Oudh 36 Nuit

I like the idea of being objective and neutral when writing a review. So I’ll try to be as technical as possible because I do absolutely love this perfume. Friendly warning, this juice is incredibly powerful.. When I read that people were talking about it’s silage and longevity, I honestly thought they were exaggerating... boy little did I know. This is one the most powerful and most performing scents I’ve ever encountered. I did a test with a nice silk handkerchief, sprayed 3 times on it and 72 hours later the smell is still very much there. I didn’t notice it lasting on my skin more than 18 hours. So be aware of this. The opening is tremendously powerful, so after a few seconds you can start to distinguish the accords. Cedar and saffron are the ones that I noticed at the beginning to be more prominent but shortly after, the Oud and Rose make an entrance. I’ve never had the privilege of smelling a real piece of Agarwood or real Oud incense but I can tell there’s something very familiar about the other Oud fragrances that I have (Tom Ford) that I think use real ingredients. So If I could take a wild guess, I’d say Al Haramain is using real Oud here. For the most part of the time, the scent is a mixture of Smokey wood with a sweetness to it, I’m sure the rose, saffron and spices make up for this. Finally after a few hours and days later, you’re left with the sense of what I could describe as smoked or fumigated. I does make me imagine of being around a lot of smoke or burning oud in a confined space and then coming out of it. It could be a very linear perfume but you get what you’re told. Oud, rose and saffron. And to me, that combination when done well, is one of those unforgettable scents. Personally I absolutely fell in love with that Smokey almost tabaccoish Oud and the wall of sweetness behind it. I combine it with Tom Ford’s Oud Minerale and it becomes this amazing unique and confusing scent. Makes it hard for people to pin down haha. I’ve also combine it with TF Oud Wood and it also smells great, it actually seems to give OW a more mature and mystic punch. Beware the packaging, the top leathery emblem on the box is kinda fragile, other than that. No complains.

My respect and admiration for Middle Eastern fragrances 🙏 I ❤️ this Oudh 36 from Al Haramain. I already have couple more fragrances from this house and I love them as well. To my nose, this is not a direct clone of Oud Ispahan. Yes, there’s some similarities but Oud 36 has its own character and personality. It’s more pleasant, smooth and wearable compared to CDOI. But don’t be deceived by that smooth description, this is a silent beast and projection monster 👹 Just a friendly advise, if you like this, just don’t be trigger happy, okay? 👍 First time I tried Oud Ispahan I was put off by the initial skank. After 2-3 revisit though, it has grown on me. I got it and that started my quest for amazing Oud fragrances that are affordable but great, and are rarely heard or discussed in the community. But once discovered, it’s gonna sell like hot cakes and price might go up. Typical of Middle Eastern blend, the formidable unison of rose oud and saffron is just amazing on this bottle. Sexy and gorgeously masculine but make sure your confidence is all set for this one. With the right get up, season and occasion, this will turn heads. The price for this one however is not really that cheap. I got mine for less than $70 from an online discounter and It’s funny coz I thought I was the only one who experienced that sticky box 😁 But as long as the juice is there and its authentic, Im cool with that. One thing to remember about this frag is it easily makes you nose blinded probably because of its unusual strength. Very powerful but after awhile, your nose pick it up as a skin scent. Just beware coz others from 6 feet can smell you so try a couple of spritz first and see what happens. Great for cold weather, formal occasions and night outs. I bought this Oud 36 Nuit along with Montale Black Aoud because I wanted to explore a powerhouse oud and I've really liked the other fragrances I've bought from Al Al Haramain. I also bought a bottle of Versace Oud Noir. OK, I've discovered that the rose and oud thing is NOT something I like. I hate the Montale Black Aoud! Yes longevity is great. Yes, sillage is beast mode. But that's a bad thing because it smells like grandma's funeral wake. The rose is all I smell and it's nauseating. I bought a 10 ml decant and that will likely last me a lifetime. The Versace Oud Noir on the other hand is very different. No rose. I love it! But the performance is very average. Both longevity and sillage are modest. But the stuff is very wearable so I don't mind the performance. Beast mode is not what I want for the office. So what about the Oud 36 Nuit? This is exactly what I was looking for. It's powerful with longevity and sillage equal to the Montale. But the rose is much more toned down here. The whole thing is just better balanced. It's not a crowd pleaser. It's still polarizing and strong. But it's not nauseating at all. It smells good and it's different and interesting. Al Haramain has hit another home run as far as I'm concerned. I blind bought a full bottle and I have no regrets. However this stuff will make you a lot of enemies unless you go easy on the trigger. And even then you better have some confidence / thick skin to pull it off. Not everyone is gonna love this stuff. But everyone is gonna notice you. Definitely a cool weather nighttime scent for me. Not for the office. Not for hot days. Not for jeans and a t-shirt. This is either nice casual or formal wear only. But in the right circumstance, it is a very high quality oud and I'll bet most people have never smelled anything like it.

Oudh 36 Nuit is not your typical Oud/Rose combo. You can definitely smell those two, but the rest of the accords make it (at least in my skin) a soft, almost ethereal scent. When I write soft, I don't mean weak... this is a powerhouse, with great longevity and sillage. This is a weird oud/rose combination: while it is "soft, creamy and ethereal" it is also more male than unisex. This is definitely not an animalic oud, it is "soft", but it is dense and sweet. While it would be easy to write that this is a colder weather fragrance, let's not forget it is a middle Eastern fragrance as well, so this works well (for me) in Summer too ... just go easy on the trigger and maybe do 1 or 2 sprays. I like Oudh 36 Nuit so much, that I bought a second bottle, just to be on the safe side in case this gets discontinued. This should last a long time, because of how little you really need to apply to smell good.

I had a chance to try this quite impressive fragrance today while shopping. The small fragrance shop had this gem hidden behind the counter only for oud interested clientele. The packaging was superb and the scent was gorgeous... I had been testing designer frags all morning and this one just blew me away! It reminded me of Acqua Di Parma Oud, not quite as well blended but still quite nice... with a beautiful smoked dry down like the insence note in Issey Miyake Nuit. One of the best oud incense combos I have put my nose to... I am writing this review because after 12 hours it's still performing like a champ with just two sprays on the back of my hand. update: it does last over 24 hours... Yes a skin scent but never have I tried a fragrance that just keeps going and going...

I own a couple dozen perfumes and have tested hundreds of all the most famous expensive brands to the cheapest ones, and this perfume is THE longest lasting perfume I have ever sprayed on my skin, but not only lasting as a skin scent, but fully lasting 12h to 16h with a trail and a small bubble around you, and the first 6h being massive in projection. Onto the scent itself, its an amazing red bright sweet rose combined with a smooth and well blended oudh with touches of saffron and other accords that work together to make this a masterpiece. This is a superior version of Oud Ispahan in every way. Notes: Rose - Oudh - Floral Scent: 10/10 Longevity: 10/10 Projection: 10/10

1rst let me start by saying I really like this a lot! I have, and have tried many Oud perfumes, and I've learned to really appreciate what I feel is real Oud, meaning " poopy" smelling! Of the one's I have tried, only 36 Nuit, Oudh Infini, and Oud Assam by Rania J have this smell, or at least to this degree! This will probably be appreciated more by Middle Easteners, or Westerners with Middle Eastern taste in Oud. It's well balanced between Oud and Rose, and a little powdery, giving it an elegant feel. The longevity is great, and the projection is good but not overwhelming, provided you go easy on the trigger! 7.5 out 10

Almost identical with Montale Black Aoud,slightly more sweeter with a dark chocolate vibe. Also Montale Black Aoud is stronger and lauder. Presentation of the package was epic fail. The plastic of the box was sticky and all the black paint from the rubber-plastic stained my hands. The bottle inside was in bad shape, with the chrome erased in some places like the bottle was used for a long time. Also the cap has a missing letter from "AL Haramain" text glued on the cap and is just "Al Hara ain". The only thing better is the juice inside. I almost wanted to return the whole package but the smell convinced me to keep it!

Visited Dubai a while ago and had this one on my shopping list, could not find it at any of Al Haramain shops, they all said it is discontinued (it is not sold on their website neither), finally found a lonely piece forgotten in the backstore of one of their outside city shops. It is totally worth the trouble! what an amazing sexy Oud fragrances. On paper, one would say a boring oud/rose combo, but make no mistake there is nothing boring about this! This is sex in a bottle, the dry down is just mesmerizing! I see the resemblance to Dior's Oud Ispahan but this is way better and stronger. Performance is off the chart!

This is an unapologetic fragrance: loud, proud and sensuous. Not for the wallflower but for that person who is comfortable enough to stink a little in public. I choose the word "stink" intentionally but this is the "good stink" and the name of that particular game is OUD. Oud has a slightly pungent and animalic tone to it, here it is balanced with sweetness and florals to create a predator in heat prowling in the flower garden. Wear it for sexual adventures in the night... ...or to work, if you're ballsy enough.

This juice is the shit! Nothing screams sex appeal more then this, which is ironic because to some its polarizing because of the strong oud and rose. This is most definitely a beastmode fragrance. Every women I have slept with and wore this enjoyed it. Because of this performance it'll stay on the women till the next morning and remind her of you. Also, no man she has ever slept with or been around smelt something like this unless you live in Dubai. Uniqueness 10/10, Sillage 10/10, Projection 10/10

Wow, at first spray it was love. This is so dirty and so beautiful at the same time. I love the base...The oud really has a scent of civet in it. I get such a nasty note from it and I love it! The rose and sandalwood are a great combo, unforgivingly beautiful. The geranium gives the rose bloom and it makes the saffron spicy and passionate. A must try! The sillage is HHHUUUGGGEEE!!!! and the longevity on my skin was almost 48 hours!!! DO NOT SPRAY ON YOUR CLOTHES!!!!!! TRY THIS FRAGRANCE!

This fragrance is Fantastic my instant new fall/winter signature scent Think of a caveman with a woman slung over his shoulder heading back to his cave to ravish her. You cannot help but have that " Yes I know " grin on your face when you wear it. Warning it does have a half life of 10,000 years. Go easy three sprays and they will smell you in other countries. Super masculine, women love it, and it lasts forever, What more do you want.

i don't find this fragrance animalic. it's beautiful,sensual and alluring. the most wearable oud i have in my collection. and i have a lot of oud. got compliments wearing this and more over,they all said i smell like tasty cookies. that to me is very accurate. very gourmand in my opinion. if you love sweet cookie like oud scents,this is a must. and the lasting power is out of this world!!!!! about 15 to 24 hours.

Strong, loud, sexy! If you know how oud smells, this is probably a classic, simple oud perfume. I can picture incense from a temple. Very intoxicating, may be polarizing to some. The performance is beast! The whole room can smell it and it lasts easily 24 hours. I have never owned anything like it! Probably the best value/price as compared to more expensive oud perfumes. I love it but it is not for everyone.

Nuclear parfum. This stuff has quite the half-life! Dark Wood Chocolatey Oud Rosy Florals Fuzzy Musk Sweet Spice I'm not sure what to think just yet, but it's a heavy hitter for sure. It's moderately sweet and possibly tame enough to wear at work for me...admittedly I work with cool middle eastern people so I get to wear all the beast mode fragrances I want; hooray!

This was love at first sniff. Sweet oud rose combo very well blended. I have a 2020 batch and it performs awesome... good 3 hours of projection and it lasts 12 hours + with 4 sprays. It's weird to read about bad performance on some comments. This kind of scent typically has no issues at least on longevity.

A nuclear bomb , rose, oudh, resins. Great performance, aprox 10-12 hours on my skin. To my nose is somehow close to oud ispahan from cristian dior.

Regarding the sticky box, I used metho and water 50/50 and a rag to remove the black paint, the box is black underneath. Fixed.

Mind blowing.. Smells like oud ispahan in dry down aftr 1 hour. Magical smell and most wearable.. Expensive but bombastic

Oudh 36 Nuit by Al Haramain is---without question, the second strongest perfume in my collection, right next to Nasomatto Black Afgano. The packaging is beautiful, but as others have noted, "sticky". Not a nice way to start off a perfume-buying experience. I wonder if the application of the cellophane causes this issue? Regardless, it's the beautiful and unique bottle and the contained juice that matter most. This is a strong Rose/Oud combination, which has been done often and is a favorite of the middle-eastern perfume houses. The Oud in this juice, while chemically created, is quite assertive and smells authentic. The sillage is HUGE. You will be noticed and that may or may not be a good thing. Wearing this in an office environment is not recommended. Regarding longevity: plan on this scent staying around all day and even longer, if you spray your clothing, which I also do NOT recommend. Start off with ONE spray, applied from about 12-15" away. If you are the type of perfume wearer, who adheres to a seasonal requirement for their scents, then this one is better for colder weather. Although, I strongly believe that denizens of Oman and Dubai don't care a whit about what temperature it is when they choose their perfumes. My wife is not a big fan of this, mostly because of the strong rose accord, so I have to be quite judicious when opting for this scent. Price point is fair and this juice will last you a LONG time. Recommended with reservations.

Oudh 36 Nuit took me by surprise, I must admit. For a house chiefly known for creating clones of famous fragrances, I was sort of shocked how much I enjoy this scent. I don’t think it’s an original creation however, it seems to be a mix of a handful of certain famous oud-roses. There’s a noticeable similarity to Dior’s Oud Ispahan, namely the pungent rose-water effect which dominates the scent profile. But I also personally find the geranium rather prominent too, with its sappy, slightly green and particularly salty facets heightened by the rose. To me, it almost smells like Roja Dove’s Aouds and the way he utilises ambergris in those creations. It’s a very nice scent, and I’m sure for the price it originally sold for would be a great pickup. Unfortunately I believe it is discontinued now, and for the prices I’ve seen it up on eBay for, I won’t be buying. But I’ll certainly enjoy wearing my sample.

Powerful and unapologetic. While this has some notoriety on YouTube as being a potent oud scent, it doesn’t have the barnyard thing going on, so if that is what you are looking for, I would recommend something like Ajmal Al Shams. Oud 36 Nuit is resinous, jammy, sweet, and with more of a gasoline-type oud smell. The performance is unreal. It’s a great fragrance, especially for the price.

Do not buy this if you are looking for an Oud Ispahan clone! Just got my sample of Oudh 36 Nuit and I was hoping for a beastmode Oud Ispahan clone, since people here mention it as a clone and also Jeremy Fragrance has some videos with Oudh 36 Nuit.... well.... this has got nothing to do with Oud Ispahan. Nothing at all. Very disappointed. This has quality yes. Is very strong and long lasting. This is a typical middle eastern fragrance indeed. But is is not animalic, skanky or barnyard oud at all. It is more of a gasoline/smoke type oud. Also is thick and sweet. Oud Ispahan has that beautiful slight skanky/animalic, dry and woody oud. Perfect.... just not the same here at all. I tried some Arabia Ouds in a local store and Oudh 36 Nuit reminds me a lot of Resala by Arabian Oud. Very similar. So you might save some money there. I will be looking into Rasasi Oudh Al Boruzz ROOH AL ASSAM instead.

This is a rose-oud combination that packs a punch. Great performance and a beautiful fragrance. However, it's not for me. Oud 36 Nuit is too sweet/heavy on the rose for my taste. I regret not sampling it first; this was a blind buy. That said, if anybody wants to buy it from me, shoot me a message. I've only worn it once (i.e., 2 sprays). So the bottle is 99% full.

I’ve had this for a few years now & while I love it I still haven’t learned yet how to not overspray it! I own a big 4.2 bottle of Dior Oud Isaphan & They’re nothing alike at all!! DOI isn’t sweet at all & It’s powdery, It’s smooth & serious. This is a saffron sweet Oudy Gourmand bomb & although I personally love it, I get a whole lot of damn Brian!!! which isn’t a compliment! I honestly don’t need people to like my fragrance. But at the same time I feel uncomfortable if I F**k up & choke multiple people out! So warning, It’s that strong!! It’s always reminded me of a chocolate chip cookie with the real stanky oud in there & Yes it’s similar to a lot of the good oud rose combos out there, First one come to mind being Lancôme Oud Boquet, If my memory serves me right possibly Mancera Oud Vanille, Only better in my eyes & a little more masculine in my opinion as far as the boldness of the oud as far as this one is concerned. Honestly My feedback is usually not good with this one because it’s so potent & so easy to over apply & never loses its steam!! I have all four in this Oud 36 series & all are equally straight up bangers & we’re blind buy successes

If you are looking for a fragrance that screams attention then this is the one. If you are looking for a fragrance that leaves an alluring scent trail that people will follow, then this is it. This is a mind blowing and addictive fragrance that will get attention from most people that are in your circle. They will be wondering what you are wearing and will love every whiff that they encounter. This gives off a rose, creamy chocolate with rich oud. Everything is mixed to perfection and it will last a good 24 hours with just one spray. Any more than 2 sprays and it would be overkill. This is very potent juice. I shall be wearing this a lot during evenings out in the colder weather. Although it is summer weather now, I shall still wear it during some evenings as it is so good. When wearing this, you will leave a brilliant scent trail that will linger well after you have left the room.

Like another recent review I’m very underwhelmed by the performance. Was expecting a beast and I sprayed it 10 times this morning and can barely smell it a few hours later and nobody in the office has picked it up, so not just a case of me becoming nose blind. Disappointed because it was pretty expensive and the scent itself is nice. Clearly what I have is different to what others that have reviewed previously have. It appears I was sent the 'Afghan' version - 36 Nuit Afghan. Not sure if this explains the difference in performance. Still waiting on a replacement so will update this review once I receive the correct product. Can't see any reviews as to how they compare....

This is one of the best (if not the best) rose-oud perfume you can buy in the market today. An absolute beast-mode fragrance. The oud smells very real and there is a touch of smoke and spices. All these strong notes are balanced by a heavy dose of rose. The rose does not smell natural, though it projects like a bomb. Heavy, comforting and long-lasting. Roja UAE is also a rose-oud combo like this one but it's more complex and beautiful. Oudh 36 Nuit costs just a fraction of Roja UAE but can be a considered a worthy substitute. This is THE ONLY rose-oud perfume you'll ever need. Period.

This is a very typical spicey middle eastern scent. If you have Raghba Woody Intense, Shaghaf Oud by Swiss Arabian or anything along those lines, then you have an idea what Oudh 36 Nuit is like. Besides the spicey incense vibe, I am picking up the rose and geranium but very little Oud. I think the Oud is hiding in the background. Someone mentioned it being similar to Amouage Interlude and that couldn’t be furthest from the truth. Don’t fall for that hype train please!! It’s a beautiful fragrance for what it is, just not original enough for me. I would rate this overall 6/10

How come nobody picked the similarity by now?! This a perfect clone of Amouage's Interlude Man! The same sweet, resinous, ambery-opoponax combo with a hint of spicy incense. It's gorgeous! I always liked Interlude very much but finding this clone for literally a quarter of the price may just push me to the pull the trigger on a bottle. Such a wonderful smell! Dare I say, I think it smells better than Interlude to me at least. It's a little lighter & more wearable, which I love. Al Haramain has literally become a high-end clone house.

I have this whole line & this is my favorite..Excellent Oud rose combo of a fragrance!! Heavy on the Oud!! Go light on this one or it will wear you! I have over sprayed this before & and was miserable for 12 plus hours!! But when applied right this is an amazing fragrance! Smells way more expensive than it is. I almost get a sugar cookie & cacao vibe equally commming strong with the oud, which is the skanky kind...I reach for it quite often over the last five years I’ve had it during the colder months...Again it’s strong stuff

I have both Oudh 36 Nuit and Oudh 36. Oudh 36 Nuit smells animalic and stinky, but I kind a like it more than Oudh 36. The Nuit version has some vibe and sense of sweetness, which makes it more wearable. I can't find that in Oudh 36. Oudh 36 smells to me like pine resin. It's like a freshly cut raw piece of pine or spruce tree with some resin on it. Or at least it reminds me on that. No sweetness at all. I am still wearing it (Oudh 36) and giving it a chance, but as a first impression...more don't like it, than like it.

I am testing this fragrance and it is daytime, and I consistently don't know what to think about it...This one is a night owl. Spray this one after work, It will last to the next day. The oud is smokey, softened geranium, and complimented by the richness of rose, with some slightly creamy, and sweet smells that I'm not sure where I'm getting from. A complex scent. Mysterious, Independent, somebody who is very much their own person should wear this, or someone who rules the night.

The first thing i want to mention is this fragrance is extremely powerful, only 1 spray on my hand and it lasted easily 12 hours despite washing my hand several times during the day and sillage is off the charts. About the scent itself, on my skin the rose note dominates everything else. I had a hard time picking up the oud, it was all about rose and i’m talking about a jammy, powdery rose. I’d recommend to try this one on your skin before buying a full bottle.

While I like it and enjoy a number of Al Haramain scents and attars I have, I can't but help think this smells like... S'mores Pop Tarts. There, I said it. Missing from the directory are the Oudh 36 Elixir (stunning Tuscan Leather dupe) and Oudh 36 Nuit Afghan (Black Afgano) - both very well done. This, however, to me gets better as it progresses through the day, but I don't get anything remotely Dior Oud Ispahan in this.

Indian Oud+Saffron+Rose+Leather >> right on your face straight from the very opening. Will stay linear for next few halfs and then gradually it will start to its base- Musk and Bitter rose. The petroleum vibe is quite pleasant and not synthetic to my nose. A great challenge for Oud Ispahan & Boruzz Assam. Killer longevity Excellent projection Winter friendly.

This is discontinued now. My friend brought their bottle to my house and I smelt oud mood from lattafa and this side by side and they're similar but 36 is woodier and stronger. I do like the 36 better. Kaufland de is selling it for 62e a bottle right now.

I know oud and this juice is classy and magical....very erotic...so if you are looking for something that does not exude sexy...skip this. Packaging is gorgeous and the product is even more so. A recommended oud buy.

Got mine recently. Doesnt perform like others have mentioned. What am I missing ? Does it need to be kept for a few months before using or has this been formulated?

Floral/Rose & Oud combo, feminine to my nose. Powdery dry down. Excellent projection and performance. Its a great frag for the price, but it's not right for me.

One spray on the back of neck is enough for a day during hot summer. 2 sprays during winter, that is it.

This is a like-for-like dupe of Oud Bouquet!
