Prince Of Oudh

Bought several bottles of this on a trip to Saudi Arabia. One of the better flankers of Oud Wood but there is another level of depth to it. To me, Prince of Oud oes a better job than Oud Wood, beating it to the punch with the layering of Tonka, Vanilla and Oud as the base layer and the added cardamom/fruity sweetness really lends to the character of the region. Even during the drydown, it stays fresh and projects relatively well compared to TF. We tend to think of this as a winter cologne, but it was formulated in the desert so I think it can be worn (sparingly) during the summer time if necessary.

this fragrance definitely has batch variations. i have 3 bottles so far and they all have little differences among them. first of all , the newer batch don't last as long as the first batch with the same cap as the tom ford's - the newer ones have much simpler caps. also it is definitely a clone but now i can safely say it is combination of both OUD WOOD + BLACK ORCHID. the older batches had more oud wood and i notice the newer batches have more black orchid.. i still love it, but i do layer this with a floral scent, i feel that way it is more complete.

Well this is a really good alternative to Tom Ford's Oud Wood with much rounded sweet oud opening. The longevity is much better than Oud Wood though. The sillage is around one-two feet, projection is moderate.Got as gift from best friend who bought it from The Haram Towers in Mecca Mukarrama. The price is fifth of Oud Wood. Wearable all year round, definitely unisex fragrance.

I knew it was inspired/clone of a Tom Ford ( well look at that bottle) but this is soooo gooood. might not be a popular opinion but this smells better than Oud Wood - i recently sprayed a newer batch of oud wood and this one hands down projects!! beast mode oud wood for sure! and smells just as good if not better! if you find it, get it! highly recommended.

GREAT SCENT! this is one of those fragrances which whenever i wear i feel like leaving a review on this site to just tell how good this is!

I created an account solely to leave this review because the level of misinformation surrounding this fragrance is astonishing. Reading other reviews, I can’t help but feel like people are being paid to post overly positive feedback. The reality? This fragrance has extremely weak longevity, barely lasting 1–2 hours, with minimal projection. As for the scent itself, Prince of Oud comes across as a Middle Eastern take on Oud Wood, but unfortunately, it doesn't deliver on performance. If returning was an option, I wouldn’t hesitate to send it back.

صحيح أن جميع دور العطور العربية "الديزاينر" لا تقدم سوى نسخا مقلدة لعطور شهيرة لكنني ارى أن شركة المصباح العربية بين كل هؤلاء هي الأجود والأفضل. هذا هو عطري الثاني من الدار بعد الخطير "إمباير عود" والذى لازلت أراه هو أفضل بديل لبلاك أفغانو في متوسط السعر المطروح وإلا فإن استريكوس من أورتو باريزي هو الأفضل. عطر أمير العود ابتعد عن التوليفة المبتذلة من العود والورد وأطلق توليفة متوازنة من أخشاب العود والصندل لا أزعم أن العود والصندل هنا فاخران طبيعيان "ملحوظة: هذا شأن الكثير جدا من دور النيش والتي يتعدى ثمن العطر منها 300 يورو" لكن يحسب له أنه لا توجد به أية فجاجاة أو رائحة صناعية البداية تابلية غير حارقة ولا خانقة من الفلفل الأسود والحبهان وقلب يحسب له الدفع بزهرة اللوتس التي لا يستخدمها الكثيرون وتناغم ما بين أخشاب العود وأخشاب الصندل في وسط فاكهي مجفف أفضله كثيرا على الوسط الطازج الغير ملائم للأجواء الشرقية "ملحوظة: هذه سقطة سوسبيرو إيربا بورا" والقليل من الفيتيفير والإيلانج لتصعيد الرائحة القاعدة شرقية كلاسيكية من أخشاب العود والتونكا والفانيلا والباتشولي والعنبر العطر جميل وأحببته حتى مع حرارة الصيف به نقاط تميز ولمحات جمالية تتفوق على كثير جدا من عطور النيش التجارية والأداء أكثر من جيد

Interested in this fragrance but would be great if i can read some more reviews on it first if anyone has bought this fragrance please write something about it.... as far as i know not available here in uk done some searching on net ebay not available from any uk sellers maybe buy direct form middle east.

Quite the interesting combination of TF Oud Wood and Black Orchid. Goes on heavy and lasts for hours. A great scent that leaves a noticeable sheen on the skin, a quality EDP. I really like this stuff and wasn't a big fan of Black Orchid due to the cloying sweetness. This blends oud wood and BO perfectly.

Would love to see this in the US. Tried to order directly from Saudi Arabia but they only accept wire transfers so no credit card protection for the long overseas journey and customs.

This is such a sweet oud and not oversweet. Deep dark and beautiful. This was the most moderate oud among the collection I smelled them all. Definitely one of my favorite ouds.

Comes in an exact copy of Tom Ford packaging Box + Bottle. The Scent is incredible. An ultra smooth, rich, sweet & creamy sandalwood with a hint of Oud and vanilla.
