Okay, wow This does NOT smell like Y. I own 3 from the Y line and if I never saw people say this was similar, it would have never crossed my mind. It is not even remotely close to a clone or even a twist. With that out of the way.. WOW. On the first spray I was reminded of Boss Bottled Intense EDP, but very soon after a white/ maybe some yellow floral takes stand. Its got a powdery and soft-resinous base, with fruity and floral notes up top. Tonka makes itself known. Its unisex for sure but any dude can rock this. Its hard for me to really articulate what I think about this so this is a sloppy review but I'm beyond hype for this grab. The quality here is EXTREMELY good. Haramain has a history of that, but this is a step above their normal stuff. (Makes sense, this is from their more 'exclusive' collection.) This is like Boss Bottled intense edp + Lacoste white + a little Neroli Portofino + an amazing base, idk. I havent ever put my nose on Purple Label so I cant comment there. Winner to me. I cant stop smelling my hand.

First Impressions : Got a tester of this as a gift in an order with other Al Haramain fragrances. First sniff I thought "THIS IS MYSLF!".. I was in the mall and I went to Sephora to spray the OG one side-by-side with this - and the Al Haramain is a little bit more amped up. MYSLF is more discreet and a tad powdery, whereas Azure also has airy-sugary feeling to it.. The Al Haramain perfoms better, no doubt, but the MYSLF, SMELLED SIDE-BY-SIDE (because separately you can't tell the difference) is a bit more classy.. will bet back with a full review!

#1170 in my "Tour de Fragrance" The first thing that popped to mind smelling this was Jacques Bogart's "Silver Scent" series: "Silver Scent", "Silver Scent Aqua", "Silver Scent Deep", "Silver Scent Infinite Silver", "Silver Scent Intense", "Silver Scent Midnight", "Silver Scent Pure." Any of those are interchangeable with this. They all have a fruit candy sort of quality to them that make it hard for me to take them seriously. I don't dislike it. Candy smells yummy, right? I had all the Silver Scents, gave them all away, which I would have done anyway with their very indifferent EDT performance, and not because one smelled pretty much the same as another, but just that they didn't seem like something a grownup would wear. There are others out there that are pretty close to this like English Laundry "Crown" and "Oxford Bleu", Rasasi "Rumz Al Rasasi 9459" Swiss Arabian "Pure Instinct", Hugo Boss "Boss Number One." If you have any of those (I have them all, at least until my annual Christmas donation to the local men's shelter) then you don't need this. I clearly didn't need this, but I so enjoyed the "French Collection Noir", and a girlfriend so enjoyed the "French Collection Rouge" (an MFK "Baccarat 540" clone), that I thought, "What the hell." At least with this this scent, once that fruit candy smell dies down and some incense comes through, it's more adult than any of those other scents, for what that's worth. This is summer day wear for the beach, and that is kind of it. You wear this to work and your coworkers will be hunting your bag of "Skittles." No one is going to want to tear your clothes off because you smell like this, so I wouldn't wear it on a date. It will certainly offend no one even if you bathe in it, but I think most guys would prefer one of the Paco Rabanne "Invictus" scents, or YSL "Y" scents to this. However, I can imagine young girls wearing something like this as it does kind of remind me of the Aquolina "Sugar" scents, especially "Pink Berry Blast", that I gave to some pre-teen cousins one Christmas. All it lacks is the "pink cotton candy" note.

Floral sweetness, reminds me of YSL Black Opium. It is definitely feminine leaning. I wasn't expecting that from the notes.
