L'Aventure Gold

I didn't know what to think about this when I first got it, so I sprayed it out and set it aside. Six months later, I got it out and tested it on a blotter. I thought it was OK, so I put it on my tray of fragrances for the month. I wanted to use it on skin to test how it worked on my ph. Today I used this for the first time, and it is so nice! It is a clean-girl scent, that is not too sweet, and there is no note that is heavily Middle Eastern (if you know, you know😉). It's perfect for summer. It's a bit floral, with some sweetness carried by musk. It has nice performance and sillage, without being harsh or bombastic. Good for the office, shopping, or even a night out. It's just a soft, clean scent that feels good to wear.

It's so close to one of my favourite everyday cheapies Arden Beauty, I couldn't probably tell them apart. Basically the same scent. The common notes listed in both are 'Green notes', Orchid (not a real smell right?) and Musk. What could it be i wonder?

This just arrived and is VERY different from what I normally wear.Yet it is very pretty.A very fresh opening, and I can't wait to see how it develops.

Imagine a golden woman, born to be adored, strolling through a palace garden covered in luminous flowers and completely convinced the world was built for her, picking jasmine as she goes and leaving a trail of golden petals behind her. It’s radiant, smooth and beautifully feminine, like J’adore’s slightly more mischievous cousin.

Gorgeous scent if you're into pretty, white florals. J'Adore dupe for sure, and I am here for it. I got a gigantic 200ml for $35CAD! I layered with Kayali Silk Santal and it was so goof. Lasts a long time on me as well. The only con is that the gold foil bubbled up in some areas, so the bottle doesn't look great anymore.

This doesn't smell like Aventus for her, not at all! This is a J'Adore inspired fragrance, nothing less, nothing more. I just cannot understand how someone could think Aventus and J'Adore could be similar in any way. WTF?

Why making a 2nd perfume that resembles aventus? 2 very similar perfumes? 🤷♀️ they could have chosen other fragrances to renew their perfume variety. They have good quality perfumes.

Mildly lighter version of J’Ador. Not repurchase worthy for me. Maybe I’m tired of the scent profile.

This is a mixture of Jadore original and Jadore Parfum d’eu. If those 2 had a baby it’d be this.
