Sandalwood, musk, honey and amber. Definitely in that order & strength to my nose. I couldn't even sniff a whiff of green and I'm glad. I LOVE this fragrance. It's subtle, good initial projection and mellow dry down with subtle silage. The bottle is on the lines of Sultan by AH as well. Better cus of its gold colored guild design, and overall better in terms of quality, but the look and feel is similar to Sultan. Update: So when I literally "nose"dive my nose into the bottle directly, I do smell a lot of green, but within 5 minutes of application onto my being and it definitely is all sandalwood, with all the other notes in prominence with a very light background hint of the green. Update 2: This is the first oriental oil for which I got compliments.. that too twice! Overall, this is an 8.5 for me, primarily cus of the fragrance :)

The library has been closed for years. The only signs of life, footprints in the dust left by rodents whose great grandchildren are also long dead. You climb a ladder to the third shelf. Amongst a row of leather bound volumes you find it, Heathcote's Guide to Less Elves. Behind you, a door opens. Your heart races. You thought were alone in this building... The name Jannah means garden but this does not smell like a garden at all; it smells like the library at Hogwarts might, with dust, books and wormwood.This fragrance is ancient,mysterious and full of Arabic-style amber. I am extremely fond of wearing this on overcast and gloomy days. This, however, is not a scent for everyone.A lot of noses will find this too bitter.

I stumbled upon a bottle of this little gem a few days back and I was bitterly disappointed 😔 I don't know if it was reformulated or fake or simply didn't had enough time to blend and mature, but it was no longer the thick golden sweet ambery hey oil I loved so dearly. Now it's minty freshie niche, something you would expect from Xerjoff (Torino, for example). I will let it set and hopefully it will mature again. But I'm afraid it really was reformulated into a crowd pleaser. Such a shame!

Never ever had I experienced something like this oil and I doubt that I will anytime soon. I would forget all the expensive niche fragrances like byredo Gypsy Water or BDK Gris Charnel in a day, but I cherish my tiny golden bottle of this pure sunny heaven for years, afraid it will run out one day.

A wonderful oriental fragrance! very good for the summer will cool you down like the entrance to the temple! Unfortunately, I did not last for 2 hours. He went into the world! a genius bottle! 9/10.

Smells like wet hay. It's fun.

i smell only bitterness, really disappointing smell.

Amazing how differently this is perceived by each reviewer, each one correct, but with different emphasis. For me, this is an “uplifting wormwood/mint/hay concoction” to begin with. Unique — not a stunner, more a fresh/relaxing/uplifting type vibe. And I use “concoction” instead of “composition” because it doesn’t quite merit the latter. I’ve come to learn with these oriental cheapies that when they say “green” or “fresh” or “floral” - it may not smell synthetic, but it will seem a bit generic and lower end. Much lore general and without much personality, albeit pretty or pleasant. You will smell pleasant but not wow. The later Musk doesn’t seem to come for me so much - I noted something more rosy, obviously not in the notes above - but again relatively speaking it’s all a bit on the lighter end of things. I have to double apply this to get any kind of real sillage, but at this price will still last forever and still be a good deal. All that said, maybe once a week I prefer this depending on mood to some of the more high-end, elaborated, clever, fine and/or electrifying perfumes out there. To me it is relatively simple but uplifting, comes across as generally natural and therefore relaxing, and surpasses the “high-end soap products” overall mark of scent quality. Good enough and probable rebuy when I run out in five years or so!

This is quite green, semi sweet and woody. The opening starts with a blast of hay and mint, at this point musk is at the back. I wonder whether there is incense, because I detect a smoky element clearly. As time goes musk becomes stronger, a minty musk, the animalic here goes hand in hand with the fierce green notes. Amber to me here is not of the sweet kind, it adds a rather resinous dimension that keeps back stage all the time. Quite masculine. This is certainly an interesting take on the Oriental Fougere type. Also, very beautiful bottle too, small and delicately ornate.

Esoteric one, would be adored by some modern time witches and guys, who enjoy reading Scott Cunningham's books, like "Magical Herbalism" and such. It has ancient like sandalwood, mixed with ylang-ylang and dried rare herbs, old dusty grimoires smell like that, where between the pages you may find dry plant of wormwood or flattened centuries ago body of a poisoned spider, who knows... Of course I love it! - it is between creepy and addictive.

Apropiate name 'Jannah ' it feels devine and pure. Close to nature. Luxary aroma.Open with litle harsh and sharp but after a while it delivers sweet arroma which make your mind feels light. Make you happy.Amber, and hay is strong opener and then musk and mint is out secondly.This aitar is awesome.I use it as every day perfume.

Very grassy / boderline citrusy fragrance. For the price, you'd basically defeat every single cheap male freshie and smell absolutely luxurious. Once dried down, it goes into a bitter territory: interesting for sure. A steal.

More suitable for men rather than a unisex fragrance..definitely smells green and woody..this is not something that I would wear.too sad..

Initially it smelled good but later it was too bitter for me. So, gave it away!

Very fresh and minty smell, the bottle is just beautiful I love it!

Mine smells like cheap apple soap in a gas station toilet.
