It starts off with zingy grapefruit and instant you smell the licorice way down in the background, alongside some nice spicy cardamom. There is a smoky overtone at first that must come from some sort of intense or maybe it is oud that is not listed in the note officials. During the mid, lavender takes over and it's so nice, and expensive smelling, , mixed with the patchouli. It has a deep powdery dry down. Comparing the the likeness between Haramain Azlan Oud Bleu Edition Spray and Dior Sauvage Elixir: Similarities and Likeness: Cardamom: Both fragrances feature the note of Cardamom, which adds a spicy and aromatic element to the composition. Grapefruit: Both fragrances incorporate Grapefruit as a top note, providing a refreshing and citrusy touch to the scent. Exact Notes that are identical in both fragrances: Cinnamon: Both fragrances share the note of Cinnamon, contributing a warm and slightly sweet characteristic. At this point, I feel like I should disclose that I’m not sponsored by Al Haramain. But if there’s one house that truly aligns with what I look for safe blind buys with consistently good quality scents it’s always them. I want to keep this short, but I could easily go in depth. You get a nice, premium looking box that opens up smoothly. It all feels very luxurious. Inside, there’s a bottle that looks amazing. It’s heavy, it looks luxurious, and it feels luxurious. The gold plating is topped with a beautiful cap that’s attached with a magnet, and it feels very high quality. Spraying it immediately, it’s 1:1 with Elixir. I’ve smelled Elixir in the store I don’t own it myself but to me, it’s identical to Dior Sauvage Elixir. You get the same opening burst of that nice, spicy, manly scent. When you let it sit for a while, it transitions into more of a blue type scent, similar to Dior Sauvage or Dylan Blue. A nice little blue vibe comes through. Definitely more of a night/date/autumn winter type of scent. You could wear this in an office, but I feel like it’s a bit too dark for that. It wouldn’t be a huge problem, but it feels more fitting for a nice dinner date or an evening out. Overall, I paid €55 for it. The experience feels premium and luxurious. I haven’t worn it for long I just got it but based on how it is right now, I believe that if this ever runs out, I’ll immediately restock. I’m not sure yet about the projection and sillage because I haven’t tested it properly, but according to the comments below, it’s an insanely powerful nuclear projection beast. Overall, definitely very good, very masculine, very sexy a nice blue scent. 10/10 didn’t expect it to feel this premium.

Sauvage Elixir is a fantastic fragrance but as great as it is, I can't rationalise spending $275 AUD on a 60ml bottle of fragrance. I am very supportive of the clone market. I have Rayhaan Imperia Legacy (which is a Kouros clone) and Al Rehab Dakar (which is a Drakkar Noir clone). Both of those blow the OGs out of the water - and for a much cheaper price. This in itself proves that you don't have to spend $$$ on designer fragrances when you can get something in the same ballpark (and which often performs better) for peanuts. To try out the Sauvage Elixir DNA, I tried Asad. It's cheap and over hyped but honestly, it's a $30 fragrance and it smells like that. The scent is fantastic but longevity leaves a lot to be desired. After some research, I came across Azlan Bleu Oud Edition. It's pricier than most clones (I had to import it from Fragrancenet - paid $109 AUD for a 100ml bottle) but due to the stellar reviews, I pulled the trigger. I have only sampled Sauvage Elixir - but to me, this is extremely close. People can critique it all they want - but honestly, it's in the same wheelhouse as the OG. Out in the wild, fragheads will think you're wearing Sauvage Elixir, others will just think you smell nice. The longevity is insane. I did three sprays the other night around 9pm and I was still getting wafts at 1pm the next afternoon. On clothing, it lasts through a washing cycle. The packaging and bottle design are stellar. The atomiser is pressurized and sprays beautifully. All in all, if you enjoy the Sauvage Elixir DNA but don't have or want to spend the $$$ on the OG, this is your best bet. Yes, it's pricier than the other clones but it's worth it.

First off, presentation is top-notch, I was wow'd, the sprayer, the perfume, amazing quality. I have both Azlan Oud Bleu and Sauvage Elixir, and It can definitely tell you, they do not smell the same, but they are both sharing the same headspace. Sauvage is surely a deeper, more "soapy", sophisticated smell that gives off a manly yet elegant vibe, I just love it, and therefore, I decided to buy this said to be the "best DSE clone", expecting it would be 1:1 as everyone says. Yet Azlan Bleu is lacking in that department, it's a little in your face with sharp notes, and it just doesn't give the same smooth, oily, deep smell sensation as Elixir. If I were to give it a similarity percentage, I'd say 70% would be accurate, which is still really good. This is only because of the dry-down, in which they certainly differ from one another, but that's okay. Longevity: performance is literally the same as Elixir, it's crazy, half a spray and every single whiff I take is Azlan Oud Bleu. On clothes, even longer. I have a hoodie that I sprayed this thing on once 2 days ago and it's still going STRONG. I really don't think you can buy anything of bigger quality than this at this price range (50 Euro) As a fragrance, it's absolutely amazing, but as a clone and if you only want the true Elixir experience, I would rather buy the OG, it just isn't beaten.

I have a lot of respect for Al Haramain as a perfume house, so I decided to blind buy this fragrance without even knowing it was considered a clone of Sauvage Elixir. What drew me in, were the notes, the elegant bottle design, and, oddly enough, the logo. It turned out to be one of the best blind purchases I've ever made. Yes, you can definitely catch the resemblance to Sauvage Elixir, but don't get it twisted, Azlan Oud Blue can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best of them. Its longevity and sillage are nothing short of outstanding. It's bold, masculine, and effortlessly confidence boosting. Every time I wear it, I feel unique, powerful, and well put together. To me, this is far more than just another clone. It's an exceptional fragrance in its own right. If you're looking for a bold, badass scent with incredible performance, you simply can't go wrong with Azlan Oud Blue.

This is really spectacular, I have an original sample of the Dior elexir in 30ml, from the first batch, those that last, and I can assure you that this is easily 95% the same as that Dior, at the exit I did not find anything synthetic, this brand is without a doubt one of my favorites, I love that they made a concentration of extract, spectacular performance, half of the original, at least in my country Chile, a price of 55 Dollars, Dior about 110 dollars for 60 ml and its performance has dropped considerably.

This definitly has a resemblence of ASAD. Although for me, ASAD opens up straight as SAUVAGE elixir, this open up more FRESH, blue, citrusy. The patcholi is definitly more promenent for me as it settles down. It then finally settles down to the SAUVAGE ELIXIR that i know and love, with that sandlewood. But yes, if you love SAUVAGE ELIXIR you'll like this. In summary, imagine, a fresh fragrance, like a blue de chanel, if it had a baby with SAUVAGE ELIXIR. This would be it.

It is good, but not as close to elixir as people say. If you are a lover of sauvage elixir but just trying to save money, i think you should just find a good deal on the original. On the other hand, if you just like the smell of the original and don't kind paying less for something that's 75% close to it, this works in the same situations. I personally wish i would have spent a bit more on mercari for the og but i will still use this.

Personally, one of the closest Dior Sauvage Elixir dupes out there, may need some time to macerate but much more accurate and longer lasting compared to Lattafa’s Asad. I do note a lack of nutmeg but I can’t really tell if it is or isn’t there, it comes in and out to my nose. Overall, high quality and well balanced. I recommend this over Lattafa’s Asad any day.

I have tested sauvage elixir, didn’t like it much at the beginning but started to like slowly and reallwanted to buy one. Few months later tried this one but price was close to 110$ and felt very similar to dse and waited for the offer and got it for around 50$ ~ 45€. I hope its worth it. I dont like lattafa blend quality so skipped it.

So glad I stumbled upon this fragrance. Don’t know why this isn’t hyped like others but that just means I got it at a great price. Super versatile scent, fresh in the opening but develops over the life of it. Also Azlan means lion, so it’s not named after a children’s book

Don't know why some say it's overpriced when I got it for around 90 dollars or less in Mexico, and it's a 100 ml bottle, obviously cheaper than Sauvage Elixir, and honestly I can't tell the difference. Absolutely immense duration and performance. Not very juvenile though.

I reviewed this previously, am going to again. I moved my review up from 3 to 5 stars. This is 90% the same as sauvage elixir, but the spices are turned up a bit. The performance is very good, i got mine for $50, and it's just little more sharp spicy than sauvage elixir.

Azlad Oud is 99.5% closer to Sauvage Elixir while Asad is 90% close to Sauvage Elixir. Azlad Oud has better quality and lasts longer 12+ hrs on clothes and 7-8 hrs on skin.

This one is so powerful and I like it

#591 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Not sure why Al Haramain chose the name of a C.S. Lewis children's book character from The Chronicles of Narnia as a name for this scent. I assume it's an allusion to the celestial garden, an analogue of the Christian heaven, where the heroes of the stories go after The Last Battle, a kind of paradise. I have no idea what paradise is supposed to smell like, but if it smells like Dior Sauvage Elixir, as this fragrance does, I'm good with it. At first I wondered if Al Haramain had just rebottled Amber Oud Bleu Edition, but that's a Bleu de Chanel dupe, and this is better. Obviously intended to be a dupe of Dior Sauvage Elixir, it is a much better scent than Amber Oud Blue, or Bleu de Chanel for that matter, which has always struck me as watered down Sauvage (or Sauvage is amped up Bleu de Chanel). Azlan is apparently minus the nutmeg note of the Sauvage Elixir, but that doesn't make much of a difference to my nose, certainly not enough of a difference to pony up an additional $200 just to get the "Dior" name on the bottle. Carpool, elevator and office safe, good year round, but best for warmer climes, though as with Dior Sauvage Elixir this would not be my first choice for date night because the women I know prefer something more vanillic, like Xerjoff "Al Khatt." Lasts half the day, arm's length projection for maybe an hour, so I'd hit a respray at lunch (not great performance, but acceptable at this price point). Good Luck and Good Hunting!

Opening: Opening of citruses, spices, nuts and a hint of oud and myrrh. It is quite sweet but not too sweet. 8/10 Later: The fresher notes of citruses, nuts are slowly disappearing leaving the heavier notes. Also, licorice appears and it seems to be getting sweeter. 6/10 Projection: Weird projection - on some days it is beast mode, on other days it's barely possible to feel it after a few hours. I do feel that in the colder temperature the projection and sillage are better. 7/10 Price:Quality 5/10 Overall: It is an interesting perfume with various nuts. For me it doesn't feel much like Sauvage Elixir, it's sweeter and has more spices. I really like it complex opening with nuts, spices, some citruses. It does get fairly sweet in the end, a tiny bit too sweet for my taste. But I did get a compliment for a "nice men's perfume" so must be nice for some. However, I do feel it is a bit overpriced while in the range of 70$-80$. Were it sold for 30-40$ it'd be a good price. Overall grade 6.5/10

Its a nice scent but aint close to sauvage elixir, if you want accuracy look elsewhere, this one has a very prominent grapefruit scent that stays throughout the fragrance, I have this bottle for over half a year already so its not something that will change with maturation. sauvage elixir is darker more classy and sophisticated, this one doesnt feel like it has the same depth from the sandalwood, nutmeg, and other base notes. I mostly smell grapefuity lavender with licorice and the soapiness is more amped up here. After it dries down the grapefruit chills out a bit but its still there and it doesnt come close to DSE. Still a nice perfume though and the performance and longevity are the real deal here, its just not a clone/dupe but rather an extremely heavy twist of DSE or just a far inspired by perfume, anyone who says this is close especially those who are saying its like 90%+ have, without a doubt, never smelt DSE or they last smelled it over a decade ago.

I grabbed a 2 ml sample of this one from a discount site. Even before spraying, I clocked this as a Dior Sauvage-inspired fragrance. I'm actually not a huge fan of Sauvage's explosive scent bubble and ambroxan super-note and this seems a little more moderate in projection and restrained in execution. I think this smells great! I actually think it's a more "blue" scent than Sauvage, to me this has sweet vanillic elements of JPG Le Male and some of the citrus freshness/shower gel blueness of Bleu de Chanel. I like this better than its Dior inspiration! Decent for the price point, smells a lot like full priced designer frags of the past few years.

WARNING after maceration...DO NOT spray more than 2-3 times. This scent is not beast mode...it's Godzilla mode. It's close to Dior Sauvage Elixir at 98% and the ingredients are of the highest quality. I see some here comparing it to Asad...I have all three and Asad just smells like DSE but that's where it ends. If you want Dior Sauvage Elixir but like Godzilla and smell like an expensive niche perfume...THIS IS IT !!!

Beautiful bottle/cap and pressurized atomizer make the presentation top-notch. The scent is also very close to Dior Sauvage Elixir and very well blended, longevity is great, 1-2 sprays will last all day. All around superb fragrance if you enjoy the DSE scent profile. One of my favorites.

I've fallen in love with DSE all over again and wanted a clone closer than ASAD because ASAD is 50% close at best* (*see update 2). Just got this so not going to vote on anything just yet, first impressions only. First off: smells like ASAD for 5 seconds in the opening then becomes fresher. The freshness doesn't last long because the grapefruit(?) turns into a pissy smell which unfortunately stays with the fragrance throughout. Less of this grapefruit note on paper than on skin. On paper its a spicy fougere with more lavender, I get no lavender on skin. I think it smells good in the air, I purposely sprayed how I would normally spray and went about for half a day and got random pleasant whiffs, but then whiffs of piss too. This piss smell shares similarities to Al Haramain Aqua Dubai which I cannot stand - there's something in both fragrances that Al Haramain use that doesn't vibe with me. Doesn't smell 90-95% close to DSE (just yet anyway) - and if it smells like it does now and only gets stronger, then this will be the final nail in the coffin for me and I am stopping blind buying and stopping purchasing Middle Eastern clones. I've had too many flops recently when I should keep my money and buy the real deal. Will update as it changes. Update 1: sprayed a few more sprays on hand, sleeve of clothes and tester strip. Hand and clothes has a weird grapefruit and liquorice combo that doesn’t smell like DSE - smells like some sort of furniture polish. On tester strip - closer to DSE. Maybe I’m judging this too quick. I’ve sprayed it a good 10 times and will leave it cap off in a dark cupboard to mature. Update 2: 1 week in darkness, compared to fresh DSE on tester paper and skin + ASAD on paper and skin. I might need to take back what I said about ASAD - ASAD is closer to DSE than Azlan. Granted my ASAD is 1 year old so is well matured. I cannot get over the grapefruit in Azlan, its so bitter. Neither ASAD or Azlan can match DSE dry-down but ASAD is actually closer than Azlan to me (so far). Both Azlan and ASAD can't seem to get the lavender soapiness that DSE has. Currently feeling like I will never blind buy a full bottle again, and I'm getting bored of dupes. Final review - 2 weeks in darkness, the grapefruit ruins this, 60% close to DSE at most. Maybe I didn’t let it mature enough before selling it on but doubt it will change so much to match DSE when it’s so far away currently. Final nail in the coffin for me with blind buying full bottles.

Exceptionally unique. This perfume reminds me of a classic niche fragrance I once had, which came in a distinctive metal copper or bronze flask instead of the usual glass bottle. It has a distinct, classic niche scent. Wearing this perfume makes you stand out elegantly. However, to fully appreciate this fragrance, you need to enjoy classic scents with a patchouli base that has a metallic hint, reminiscent of the smell of rusted copper or bronze. This perfume is most reminiscent of the scent of a niche soap bar. However, it's not advisable to purchase it without trying first, as it may not be a safe blind buy. Edit: I finally placed the vibe, this strongly reminds me of L’Anarchiste by Caron.

This and Asad are very similar (quality - opening & dry-down - 8+ H), and both share the same scent profile with DSE only in the first 2 hours... DSE has a noticeable higher quality in the first 5 minutes ... After 2 to 3 hours mark, DSE becomes brighter, woodier and less sweet, less spicy... on the other hand Azlan and Asad both have a sweeter spicier vanilla dry-down (more tolerable). Anyway, if $ isn't an issue get DSE or get Asad for free $12 😅... Azlan $110 not a good deal IMO.

100% Dior Sauvage Elixir In the air. You can't tell the difference in the air. The scent profile can be described as pine-sol with a background of licorice and cardamon. Compared to Lattafa Asad, where Asad is powdery, this more like Elixir. Also, when this first arrived I was disappointed with the performance but I let it sit for a month and now I need to wash it off. This scent profile is challenging but if you are an elixir fan this is for you.

If its sauvage elixir or leaning towards Asad then nothing new going on in here. For the price tag i can buy Sauvage elixir 60ml that will be nuclear performance sillage etc or just stay will Asad if like a bit sweet twist of vanilla for only £15-/ and get still a great performance 10hrs if not eternal like the Dior. I think they should price it no more than £30-£40

Best clone you'll find of Sauvage Elixir. Found this bottle at a good price and don't need a reason to wear the original. 2 sprays is more than enough for the day. 100ml will last a lifetime in a medium sized collection

Yes close to savage elixir ine beginning but little bit smokier and spicier after dry down, it last too long . , it closer to lattafa asad than the savage elixir or in the middle.
