Black Oudh

This is an overcast day in old growth rainforest, distilled and bottled. Damp wood and leaves, that decay that makes rainforests smell so damn good, that you hunger for it, if you have been absent a long time. The dry down has a violet element that makes me think of twilight in the deep scrub. Spooky-beautiful. The initial projecion is decent but it fades out quickly and the longevity is underwhelming for an oil based scent. It's so beautiful though, it can be forgiven these issues.

Close to Al-Rehab's Sultan Al Oud but without the flowers. This is woodier, spicier and more enchanting. That cedar is deep. Ideal for the night at any time of year. Actually, it's really not too far away from Black Afgano! Update April 2019: Having worn this more and more, it's a fragrance definitely possessing it's own personality. The cedar is so strong and woody that it envelopes me inside my own olfactory bubble. It's very rich and deep.

The mix of balsamic and hashish accord lead you into the unmistakable black afgano territory. The vibe is intense and sensual. This scent is so captivating, my senses are completely sold. Layerinng it with Privezarah blend afgano enhances projection and duration, considerably. The two are made for layering one with the other. This is a niche scent, no doubt. How lovely.

A more "polite" and "gentle" version of Black Afghano, with a touch of some added sweetness, I'm sure it'd be great for layering. Perfect for autumn and winter, but I wouldn't mind wearing it during the spring and autumn (nights).

It's more masculine than unisex, but layers like wonder with florals. Like a luxury fragrance, but very cheap. This one is a real oud/arab, not an east-meets-west kind of one.

the cannabis note in this is quite strong. after a while its all that i can smell. still nice though lol

Woody ambery, a slight touch a sweetness, and also a bit herbalic too Mosque fragrance. Love it

Layer it with maybe a floral scent for an added depth, or let it shine solo; its linear progression is its strength, and for the price point it's luxury without the luxury tag. Really similar to OG Black Afgano. A nostalgic weed blend. I purchased a small bottle of this " Black Oudh " Attar Oil , it was under $15 , I have a couple Oudh based Scentuals , and love them . I figured for such a small amount , why not . It came earlier today , I could not wait to take my morning shower and give this a whole hearted try , I'm used to a spritz or two on my clothing , but impossible with an oil { you knew that , lol } I however did not know this was a rollerball top , which after removing the top and inhaling this wonderful Lusty , " Woody Oudh " One of the first notes I get is a Cedar Note , and that is one note I'm not crazy about as a main note . I feel this is more a male scent , at least on me I took away from the first roller a heady musky man scent . It is not a bad scent , not at ta'll , I'm just used to a floral or fruity dry down , and this is not that . I'll probably gift this to a male friend , that enjoys what this is all about ~ I do not regret purchasing , just glad the cost was low key and did not hurt my wallet ~ If you get a chance to sample or have a friend with , give a try , you might wear it much better than I ~ Cute little bottle though ~ /=^ } ~ P.s I do have a few Cedar Scented , but the Cedar is not the main note , sometimes I can't even smell that it is Cedar , but this is a bit heavy on Cedar for me ~ Whew ~

A very aromatic blend of notes that are well combined and work really well together. I expected it to be spicier to be honest but for most normal noses it is spicy enough. Main players here are cedar, musk and patch. Inspire the Amber note there is little sweetness and a hefty input of freshness. I find it to be more on the masculine side and an excellent choice as a summer scent due to a good, gentle green accord. However, where is the oud (never mind Black....)?.. If there is it must be on the light side and not the heavy, sultry,pungent sort I am totally addicted to. It is still a lovely, woody musky scent with all the hallmarks of quality and depth of the Haramain brand iam pleased to say. OK sillage but longevity great! Most recommendable!

Very woody a bit sweet not far away from black afgano..im addicted to it Its not weak but soft ..it projects for 30 minutes 2 3 hours of a good bubble ..has a silage for a long time but stay on skin and gives whiffs for 10-12 hours if you touch your skin after 10 hours it still there and potent and when you move you smell it ..great oil for the price..enjoy.

Please don't fall sick. It's nauseating, headache inducing, super synthetic, not even close to black afgano. Never dig your nose into it, try smelling it in the air it's whiffs if only you wish to check it out. Still many would not want this trouble and would want to get rid off this. Better buy MPF black oud it gives you the sweet and calm feel.

I don't like oils with musk or amber. If an oil is called OUD it should have some of that ingredient in it. Although the price is good, it doesn't justify the purchase.
