in came the praline and whipped cream. I could not stop smelling my wrists. Finally, the dry down ended with a beautiful vanilla and brown sugar with hints of lemon still coming through. I love this fragrance - it lasted all day, kept me on my toes, and didn't skip a beat. I'd love to by a full bottle, but it smells so similar to D&G Devotion I am unsure if it will be worth it. While Devotion is a beautiful orange vanilla, this is an edible lemon vanilla. Great fragrance all around.

I will forever be in love with this perfume. it is a decadent, vanilla frosted lemon cake with a slice of lemon on top. I mainly get a frosting smell from this, especially when I spray it on my clothes and it dries down. the lemon stays with this fragrance the entire time and gives it an uplifting, sweet smell that lingers and projects so nicely. Its base is similar to crush with the praline and vanilla, I think these two notes blended by Akro create a warm, fluffy frosting base (not juvenile) that is just too good! I will wear one spray on my shirt and smell it the entire day, I don't think I'll ever get enough of this scent! definitely a year-round fragrance & a gourmand that actually works in the summer.

I have a very hard time with prominent lemon notes. They usually come off as pledge cleaner to me. For example, I hated Lira.. I sold it the day I got it. My favorite lemon frag has been 4160 Tuesdays Mrs Gloss Lemon Sherbet for a while now. But Bake has taken its place. This is a beautiful lemon gourmand. It's bright and fresh from the lemon. And I get no pledge cleaner from it at all. Once it starts drying down the gourmand notes really shine. I also get some rum making it a little boozy. I'm obsessed and have found my holy grail lemon scent! It smells like those lemon pound-cakes with the vanilla icing drizzled on top. Basically it smells like happiness and sunshine in a bottle.

So I love citrusy/lemony cakey vanilla fragrances and have tried quite a few.. this is by far the MOST photorealistic interpretation of an iced lemon pound cake I have ever smelled in my entire life. Full stop. Like wowwwwww omgggg so delicious. Doesn’t perform that well like at all on my skin tho unfortunately :/ I barely get 3 hours with minimal projection. Between Lira and devotion it definitely is the weakest on me.. which is a bummer because it really is the most accurate interpretation of the 3.. that’s ok with me tho I guess because I still own the others for when I’m craving something more full bodied and can always layer this with something to give it more oomf <3

Perfume 7, tested on paper, 8 ml decant (finished bottle) I love this one. It's an easy to wear fragrance that smells like a juicy, sweet lemon sponge cake with vanilla and lemon zest, soaked in lemon syrup. To me, it's the perfect easy grab perfume that is great for everyday wear, especially in warmer weather. It's subtle and never overwhelming. Longevity isn't its strongest point, but I'm actually fine with that. I'll definitely buy another decant, or even a full bottle, once I go through the other edible lemon-vanillas I already own. I also bought the Akro discovery set, and I can honestly say this is the best fragrance from the brand that I've tried so far.

I received my bottle of Bake in the mail yesterday, having ordered it as soon as I became aware of its release. Awake is one of my favorites and so even though lemony fragrances aren’t my usual thing, I trusted that I’d appreciate it anyway and I was right! Like Awake it doesn’t smell “perfumey” to me, it smells like yummy lemony vanilla rum flavored cupcake batter. The lemon zest in the opening was surprisingly strong but bright and cheerful and it rounds out. Same as Awake, Bake manages to be a very original gourmand scent without smelling syrupy sweet or cheap. I’m enjoying it on its own for now but I bet layering Awake and Bake is going to be 100/100.

Bake is a transformer. Opening is freshly squeezed lemon... no cleaner vibes but very much tart lemon rind. Refreshing but I'm sensitive to bright pure citrus, so I don't love that part. The dry down is fluffy iced lemon cupcake. The lemon is more tame and the other notes start to bloom. It's yummy, but does soften down to a lighter scent at this point. Also, the rum note isn't boozy.. just adds a little something. **Imo would not compare to Lira which is caramel heavy..citrus cookie or cheesecake. Lira isn't tart and has more depth. Bake compares more to Cookiecrunch or Unknown Pleasures with the bright lemon, yet still different.

Wow, this is so good! The opening is ice cream rather than something baked. One scoop of lemon sorbet and one scoop of vanilla, and some meringue on the top. I love how photorealistic the lemon is, like actual lemon peel. The dry down is first like a lemon cake and then vanilla and brown sugar. It's exactly the lemon vanilla scent that I have been looking for. Zesty without the cleaning product vibe (Lemon tart) and fluffy without flowers in the way (Devotion, even if I love that one to) I don't think it's that similar to either Devotion, Lemon tart or Lira, even if they are in the same category of fragrances.

idk why people are saying the citrus notes in this smell like floor cleaner. It just smells like a nice fluffy lemon pound cake. I really like this scent because the citrus and sweet vanilla/cake notes work together to create this heavenly gourmand, they surprisingly complement each other. the rum really holds it all together to make a symphony of elegance and sweetness. i just want to lick it off my skin, it's so delicious. the only downside is that the overlay of lemon that covers up the pure diabetes tends to dry off after a few hours and becomes really subtle. wish the lemon and rum stayed on for longer.

Bake genuinely smells like a dessert rather than simply a collection of sweet notes. To me, it perfectly captures the feeling of biting into a melting moment biscuit. Australians will be able to appreciate this one: crumbly shortbread biscuits sandwiched together with tangy lemon cream. The fragrance is fluffy, sweet, and zesty all at once. Very edible. The lemon note is particularly impressive because it delivers a bright citrus without ever drifting into the territory of cleaning products or artificial lemon scents. Instead, it feels creamy, edible, and incredibly inviting. I adore this fragrance!

Bought a 10ml for the purpose of knowing if SuperMilk and Bake smell alike. Spoiler alert, not really. Filipinos who are familiar with the yellow Maxx Candy should know that the opening smells exactly like this, minty and lemony, unlike the Supermilk hair conditioner which already smells like a lemon pastry on the initial spray. But both have a similar vanilla drydown, much subtle with Akro. It doesn't mean I dislike Akro, I am a sucker for lemony scents, and this definitely takes the cake. 9/10, most wearable in the spring and summer. 6/10 for the sillage and 7/10 for longevity.

The first sniff/opening reminds me of a Lemonhead, but do not be fooled. It quickly softens and rounds out into a BEAUTIFUL, cozy, lemon-y vanilla. The rum takes down the sweetness just enough without stealing the show, and the whipped cream note gives it a shot of lactonic sweetness that I adore. It really does evoke lemon cake without having that super-realistic doughy note like the Theodoros Kalotinis gourmands and many other perfumes have, which is something I personally dislike. It has warmth without being spicy, balanced sweetness, and is as wearable as it is unique.

Delicious! Like a lemon sorbet, vanilla ice cream, cupcake, whipped cream, frosting, brown sugar all in one. To me, the rum is undetectable, I can’t smell it whatsoever. Starts off with a sweet lemony blast then turns into the most beautiful sweet treat. 10/10 for scent. Okay I must end with a negative, it doesn’t last super long so yes, you’re going to need to reapply it every 3-4 hours as it does turn into a skin scent but sniffing your arm will make you crave a cupcake. C’mon Akro, make an intense or longer lasting version, I dare you! 🧁🍋

This perfume is crazy! I have never overspray it and still after not wearing my sweater after half a year it is STILL THERE. It stays like crazy on clothes and stays amazing on skin. At first you feel a lot of lemon zest and on the dry down you feel a lot of sweetness of homemade pastry 🥐 The whole vibe of this perfume is when you are coming back home from a cold snowy day outside and your mom is making muffins at the kitchen and you just step in the crazy cloud of the sweet bread with lemon and brown sugar aroma...

absolutely beautiful - the whipped lemon vanilla sugar scent of a girls dreams!! very, very reminiscent of lush super milk hair primer - even moreso than lush chelsea morning, which people often credit as the closest perfume match. there's something that comes off clean and almost soapy about this on the dry down, in a ~freshly bathed eating a lemon cupcake in crispy washed white sheets~ kind of way, not a lemon pledge kind of way. immediately going on my full bottle purchase list. 10/10. akro bake, i love u

Bake is a welcome addition to my perfume collection and is currently in heavy rotation. The opening is straight up lemon sherbet sweets and dries down in to a delicious, creamy citrus scent. I wear it layered with Bianco Latte and the combination literally smells like a lemon meringue pie. Longevity is pretty good. I will definitely be replacing this bottle once it is finished. P.S It smells NOTHING like Devotion which has a lemon note that smells like cleaning products.

The first note that caught me off guard was the lemon. It’s a true creamy lemon pound cake like my grandma from down south used to make. The dry down on me does not change. That lemon starts to mix with the rum and vanilla and blossoms into this incredible scent bubble that lasts for more than 6 hrs. When you find that scent that is the one you just know it. It’s so simple, so trivial but it can make you so incredibly happy. To me, Bake is happiness in a bottle.

oohh this is beautiful. Yummy, fluffy, creamy lemon muffin. Its cozy. I think it works better in fall but is very versatil. Its just a nice blend of a zesty dessert. Simple but so cozy. Even when it has a rum note, this is not a boozy perfume at all. Its just make it more adult and not a childish lemon candy. It lasts around 6 hours on skin so i will recommend you using on clothes for better longevity. I dont smell the synthetic part that others smell.

I wanted to try this for ages after hearing of the comparison with Unknown Pleasures. After finally getting a sample of Bake, I am a very happy bunny! This for me is better than Unknown Pleasures, which I love, but which does have a slight engine oil aspect to it?? Bake has all the good stuff without the nose burner oil (plus I can get it in the UK where it's now tricky to get Kerosene fragrances) Lovely, sparkly lemon softened with vanilla, yum.

this smells EXACTLY (i and i mean exactly) like the lemon loaf from starbucks. like 1:1 it is exactly the lemon loaf. it is a lemon poundcake with white icing. its so photorealistic its crazy. this is absolutely the best lemon gourmand ive ever smelled in my life. HOWEVER, if you're a fat dude like me, its probably best to not wear this out in public. people are just gonna assume you devoured several lemon loafs and thats why you smell like that.

Bake is perfect! Yes the lemon cake smell start in the open then fade after 30min to hour. You left with lemon zest thru out almost juciy citrus. Im perfectly fine with lemon cake smell fading into background. Booze is lite. Something slight woody not listed but its like citrus have floral or woody back. Whip cream make soft airy clean smell. Smell nice vanilla. This fresh! Its not gourmand. Summer night. Fall, spring. Maybe warm winter.

Absolutely fab. There are a lot of lemon cake / lemon cookie smelling fragrances out there and I love them all. This one is fluffier and more lactonic than Lira - the lavender is notably absent (which I am happy about). I’d say the edible cake part is closer in similarity to Love & Crime or even Roses Vanille. This is probably the closest scent to the BELOVED and cozy Super Milk hair primer - not the yuck body spray - from Lush.

Smells like a lemon meringue pie baking in the oven. Very lemony at first, but dries down into a toasty, baked-good. I've gotten so many compliments on this. Good sillage upon initial spritz (3hr). Whether it sticks to my skin or not is another issue. Some days it's baked into my clothes and skin; I'll shower, but the next day, I still smell a faint bit of Bake. Other days, I feel like I've baked away all the flavor.

This is gorgeous but to my nose is so close to Lush Chelsea Morning, which is a fraction of the price, that I wouldn't buy a full bottle. The opening is sweet and lemony. I don't generally do well with citrus notes - on my skin they turn sharp and unpleasant - but this is genuinely a soft lemon zest scent. Not picking up any rum at all. As it dries down the lemon fades and I'm left with a sweet caramel.

lemon drizzle cake + better than devotion. pretty much a photorealistic lemon drizzle cake/ lemon tart, and I don't lie about my gourmands. its simple but its so good i can't wait to wear it in summer again. To me its very much a late spring into summer fragrance. don't know how it would hold up in really hot/humid summers because my weather is fairly mild but this is a love <3

The initial spray is quite strong in terms of lemon. It is a blast of sugary lemon. Luckily this dies down around 10 minutes in and then becomes the most beautiful lemon pound cake scent. Throughout the day the lemon slowly fades and you are left with a delicious sugar cookie scent with a hint of lemon. Super comforting and yummy! Just gotta get past that first burst of lemon.

god, what a beautiful and delectable lemon cake. i recently realized how much i love things in this scent profile, and akro bake is no different. the citrus starts out a bit sharper/more synthetic than other fragrances that are similar (devotion, lira, chelsea morning), but it settles into delicious, photorealistic airiness. very much a delight

this is the only lemon fragrance in my collection that doesnt smell like bug spray! the opening is fresh and citrusy, and it dries down beautifully to a creamy lemon vanilla cupcake scent. the dry down is really when this perfume shines. i get so many compliments when people come in for hugs!! 10/10 will be in my collection forever.

The ultimate lemon meringue pie frag. This opens with STRONG and zesty citrus, and my first few tries made me think more of a lozenge than a baked good. On dry down the lemon gets a bit quieter and you can smell the warm, creamy vanilla. It’s mouthwateringly tart and sweet at the same time, like a fresh lemon curd sandwich cookie.

This is literally zesty lemon cake, it’s beautiful! I can literally smell the sugary, crumbly lemon icing on top of fresh, moist lemon cake! Longevity is fairly abysmal for me and silage is okay but I don’t care personally, I’ll use any excuse to respray my perfume! If you want to smell edible you need this!

I slept after I wore my sample, was smiling in my sleep. Smells like lemon cheesecake. Freah gourmand, wearable all year around, unisex. The only problem is the longevity, citrus note doesn't stay long, when get my bottle I have to carry in my bag. Also there's no ambroxan in this, no medicinal like smell.

This is a delicious scent that is warming with a citrus twist. It is definitely a iced lemon pound cake but there is a nutty texture to it from the praline. It worked very well on my skin and the compliments are constant. I would say to get a sample first to see if this powerhouse fragrance works for you.

I love this fragrance soooo much. It smells like a delicious lemon cupcake to me and the dry down is just heavenly. It doesn’t last all day, but I’m okay with that. It doesn’t smell like Lira or Devotion to me (I have anll three) and I prefer this one over them. It’s just fabulous. My current fave 10/10

This is nothing like Kayali Capri in a Bottle - they are two different worlds entirely! While Capri in a Bottle is a freesia-forward sugary lemon with vanilla, this is a gentle, bright photorealistic lemon zest with a whisper of vanilla whipped cream. The lemon stays true throughout the wear!

I love it! I get lemon cake and a hint of burnt paper, which makes it unique. Not too sweet, not too harsh, but prominent. Unfortunately, the longevity is 2-3 hours max for me. Not sure about the full bottle, got the 15 ml travel version (after greedily sniffing through my sample).

You’re immediately hit with a sharp lemon pound cake smell, then it slowly melds together with the whipped cream and brown sugar. My only issue is it can quickly become nauseating because it’s so strong and sweet. Gorgeous summer scent!!

This reminds me a lot of Devotion from D&G. It's gourmand but it's not cloying / overly sweet, smells like a fresh lemony wedding cake with powdered sugar. Very pretty and delicious! I knew I'd like it. 8/10

Blind buy that took me a minute to warm up to, but so glad I got it. Opens with a sharp lemon and rum note. Once it settles, it's the best lemon bakery scent. Dry down is an addictive sweet vanilla.
