L'Aventure Rose

When I first received this, I smelled *nothing*. Another reviewer said they smelled only water and that is what I also got. I’ve gotten rid of other fragrances too quickly, but I help on to this one. 2-3 months later, and this is now a gorgeous fresh, non-sweet rose. It smells like the rose in atomic rose, but not as beast mode and without the spiciness- just the green rose. Love it so much for spring and summer. I’m a woman and think this would be equally nice on a guy.

Wow what a phenomenal fragrance. She definitely smells like having a fresh bouquet of roses in front of you. This fragrance is soooooo feminine to my nose. First words that come to mind when I smell it are romance and elegance. Very long lasting. You need to let it macerate. I am 27 years old and I don’t think it’s a gramma scent but it’s also not juvenile. I can’t stress enough how pretty this is. I’ve heard that this smells MFK a La Rose and Roses Musk.

First Impression Review The first few sprays were unsettling becus it smelled like the polarizing rose opening to Manceras roses vanille and white musk. It stayed linear throughout the entire wear (morning to night) I was hoping it would have evolved, but unfortunately it didn't. My thoughts seem a bit negative, but it's not that bad. I hope that after a few weeks of macerating it will be more of what I'm looking for.

Beautiful packaging but all I’m getting is a rose oil mixed with Vicks vaporub from beginning to dry down. Hopefully it will work better in spring and summer. Longevity is good. Update: It has been 5 months now, the rose and vicks scent has calmed down and it has turned into a sister of Delina with less tartness. It is elegant, feminine and classy. Layers well with other perfumes.

Whoever wished for a Want DSQUARED2 without the pepper/ginger/woody notes... Here you have it! Pure rose petal scent with an interesting twist! Unfortunately projection and sillage although significantly stronger than Want within first couple of hours later wears off as well. Overall a special scent, eastern enough to become interesting and a must have if u love rose tea scent.

This is the best Arab perfume I own. If you like musk and rose, this is for you! It smells addictive, it's such a sexy, musky, elegant perfume... Rose and musk work together, and then you have that amber note in the background, it's so delicious. I'm using this for my wedding day. Love it.

Awesome, super sweet, super rosey 😍 Update Okay probably should have explained better. She's gorgeous, like a super concentrated version of Delina. Really great for people like me who found Delina too soft. If Delina whispers sweetly, this girl is yelling.

This is gorgeousssss. So much better than Montale Roses Musk 😍😍😍 and yes it does have the Roses Vanille DNA as well.

Smells like you are making your way to the rose garden via an overgrown vegetable patch. Very savoury on the opening. Rosemary and carrot tops grip your nose. More floral on the dry down. Definitely no rose, vanilla or powder detected on the dry down either. What this is though is Creeds Aventus For Her but slightly softer and not as fresh. Does it smell like Delina - no that’s completely laughable! If you are a fan of MFK a la rose you may like this too but not as sweet or as well balanced. Definitely for those who can’t afford Creed fragrances but enjoy those scents. Killer box and packaging.

This does not smell like Roses Vanille IMO. Roses Vanille is a sweet rose and vanilla fragrance whereas this is a citrusy almost green rose fragrance with very little sweetness. Two completely different fragrances! But this one is a firm "Like" for me. It's nothing groundbreaking but it is refreshing on a hot Summer's day. Or if you're in Texas like me, you can wear this on a hot day any time of year!

Bought it on a whim, regretted it instantly Very rose heavy scent, opens fresh which fooled me into buying it Dries very sweet and rose heavy It actually smells elegant and I think it would compliment people who like rose scents. I however hate rose scents with my guts so idk what I was thinking buying this Moderate longevity, good sillage and moderate projection.

This was a waste of money for me. It smells like very faint rose water, I can't smell anything besides a light touch of rose.

I think it's the citrus in the top notes, that makes the perfume smell so bad. like an old spoiled perfume. and it stays on you, the same bittery sharp ugly smell, and does not let other smells open. I bought this one on blind buy because I love the box and the otange color,, and because it is relatively cheap, and because I saw that it scored 4 on Fragrantica, so I was sure that this can't go wrong. well, it definitely can. for me it's wasted money. I'll never buy it again.

I think this is a very unisex perfume. Very strong and woody with a hint of rose. I like it very much, has nice longevity but I am jealous when my husband wears it because it smells soOoo much better on his skin than it does on mine. A sweetness comes out of it when he wears it.

I just got this and I was that careful with it that entitled to an Al Haramain... so I smelled and said - ok, rest on the shelf for a few months Lady. I will come back to you later.... take your time ... I'll be waiting. :)
