They could not be more different. Whereas Detour Noir is a straightforward sweet and refreshing vanilla fragrance, Detour Noir Exclusive is complex and rather unique. It's very intense and has animalic qualities not present in Detour Noir. It's a heady blend of citrus, woody, oud, almond, vanilla, spicy, powdery and floral notes with a barnyard floor animalic note. The fresh citrus opening immediately gives way to the complex and aromatic mid and drydown, where the vanilla, wood, oud and animalic notes make their presence known. This is very masculine and makes quite a statement. It's an incredibly stronger performer and people will definitely notice you are wearing it. It's great for social occasions, but do note the animalic and oud notes might make this not appeal to some noses. This is very masculine and definitely not unisex, despite the marketing. Those who love Layton or Detour Noir should approach with caution, this can be barely be considered a flanker and is very much it's own thing. Liking Detour Noir is no guarantee that you will enjoy this. You have to be confident to wear this but it will reward you greatly if you do. Highly recommended, especially at the great price. Niche quality for discount pricing, you can't go wrong here.

Bought this specifically to do a direct test and compare with Layton Exclusif. This is essentially a 1 to 1 clone and dupe for Layton Exclusif. Notes on Fragrantica are the same for both scents. It smells very very close But performance differs significantly. How so? Those of you who owns Layton Exclusif will know, it starts off very strongly and loud enough from the Opening sprays and it's longetivity and strength will last at least 8-12 hours on skin, probably longer on clothes. Detour Noir Exclusif cost about 1/7-1/8 the price of Layton Exclusif so don't expect the same performance. It's performance from the opening is clear, it's the weaker of the 2, a lighter Edt and cologne version of the og, it pales in comparison in projectivity, loudness, strength to the og. However it smells so close that it's suitable to save some juice on the og and have it as a layering combo together with the og or perhaps if the og is your signature scent or one of your favorites you can get Detour Noir Exclusif to use when there's no need to reach out for the og. Based on the strength of Detour Noir Exclusif I'll say it will last at least half a day too +-6hrs max on skin. The og is easily 8-12 hours though. Pretty sure the concentration and definitely most can nose the quality differences. So end of the day. It's a good 1 to 1 direct dupe which doesn't have the same performances but cost you much lesser, just put in a lot more sprays perhaps. Still a good dupe for a fraction of them price of the og.

I got a decant of this fragrance for free while buying another 11 decants. It was immediately my favorite and I bought a whole bottle. I'm new in the scent game but it has something unique about it. A warmth and woodiness to it that it's hard to pin down. I truly believe this to be a unisex scent, it has a sweetness and warmth to it that makes it suitable for a woman, and some darker oud and woody accords to make it suitable for a man as well. This strikes me more like a mature fragrance, it wouldn't suit a 20 year old at a party. Performance is kinda hard to tell, either I'm getting noseblind, but I can catch some whiffs of it after 2-3 hours with 3-4 sprays, but after that it becomes pretty much a skin scent; On clothes, if i shove my face in my shirt I can smell it overnight. Given the price, can't complain about it. If you wanna get an idea of what it smells like, take CDNIM (one other decant I got), strip away all its fruity, citrusy, fresh notes and replace them with woody, oudy, darker and warm notes. If CDNIM is a brisk spring peppery oakmoss, Detour noir exclusif is a cold fall or winter in a dimly lit slightly spicy warm wood tavern.

#1063 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Al Haramain released "Detour Noir" a wonderful Parfums de Marley "Layton" clone, a while back. Eventually Maison Alhambra released "Leyden" and a whole line of Parfums de Marley clones. Parfums de Marley responded with their "Exclusif" versions of their most popular scents. Al Haramain and Maison Alhambra started releasing "Exclusif" versions of their PDM clones themselves. And the tit for tat just keeps getting better for all of us. Gotta say I like the Maison Alhambra bottles a lot better than the awkward "Detour" bottles Al Haramain came up with, but I do LOVE what's in them. "Detour Noir Exclusif" is a damn fine dupe of "Layton Exclusif." There ain't a damn thing wrong with "Layton Exclusif" but the price, and there ain't a damn thing wrong with "Detour Noir Exclusif.", including the price, and it's actually more potent! We have all been released from the fragrance enthusiast Hell of having to fork out $300 to smell this amazing. Car pool, elevator, small office safe. Good for business or evening wear. I continue to be impressed with how far these brands have come. My first bottle of OG Detour Noir had an awful atomizer, leaky collar and finicky cap that both wouldn't stay on or come off. This is such a massive improvement right off the bat that it's hard to overstate. Pressurized atomizer, heavier glass, the cap (still fugly though) has a nice click and comes right on and off. Immediately feels like a much more expensive bottle. Now the fragrance itself - I almost shed a tear. The PDM Exclusif DNA is right there in your face, and the Layton unsweet apple pie accord hits you immediately. It's almost 1:1 which is very impressive for this relatively complex scent profile. The dry down (which starts pretty early on this) starts to lean into Pegasus Exclusif territory just like the PDM, but maybe a little more so. The apple note does seem to fade (but not disappear) after an hour or so which is probably the biggest difference between this and the real deal. For $20-25, if you like the Layton family, this is absolutely essential.

WOW! Starts green, mossy, soapy and woody, and stays that way for around an hour before the vanilla and amber comes into play. During that first hour or so I get a Sprite-like, Dunhill London type scent. The vanilla here is cool - not like in the ice-creamy Guerlain's Bois d'Armenie with the iris and incense - it's got a more fizzy, green kind of coolness. If there is anything menthol in this fragrance it's of the sweetest variety and won't put you off. I have Layton but never smelled Layton Exclusif. Detour Noir Exclusif is a fragrance I could wear all year round, unlike Layton or its clone Detour Noir, which focuses on the warmth and depth that vanilla brings to a scent profile. Here the DNA is brighter and fresh. I would like to test Layton Exclusif to compare but to me this is markedly different to Layton / Detour Noir. Such an interesting fragrance; not linear at all. Detour Noir Exclusif transitions the way many high-end colognes do, but without any alcohol or medicinal blast. It's amazing, really. I'm enjoying this.

The moment I opened this, brought out of its box without spraying, I could smell Vicks vaporrub from the atomizer. Mine is older stock so already matured. Sprayed some on my skin, the scent of Tiger balm was prominent. I was thinking I’m going to regret this buy. However, as it dried down, that medicinal scent was gone, replaced by its true heart, fruity masculine. Anyway, in short, I think this is a safe blind-buy. I find the scent not very challenging, more masculine mass appeal. At its cheap price, I got mine for $20, it’s a steal, I don’t need to overthink about it. I could use this in casual occasions, not offensive at all, not cheap smelling too. I hate the bottle shape though, not ergonomic, so I decanted it even if I have to give up its pressurized atomizer. * Update: After more time with it, I now love this scent. If this is anywhere 80% PDM Layton, then I am sold on Layton. Absolutely lovely scent.

The opening of Detour Noir Exclusif presents a complex aroma with subtle oud-like notes and a slight animalic quality. This initial impression reminds me of what I call a "woodpecker" scent - a pulsating, intermittent fragrance that seems to bounce on and off the skin. As the fragrance settles, it evolves into a more nuanced composition. The heavier opening notes give way to reveal fruitier, lighter aspects. An intriguing dirty rose note emerges, as if half-buried in rich soil. Interestingly, there's a hint of apple, despite it not being listed in the official notes. In the dry-down phase, vanilla and woody notes become more prominent. The overall effect is undeniably sensual and distinctly masculine, evoking an image of dark, mysterious allure. Considering its price point, Detour Noir Exclusif offers exceptional value.

This is an impressive clone. I bought a sample of PDM Layton Exclusif at the same time I purchased Detour Exclusif Noir. This is so close to the original and to be honest I think it outperforms it as well. I've done several wears with detour Exclusif and the OG and it is stronger and lasts longer. This is my first experience with any PDM fragrance and it's a beautiful scent. I can't see any need for me to get a bottle of the OG when this does it so well for pennies.. Edit - I love it so much I bought a full bottle the original as well 😍

“Stank Wood Alchemy” Oooooh... this ones stanky stank! Yea, that stank wood. ❤️ A whisper of shadow and smoke, rich and untamed. I never imagined a clone could carry this kind of magic — and for $25? Madness. Pure madness. It lingers like secrets in the air, bold, luxurious, unforgettable. Years may pass, but the aura holds — potent, wild, perfectly stank. I can’t stop smiling every time it drifts past me. It’s saying stanky stank. Damn that stanky stank holds on too. I have to try the other detours now. Should have a long time ago.

More masculine than Layton. More wearable than Layton Exclusif. It really is just a little darker Layton. The woods tone down the sweetness. The menthol is still there, which I love, btw. For $20-friggin-dollars, get it and put it in your console for crying out loud. Well worth the price. I have had the originals in 78% and 82% batches and this and DN are very close and last longer and project stronger. No one in this universe or any other will be able to tell the difference in quality in the air, just out and about

Nice opening very similar to Layton Exclusif. After 5min it starts vering off course of the LE. In the air it smells good but up close it's very noticeable. In the air (tested on a friend) it smells different but maybe 15-20%. It's not a dense and full bodied as the LE. The performance is good but lacks compared to the OG. It is not balanced like LE and the almond really stands out, not in a bad way but far more than LE. But for the price I can't complain.. 7/10

My very first comment in 3 years. This is incredible and absolutely fantastic perfume, BUT... you have to let it macerate for minimum 6 months. I sprayed 10-15 times and kept it in a drawer with other bottles and forgot about it, because it was placed in a far corner. Recently I found it and I was astonished with the smell. I'm assuring you, the result is much deeper and complex than Layton. It smells 1000 dollar perfume. The secret is long maceration I guess.

It's better than the original Layton Exclusif. I mean really. PDM Exclusif is a great, bold take on man's fragrance, unique and original. But also it's strange animalic darkness makes it smell too much like a rubber. If they would only reduce by 20% this darkness it would be the most masculine frag ever, I remember thinking. And that's exactly what they did with Detour Noir. Masculinity in a bottle. Great job, Al-Haramain. 10

Bitter Almond, Water Lilly, Sandalwood and very subtle indolic notes in the dry down. How is this only $20? Doesn’t make any sense. Very different from Layton Exclusif but if this was released by the house with dual Horse epithet people wouldn’t mind paying 3 digit prices for it. Get it if you love astonishing blends and unique scents, but don’t buy it if you are looking for a Layton ex clone.

I can't compare to Layton Exclusif but this scent is just beautiful!! It is quality and lasts much longer than detour noir - the original. It is a much more darker, manly scent than detour noir. It is fresh but has a faint incense note. You can wear this for anything, casual to dates to formal. Definitely blind buy worthy. I can't imagine anyone not liking this smell.

Ash on YouTube nailed this scent in his review. For me, it's a perfect balance of sweet and dark. Just enough of both to meld perfectly. Definitely not youthful, but not old man either. If you like a lot of Amouage(daring/different), any incense or oud(darker bolder notes), and like PDM Layton at least a little, you really can't go wrong for the price.

It's the shockingly identical Layton clone Detour Noir... with a freshly cut cedar plank slapped on top of it. Where Layton a Detour Noir lack masculinity, this is without a doubt a mans fragrance. Simply put, if you don't have a beard wear Detour Noir, if you have a beard wear Detour Noir Exclusif. 10/10 there is nothing about this that smells cheap.

I got this back in September of ‘25 and hated it. Smelled so bad when I first got it. I got it and never even wore it. Fast forward a few months and idk how this can change so much. I love how it smells now. Only problem is that I’m in Florida and I can’t wear it til fall and winter. Easily what was a 1/10 before maturing is now an 8/10. Very good!

Initialy when i got it i can say it was pretty terrible, i could not wear it, it was some sort of mess, it was really strange for me watching youtubes telling it is a great clone of PDM, so i decided to "give it a chance" and what can i say after 2-3 months it blew my mind, i love it now, so just give it a time!

I don't own or ever smelled Layton, but I quite enjoy this inspiration. People keep calling them dupes when they are not, Al Haramain never claimed it to be, people just assume their dupness from influencers. This is original and a good slightly darker flanker of their Detour Noir. Go try it.

Currently my favorite for every occasion. High quality blend that keeps the top notes going for min 2 hours and fades gracefully into a perfect spot between Layton and Layton Exclusif. Just a breathtaking fragrance done well. I’d still buy it if it was $150.-... Yes it is THAT good for me.

I'm an average-looking guy, and today I received two compliments from nurses at my workplace. I asked them if they thought my scent was unisex, and they said it definitely smelled like a male scent. You will want to wear this in the fall or wintertime. 7.5/10

First impression - some hazardous piss. Overdosed, mixed up smell. After about 2 moths of maceration you can't believe how much it changes. Masculine, serious, mysterious, different and just awesome non-ordinary perfume. The only negative - terrible bottle))

help!!!!! This unique scent is something totally beyond my comprehension. I'm actually pretty speechless to describe its split personalities. Its the most schitzophrenic beast i have yet encountered. I'll do my best to describe this bizarre scent journey. There are 18 notes listed here on this website and that really doesn't surprise me. Its got all sorts going on. It's incredible, its beautiful, its disgusting, its sublime, it's poetic, it's ambivalent, its kitsch and very old fashioned, its astonishingly fresh and original, it's engaging and never boring. its all those things and more. If this fragrance was a musician it would be Bob Dylan, a true original, a one off, an ever-changing enigma with lots of different personalities that many people worldwide deeply love yet just as many people just can't fucking stand. This one here is a freak. It does not fit in any category, anywhere. This is my impression testing it....... The opening.... absolutely FOUL stomach punch of vicks vapo rub/medicinal flu remedy....highly pharmaceutical. Things do not look good for the near future here and i'm already putting my shoes on to mail my latest return to sender...no thanks thankfully after 5 minutes that faded. Then comes the initial dry down......sharp seawater, seaside salty aquatic. nice but not me. not my style. The first drydown.... this scent then takes on a modern kind of Green Irish Tweed, Aventus, JPG aquatic citrus fruitiness, goes a little feminine for a while....so its going to end up a freshie? Usually I hate freshies, but this was a lovely breeze of mysterious organic loveliness. Superbly blended and smooth. lovely. I like. Whoah.... hold on......Detour Noir Exclusif then does a whole nosedive face first into a pool of 1980's cheapie cliche. Think fake bootleg dupes of Old Spice,Brut 33, Dakkar etc. Think any old cheap dime store fragrances. Think generic and cheap mens shower gels, liquid soaps etc. VERY old fashioned, massively cliched and sadly again, this does not seem like a keeper. Second drydown....Woooooah....hold on again......sweet redemption comes in the form of a sudden bomb of exquisite notes, that all appear at once after the freshie seawater cliche has changed tide. Wood and spices fill out and it gains a body and soul.... It literally becomes so good it's almost DIVINE, a holy beautiful scent that envelops you in love and peace and beauty. Like an angels embrace. WOW! this period is the highlight, its truly wonderfully amazing for about 40 minutes. I loved it. I was smitten and thought how stupid i was to instantly dislike this...... but hold on yet further folks....there's yet another quantum shift. This one is hard to keep up with....... it then crashes down miserably in flames and ruins all the good work done by the angels embrace.....it inexplicably goes animal gland. Personally i could smell this strongly as i used to work on a farm. It smelt like animal musk in mating season. Yes its an organic smell and to some it may be pleasant but it never was for me, and probably won't be for you either. Think skunks asshole. Envision this if you will. I know, i know. Not an easy visual. Detour Noir Exclusif just committed suicide before my very eyes and jumped straight off a cliff. It never returned from this fatal mistake. Dutiful to the end, it sticks around all day, it makes a half hearted comeback and apology, becoming woody, aquatic and still more than a little confused, throwing in some vanilla sweetness with the spicy wood, it's tolerable and well mannered but the damage is done. its faint and its too little too late. Where did the love go? i thought it was real. I thought it might last. You snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. To somehow summarize Detour Noir exclusif i would use this analogy. It's like an affair that was fun and magical for a while there before you came to your senses. You didn't like her at first but she made you love her with some amazing charms and gifts. She was awesome. she was original. She was unpredictable, she was fun to be around. But she was a deeply confused and troubled person with an identity crisis. She was nasty. She was unbalanced in the extreme, she was aggressive and LOUD, yet so calm and angelic, so warm and loving and seductive. Going out with her in public could be challenging and difficult at times, she could be embarassing. Ultimately she was not a keeper, you couldn't take this emotional push and pull week in week out and nor could your friends and family. Those kind of bumpy rollercoaster ride moments in life are exhilerating, crazy and memorable experiences but they just never last. I decided to let this one go and let her find someone else who may appreciate her mood swings and "peculiarities". I couldn't keep up with her or cure her insanity. Animal glands. I mean, seriously? I wish you well, and don't forget your things. I'll call you sometime.

Detour Noir Exclusif by Al Haramain gives off a strong milky almond vibe. Interestingly, every woman I’ve asked about it (ages 20–27) has said they don’t like the scent. That said, some of those same women also disliked Parfums de Marly Layton Exclusif, so it might just be a matter of taste. Personally, I enjoy the smell of Detour Noir Exclusif, but I prefer Layton Exclusif because it feels more expensive, has greater depth, and features a stronger oud presence. While they share some similarities, especially in the drydown where I’d say they’re about 85% alike, the top notes are where they differ most. You can catch a hint of Layton Exclusif in the opening of Detour Noir Exclusif, but the resemblance isn’t as pronounced early on. Despite liking the scent, I’ve hesitated to wear it as my main fragrance in public—it’s more of a “smell it at home” kind of scent for me. If you’re considering this fragrance, you might also want to check out Al Haramain Intense (a clone of Parfums de Marly Pegasus Exclusif) or Al Haramain Eco (a clone of Parfums de Marly Haltane). However, if you’re drawn to Parfums de Marly fragrances, my advice is to save up for the originals. What makes PDM scents so captivating is their nuance and depth, qualities that clones rarely capture. Clones can smell good (like the original Detour), but they’re never quite the same as the real thing. That’s just my opinion!

I got a full bottle in. This is much sweeter than Layton Exclusif. One might say it is in between Layton and Layton Exclusif. This version is lighter than the Exclusif by far. I can smell traces of YSL Eau Electrique in some ways. Reminds me of that slightly. Not a bad scent at all. It is pretty good. Layton Exclusif clone? No. It is missing the earthiness ,Watery Notes and darkness of the Exclusif. If you thought Layton was too light, Exclusif was too Earthy and not sweet enough then this might be more your taste. Still a pleasant smell profile. If you preferred Layton Exclusif because of the darker Notes then this clone is not it. I consider Detour Noir Exclusif to be a much sweeter version of Layton combined with sweetness from YSL Eau Electrique. Like that Apple note found in Eau Electrique. This has that. Not Apple Pie, but just Green Apple. I also do not pick up Vanilla,Guiacwood,Oakmoss,Laotian Oud, Water Lily, Gardenia, Civet or Coffee. I do pick up some Patchouli and Geranium. Good scent overall. I do suggest buying this. But manage your expectations. This is a sweet scent. Nothing challenging, Dark or Edgy here. If you never smelled Layton or Layton Exclusif then it is a good scent on it's own.

blind bought it a while back due to internet hype. do not expect the sweetness or mainstream appeal of original layton. Exclusif has a very woody opening. it does get a little sweeter in the dry down with hints of that animalic note. when i first got it, that animalic (funk) note was quite noticeable (i was a bit worried), but after i let it macerate, it blended much better with the sweetness (so you might need to spray then let it sit on the shelf a few months). the sandalwood and patchouli is also noticeable in the drydown. I once had someone asked me if i had burnt incense (he said he could smell the sandalwood from me). its unique enough in my collection to keep. I still prefer the OG layton. for fall, winter, early spring. i would say its a daytime, going around town, or a hike in the woods type of scent lol. also has a great atomizer. tldr: semi-sweet woody scent, with lots of sandalwood and slightly funky. nice projection/longevity

Got this in 2 months ago, at first it smelt awful like some reviews have suggested. This is not my first middle eastern frag though so I let it sit. Now it smells much much better. It does have a bit of funk to it but I wouldn’t say it’s too challenging a scent. I get a lot of apple on top with vanilla and almond wood undertone. To me it smells very nice and smooth. It projects well for 3ish hours however by hour 6 I no longer catch many whiffs of it. I’m unsure at this point if this is do to just average longevity or going nose blind. I sprayed down a shirt hanging on my door and was able to smell it still the next day. Either way for the price it is a good addition to have. Makes me want to try the original noir. As far as comparison to the OG I have not smelt so I can’t speak on accuracy. Overall impressed with the value.

Very linear, animalic opening which to me is rough. After about 20 minutes, the other notes can be identified. Oud is not my style as I am new to fragrances, but I hope to begin to love them when it is cold outside. This is not a warm weather kind of fragrance. The performance is insane. I only sprayed 5 sprays and it was nuclear as expected with an animalic oud. Regardless of my passion for oud at this point, I will give this an 8.5 just because its so damn cheap assuming that it is close to PDM. I do have Layton and the regular Noir so I will be comparing those in a month or two when it is cold. These seems like the type of frags that benefit from maturation so I wouldn't be quick to judge it fresh out off the Amazon truck. Well done middle eastern dupers. You won this round.

It delivers that luxurious aura at a fraction of the cost, making it a smart addition to your collection. Verdict: A gentleman’s winter fragrance with impressive depth and excellent value. Only had Layton to go off and not Exclusif. And I can honestly say they did a good job. It smells like Layton with a darker tone which I assume is the oud note. Not nearly as smooth as PDM. However you got layton lol for no more than $30. There's other fragrances I can buy for PDMs price point and I'm fine with the detour line. Currently have 2 out the 4. However I may still buy Carlisle lol. And note for future buyers guys. You gotta let the Arabic fragrances sit for awhile lol. Your first spray will be the worst spray

Initial spray smells like shit when you first buy it. It made me worry this was not good. This does start to smell better after about 10 minutes or so. Maybe with time it'll smell better off the opening if I let it sit for a few weeks. If not, I'm getting rid of this. Update : This is definitely starting to smell a lot better. The fecal animalic smell has calmed down now that it has sat for a while. At this rate, I expect this may turn out to be great.

Very good perfume for the price. I had a decant of the Marley Exclusif, and it's very similar. The drydown is spectacular, good performance, good experience with this great brand. Without a doubt, those who like dark perfumes should go for it.

I don't know why nobody's talking about it, but Detour Noir Exclusif smells very similar to TF F*cking Fabulous/Maison Alhambra Fabulo Intense. Very almondy, warm, cosy fragrance, I like it, especially for the price!

Not a fan of the opening because it is much more green than the original and in my opinion. This is missing the fruity apple. As the fragrance dries down it does get closer to the original Layton Exclusif but still sits a bit too much on the green side for me. Close clone but the slight twists make me not a fan of the fragrance. That aside, great perfume quality for the price and definitely lasts a long time. Great pick up/try for the price.

Watch your sprays with this one. It’s strong, and the animalic notes can take over if you go heavy on the trigger. I’d recommend starting with 2-3 sprays tops, and adjusting from there to suit your liking. It’s tough to beat this level of quality for the price, but that is the big caveat: don’t expect the nuance and depth you’ll get from the real thing, especially up close. In the air, most people won’t be able to tell the difference.

Just got mine and the oud hits like a truck. If you are new to our scent like me it will be a bit much. I love the original but this one has no sweetness to it. Gonna give it some time to macerate

Well done. If you want a Layton clone go with the regular detour noir. This is well blended, but the civet made it unwearable for me.

I'll start by saying I love Detour Noir, Noir Intense, and Eco. This however is a jumbled mess. Trying to clone such a complex fragrance hasn't paid off on this occasion and I actually really don't like the smell which is a shame because I like Layton Exclusif. I feel like some fragrances can be cloned, not be a 1 for 1 copy but still be amazing, like Detour Eco, but this is synthetic, jumbled, and nauseating. I left this for 6 months and tried it again, it's still gross.

It honestly smells like trash mixed with burnt wood. I know some people might not like what I'm saying, but that's just how it is for me. I'm moving away from these budget Middle Eastern scents to some niche brands that create good perfumes without emptying my wallet.

This is very synthetic and may be offensive because you leave a trail of a synthetic clone behind you everywhere you go. Probably some people will like but it is nothing as the original which is way more round clean and smells luxorious. This just smells cheap.

Sunscreen/ Gas station Dr. Pepper gummies. This shit is gross. Edit: it smells like coke-scented sunscreen. Maceration can't save this.

I don't like the scent. Lasts 18 hours on my skin, though. Performs better than my bottle of Sauvage Elixir. ~20 hours on my skin.

Me personally, didn't like it. If you're a teen in Highschool and want a mass appealing scent, do NOT get this. The almond note is very apparent and it only starts smelling "decent" after around 2-3 hours (when the vanilla note starts to be more noticeable). I will say that the projection and longevity is VERY good, especially for its price, as it lasts around 8 hours STRONG, and becomes a skin scent at 10 hours. If you like a very strong almond smell, go for it, but if you don't (like me), do NOT get it. Again, it is my fault for not doing enough research on this fragrance before buying, as there's probably many reviews stating the same thing as I am. Overall, NOT mass appealing, NOT for teens/highschool, VERY animalic, VERY long longevity, and BIG projection.

I was hoping I would love this, but I dislike this as I wear it more. I wish it had some sort of citrus or sweetness, or even more spices added to even out the funk. I tried layering this, but its still not something I'm going to keep in my collection. I finally decided to trade this away. My wife complained that it smelled too funky. The funk overwhelms the fragrance. If you are considering this because Ash on GentScents recommended it.. F that guy, this fragrance is terrible. He should know better. Buy the other Detours and steer clear of this one.
